Sign says lowest prices and they arent. First employee I asked for help from blew me off. Asked another employee and he took good care of me.. found what I was looking for, and need to shop around for best prices. Has good stock and selection but not the first stop for supplies.

Store is clean. Halloween decor selection was abysmal compared to others.

As usual I found what I was looking for plus a couple other needed items @ The Home Depot.. However I only found one employee who seemed to know where the shrink wrap was located...... In moving supplies...

Prices are a bit steep. They do honor my Veterans discount though. That helps.Its not the easiest place to get help either. Associates in some areas not always attentive to customers in need of assistance.

I bought a brand new fridge on Sept. 21st. It was delivered on Oct. 9th. on Oct. 12th it started leaking from underneath the fridge. Home Depot has given me the run around trying to get someone out to look at it or get a replacement. Horrible customer service. Do not but appliances from here.

Morristown store customer service Tina Williams did a Awesome job. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly represents the store with pride and a smile.

I usually go to Lowes but decided to stop at home depot today...l am new in town and needed some stuff for my new home...l was pleasantly surprised at the Morristown home depot...all the associates were friendly and eager to help you...there was one in each department...l didnt have to go looking all over the store...each and everyone was very informative and didnt try and sell me the most expensive item...they simply asked me what job l was doing and recommended the best tool for me for that job...Thanks Home Depot...l will be back

Purchased a freezer there and it would not fit in my Acadia so I left it there and went back home to get my truck. When I went back in the store I seen a employee that was moving a pallet jack and ask if I could get my freezer and she acted like she didnt want to help me and told me to go to the service desk. This was about 6.35 on 4/24/21. Wish Id never went to home depot. Could have saved money at lowes and treated better also.

I had a Troy Bilt lawn mower delivered today. They did not call 30 minutes ahead of delivery like they said they would. Once it was dropped off it would not start. I went through the manual and YouTube. I called the store and spoke with an associate in the lawn mower department who did not have any knowledge of the mower. I told them to come and get it and they informed me that they did not offer this service and I should “just call a friend with a truck”. They delivered me a mower that wasn’t working and was told it was my responsibility to get the mower back to them. I eventually was transferred to a department manager who said they could come pick it up in 8 days. No apology offered. Eventually I have discovered that the battery was dead. I will still return the mower based on the customer service.

I have done two curbside pickups from this location in the past two weeks.The first one was fine but BOTH cabinets were damaged on the side. It was fine because they were interior sides. It only took a few minutes for them to come out which was great and I was able to pick up while my son was in his music lessons.The second pick up today was not great. I checked in twice and received a confirmation message both times. I waited 30 minutes for someone to bring it out and no one came so I finally called. My pick up confirmation wasnt printed until 12:04 (I got here at 11:31).My husband picked up a pantry cabinet from the Sevierville location and it, too, was damaged on the side. The first day he arrived to pick it up they couldnt find it so he had to go back the next day. They brought out three vanities and he had to tell them it wasnt what we ordered. You all definitely need to work on your curbside pick up and cabinet quality.I think it is a general home depot issue because we picked up 3 cabinets from Lowes (which were ($10 cheaper and not damaged).

We made a special order on a door with HD quite a while back. When it finally arrived the order was not correct and they realized they submitted it incorrectly. They went above and beyond to make it right. I didnt expect it or demand it. I deeply appreciate their efforts and kindness. We will definitely be returning when we replace windows and anything else.

Garden center is maintained very well. Store is clean easy to navigate and very decently priced with some things.

It was very enjoyable ☺...that was our 3rd stop for outside flowers. This was the cleanest and most affordable..We spent our money hear..happy we waited.

I am more of a Lowes kind of girl but my boyfriend prefers Home Depot so we are there a great deal. I have nothing really negative to say about Home Depot. Nice facilty, employees are almost always happy to offer assistance.

Not enough help in the Home Depot’s. Spend more time trying to find what you need than going to the store. Just my opinion of course.

Rude employees especially Tom that works up front and Tom that works the floor is so lazy will not help anyone. When I said i would leave a review he said home depot didnt care about reviews.which is sad. This is why the Lowes up the street parking lot is full and the home depot store parking lot is is mostly empty.!!

