This place is a rip off. Prices are double the price of other places. High prices and cheap products. Dont waste your time going there. Plus a 20% restocking fee that I paid cash for 4 hours earlier.

I had a difficult customer and just needed a linear foot price on a product, as in 1 item. PJ gets easily flustered telling me she needs the entire length and total number of feet for the job..I said I work in sales, and that isnt one of my jobs. That part of the job comes later, before we order. PJ gets more upset, unable to understand this. In the end calls my boss and complains that she is very busy and I am taking up her time. Saying I called repeatedly and was bothering her. Im a customer! I had 1 question! Pj, you are a horrible service rep

Customer service is not very friendly the woman at front desk is very short with customers dont really want to deal with you. Puts all calls on speaker phone so everyone can hear what is happening. will not deal with them again if you want great service go to life tite in Bellington w . Morgantown is closer for me to shop but Ill drive to Bellington wv for the great service and quality

I found this company while in Core WV working on a barn roof. My company is based out of Pittsburgh PA, and this was my first time working in West Virginia. CBS helped me out tremendously on that project. They are courteous, professional, and fair! I enjoyed my experience with CBS so much, that I continue to purchase all of my metal roofing products from them. I’ve been a great costumer for a few years now spent thousands of dollars 14400 to be accurate but my last order screws were promised to me because it was not on my order slip get my metal today and they said we can’t do that we have to charge you so needless to say I’d bring them a lot more business in the years but not any more I’ll take it to Lowe’s the price is the same they raised everything as it is down there bj the woman and Gary core made this statement to me then went back on there words today disgraceful
