Our salesman Bob Bailey was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He helped my wife and I make the best choice of mattress. The delivery men that brought the mattress were very professional and courteous. Overall a 5 star experience!!

A really great experience both in the store and upon delivery. The store sales person was patience and very helpful. Trying all the different options is a difficult experience. Rita was great. Thanks. After the in store experience and purchase we had two of the nicest installers that you could have asked for. Very careful bringing the bed in and made sure we understood how to operate our full motion platform. Cleaned up the plastic and boxes and were extremely helpful moving old mattress out. This was a really great experience, wish all businesses would take a lesson from these guys. Thank you Bed Store!

Went into the store just to look. We were so impressed with Ms Rita Davis that I ended up buying two new mattresses and four new pillows. She was a pleasure to talk with and do business with. If I need anything else, I will definitely check with her before going anywhere else. Highly recommend this store and buying from Ms Rita.

Me and my wife just bought a new matress and box spring here. We were in a full size and was beating each other and waking up sore, so it was time to upgrade. We wondered into the bed store and was greeted by the most friendly caring person that weve had the pleasure of meeting. Right off the bat the lady Rita was friendly and willing to help find the best thing for us, she actually care . She took time to explain everything to us ask us questions to find the best thing for us and that she did. We were happy with the store itself the price and how great Rita was. If in the market for a bed go to the bed store and go see Rita. You wont regret it.

My husband and I shopped at several local stores. The manager at the Morristown store was a wealth of information. She did a great job of guiding us in our selection for the best mattress for us. No pressure whatsoever. We had a great experience and would recommend visiting this store when in the market for a new bed. Also, we love our new mattress and pillows!

I needed a bed badly. I told them my price point on what I could afford. I was looking at the full size beds. Well I will say that I was truly truly blessed. Not only did they keep me in my much needed price range but I ended up with a queen size bed that has an adjustable base (which Im beyond excited about) but they threw in a queen size gel dough+zgel pillow!! They were also very friendly. I want to give them a million thank yous!! They were my Angels today. I most def. recommend them a billion times over!!! Thank you both for the blessings you gave to me today!

Bought a Simmons Beauty rest that my wife and I hate. The mattress has no support so we are always bumping into each other at night. The Bed store refuses to do anything about it at all. The mattress doesn’t have enough of a sag in it at this time to help me. I should have done a better job in looking around before deciding on doing business with the bed store and also before buying a Simmons mattress.

I have been to this store 3 times, the 1st time just looking. The 2nd time I bought a base, today I had a question. the woman Rita that works there is a very sweet sales woman, not pushy. She also is knowledgeable on the beds and mattresses. Seems to go out of her way to please. I did have 1 (what I thought) major complaint. The 1st night I had my bed I waited to be tucked in... (as advertised) no one showed up... today Rita went out of her way to fix that issue. She has the picture to prove it. HEHEHE!!

My mother bought a bed here not had it very long and already has huge dips. They wont help us at all the mattress was made by Southerland. We contacted Southerland with no help there eather they said to contact dealer.

Purchased an adjustable bed frame. My husband and I both are very pleased with it. Has helped with lower back pain and stopped the snoring! Highly recommend it.
