The lady that help me and my boyfriend find the perfect bed was amazing! She was attentive and kind and very Thorough with her knowledge and understanding of both mine and his needs! I would recommend this place to everyone. The finance part went smoothly and with in a matter of 45 minutes we were walking out with a new bed that was perfect for both of us.

AMAZING staff! Donna and her associates have all been amazing, even when I needed to swap a set of mattresses to one that was in stock after ordering in another state. The shipper/warehouse didnt set up delivery properly and Donna jumped right on it to ensure that the issue was rectified for me. While I wasnt particularly pleased with the shipper/delivery person who refused to try and help rectify the issue on site, I am definitely a fan for life because of the service provided by the store staff and next time we need mattresses, this will be where I/we go! Thank you, Mattress Firm for having amazing staff, not only in Puyallup, WA, where we made our original purchase, but also here in Morristown, TN!

Mattress Firm had an array of beds and etc. to accommodate our needs and budget. Those accommodations should be highlighted in the manner in which they were explained and demonstrated by Tonya, our sales consultant. Advertising was very deceiving went in for free adjustable it was only a head only feet didnt adjust. if you want head and foot it was 600 more. Sales person got very defensive when we told them we wanted to shop around. Said no one would sell the adjustable for less. They where wrong found one beside the mall with same mattress and better adjustable base for $300 less and free delivery.

Got a great price on a mattress but it would be better to not let them deliver it. I ordered a mattress for my daughter and it didnt arrive on the day they said because the truck broke down and I didnt know they were not coming because they sent me an email asking me to call them. Then it was 2 days later, even though they told me they would Express deliver it the next day, before it was actually delivered. Definitely not worth the 80 dollar delivery fee.

Employee Andrew Norman provided me great information when helping me pick out the best quality mattress I needed that fit my budget. I am very happy with the service here.

The box my mattress and adjustable base was in was destroyed! It has huge holes & was soaking wet. I wish I could include pictures of the box. For the $800 I spent, Im very disappointed. I dont know how they allowed it to be delivered in that condition.
