I have Carlink service due all my routine maintenance on the vehicle I purchased from them. They always keep my car running in tip top condition. There showroom is beautiful and just around the corner.

As a first time customer, I have to say I was very impressed. Everyone was extremely friendly, clean(!!) and insightful. My service experience was smooth. Im not one to write reviews but this one is worthy!

As a local Morristown resident I cant say enough for the service department Carlink has on Martin Luther King. Not only are their prices reasonable they will also take you home here in Morristown and pick you back up when your car is ready. my first visit to the repair shop was a check engine light on the way to work. They did not pressure me on doing other things I did not need. Luckily it was just a bad gas cap. For their honesty they will be my repair shop for years to come. Fast forward 2 years and today Im getting a quick oil change and Im leaving a review because for a few years now they been my go to place for my familys vehicles. Thank you Craig for continuing to serve my family auto repair needs.

NY documents still not received after more than two months after purchase, even though they charged me about $500 in processing fees. DMV does not have anything. Dealer does not know status either as all paper work is handled by an obscure agency they work with but they know little about. Very irresponsible people, stay away.

Stopped by for a routine oil change and they are so friendly here! Over the phone and in person. The oil change was quick and Craig was great.

Brought my car to CarLink Service for an electrical issue no one else could figure out. They had me back on the road in a couple of hours and were very fair with me.

Do not schedule a appointment, if they can sell the car before your appointment after you make the appointment they will sell it and waste your time.

Excellent honest work

They claimed they checked my AC for leaks and then recharged it. The AC only blew cold air for two weeks and then stopped. Thanks for wasting my time.