We had order a specialty flooring(Bamboo) and had installation issues apparnently (we used our on installers not Home Depots). By working with Nathan the ASM and the GM of the location, as well as various other individuals. Nathan, was super to work with and helped make us whole even thought ultimatly it was determind to be wholely on our installers not keeping the flooring straight enough causing issues with it seperating. I have always had a great relationship with Home Depot and Nathan and his staff just solidified that relationship going forward, by going out of the way in the name of customer satisfaction and service.Thanks to each of you!!

Busy store. Not enough retail help.

Good selection. Seems they dont restock enough. Was looking for an element for a water heater, they were out. The man checked and they havent reordered in 2 months and there werent any on order at present.

Worked with them for moving truck rental and they were courteous and professional, handling my request in a timely manner.

Found what we need to without a problem.

Shop here first because they carry Ryobi and Husquavarna. Also they generally have a better selection of plants

Neded a few things for a quick repair on my Aunts lake house. I hate going to bigger stores due to spending more time in the checkout line vs getting whats needed. This place was actually the opposite due to great customer service and quick associates. This store certainly has the ducks in a row. Thanks.

Honestly, I usually shop Lowes (just because theyve been in our town longer) however today, in a hurry home depot was closer, I noticed the depot has a much better selection of flooring.. will be returning to check it out 🙂

I asked a man about fireplace brushes. He was rude. Thankfully three other guys were extremely nice and helpful.

Well its no Wal-Mart. You cant get anything there but you can get great service, you can rent a moving truck or a flat bed truck at a great price. You can also rent pretty much any tool you need for yard work or house repairs of any kind. And you get quality merchandise with a warranty. Did I already say how nice the employees are and helpful. I love this place I shop there a lot. And they have great sell prices.

They usually always have what we need. We enjoy going there.

I used to go here all the time but now it seems that the workers there have better things to do than help customers I gave them a call and they just said for me to come in or go online instead of just helping me. The woman working the customer service department and some dude that she transferred me to. I would give a better review if they actually did a job instead of passing me off. I get more help from listening to a seashell.

I went in looking for a single piece of plywood. As I was walking through I noticed the price of 2×4×96s were $1.00 less than Lowes. So I did not get the plywood instead I bought 100 2×4s.. So yes it was a very pleasant trip to The Home Depot..

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. However, when I got home I realized that one of the bifold doors that I had purchased had a hole in it. Big problem because I live over an hour away.

Not much to say, some fantastic employees and some that should not be giving advise or instructions to customers as it is incorrect. Know what you need before going in and that will help with your experience and expectations. This also helps the employees to help us better. Prices very from excellent to redicoulous. They did seem to be following current pandemic guide lines. Also have handsanatizer throughout store.

The lumber is quality for a big box store honestly. Only issue I have to gripe about is that the employees aren’t always knowledgeable about the sections that they are in.

Nice place to get help and diy

Needed a dry erase board cut for my daughters school. Tanner went way and beyond making sure we had a perfect board and was cut to perfection. This is customer service at its best. This guy will probably run the place in the near future. I dont even live in morristown but I would drive a hour for this kind of service. Outstanding.

I always draw a lot of inspiration leisurely strolling thru. Sometimes I have a specific purpose and other times I go to just look. I like to keep up to date with products for potential future use or reference.

I bought all new appliances for our kitchen. The microwave was installed crooked and the dishwasher made it trough almost one full cycle before it stopped working. I called the Home Depot and could not have cared less. Their response was pathetic. It took me more than 40 minutes on hold with Whirlpool to get them to say that someone would call within the next 48 hours to schedule a replacement. Our old dishwasher was installed in 1996 when our house was built and never failed (not a Whirlpool) and the new one did not even make one cycle. Absolutely 0 customer service here. I would not purchase anything here.

😷It a big store got bout everything you need so were the store IS SO BIG some of us cant do all that walking so a electric wheel chair liked other store got make our shopping more nicer if it was pain free from WALKING 😷😥

Need to get stocked back up. Been long enough, no excuses for warehouses not to have enough paper products. Need to open checkouts on both sides of the store.

On sept 14, the local home depot set up a door measure for some entry doors. Their installer came out approx 1 week later, measured what he needed and said we would hear something within a few days. It is now oct 27 and still nothing. We have called home depot atleast 3 times about this. Still no results.
