If theres any negative reviews on this location its all b.s this store is amazing. The employees are awesome and are always willing to help you anyway they can and give you all the information you need to make the best choice for whatever it is youre looking for. Ive bought several things from this store and never had any issues. To say Id highly recommend this location would be an understatement.

You all went above and beyond for me. Ive never used Rent A Center before. Our AC went out and we needed to Rent 2 window units to keep the house cool. Cruz called right before it was time to pick them up and said 1 unit wasnt blowing cold air so he upgraded it to a portal AC Unit at no extra charge.I didnt catch his name, younger guy maybe Tim? He got me set up and helped loaded the units in my car. I really appreciate the customer service I received! You all did awesome.There was no hassle and the price for a week was great! Id definitely recommend Rent A Center and will use them again!

If you are a day late they will call you 3 or 4 times a day. The general manager is extremely rude threatened to take my wife to court because she was about to pull in the driveway saw 3 men in the truck standing there and wasnt comfortable going home by herself. Then they decided to tail her for 5 blocks before driving away. Thats when the gm called my wife screaming at her threatening to sue and take her to court because she drove off. Try to explain to him she wasnt comfortable but he wouldnt let me talk and was extremely rude I had to hang up on him terrible customer service and will never go to this location again.

Terrible place to rent from if you go one day past due they will charge a late. I was called numerous times a day for going a couple days late and I was told that I could go on a monthly agreement and the Manager assured me I would be on a monthly payment but when they called me I was informed I was on a weekly agreement which is not what I signed for. The delivery driver broke my door frame and did not apologize at all for it and the Manager told me that he would be sending someone out to look at and fix my door and it never happened. I would never refer someone to Rent-a-center if you need to do rentals for furniture or appliances go to American Rentals in Jefferson City yes its more of a drive but its well worth it.

Just wanted to warn as many people as possible to beaware when renting from the rent a center on the east side of Morristown. My daughter who just got her knew place and had no furniture rented a bed from them. Needless to say it was infested whith bed bugs.After sleeping in the bed for 2 nights she was eat alive. They came and inspected the bed and found the bugs and loaded it on there truck and drove off. Just be aware if you rent from them.
