The store has no really unique items and it a great shop for an unusual piece for an occasion. Lacy was very helpful and patient with me and showed me quite a few good options. However I noticed many sizes were missing, and found myself in a situation of do I spend X amount of dollars for a top too big/small Additionally, I noticed some of the clothing items were not the best quality. A few tops that were Tart brand already had the stitching coming out near the arms - a 78$ top! Nonetheless, I will definitely stroll through here again, but wont make it my first stop for a special occasion.

By far Morgantown’s best place to shop for clothes/accessories/gifts!! As an avid shopper, upon moving to Morgantown last year I was disheartened with my shopping choices- until I found Park and Madison! I’ve purchased so many great pieces and will continue to do so!

The employees just acted as though they were better than you. I tried to ask for help multiple times, and way brushed off. Honestly I’m very disappointed in my experience here. It seems as though most places in this towne center are like this. It’s just sad..

Ordered a 60 dollar wvu shirt for games days. I made sure they knew I was from out of town when I ordered it. They mailed it to me and it had dirt on the back of it, kinda like a shoe mark. I messaged them about it and of course I didn’t get any response. Won’t be ordering anything from here again.

Love, love, love, everything about this place from the merchandise, to the store decor, to the wonderful customer service, this is deinfinately a place to visit whenever in the Morgantown area! They carry wonderful brands such as Bailey44, MOTHER denim, AG, Charlie Jade, Splendid, BB Dakota, BCBG, Marcia Moran.......I could go on....with some exclusive selection of items. Also, they ship! So if you find something you cant live without all you have to do is call them and its sent directly to you. Wonderful place to fall in love with fashion!
