Fantastic service advisor Chris Zielic😁Had a wiring issue that was hard to trace; although frustrating for me, he worked this hard and well, bringing in experts dealing with insurance and keeping me in the loop. Only charges made were when he was able to fix but not for the countless hours spent tracking down issues he could fix. Can’t say enough good about how I was treated.

Morristown Mercedes Roadside assistance came out when I needed them the most during a heat wave and helped me change a completely deflated tire from hitting a huge pothole.The technician was responsive, courteous and professional and completed the job quickly and safely. Once again, had amazing experience with service. Julio Pereira is excellent, thorough, insightful, committed and honest, down to earth. My issue was unidentified annoying noise on acceleration. Took them a while, but no stone was left unturned, and they have found a coin causing the noise. Everything was put back together, and when encountered additional hiccup, it was resolved without a blink. Very satisfied. Yes, MB service is not cheap, but if you are looking cheap - drive something else. Other than that - highly recommended.

I walked into the dealership knowing I wanted to test drive an A220 and then head home but after going on the test drive with Josmar my thoughts switched to I love this car and would love to purchase it. Josmar made my entire experience one like no other. I have been to many dealerships in the past and usually the sales folks are pushy and a bit arrogant but Josmar was far from that he made our interaction very personable. I had walked into Mercedes Benz of Morristown for the first time as I was ready to come off lease from another vehicle. I had no expectations of getting into a new Mercedes .I thought I would take a look and see what they had to offer. Much to my surprise when I walked into the show room, I asked if I could look around. The receptionist was kind, welcoming, and invited me in to take a look. After a few minutes I asked to speak to a salesman. I had the pleasure of meeting Vincent Santangelo one of the salesman assisting clients that day. Vincent was extremely helpful, very low-key no pressure salesman. We walked around the showroom floor and looked at the different models which were available.He is very knowledgeable about the differences between each of them. After being there for about 20 minutes and having all of my questions answered I instantly had made a decision . I would be Leasing my first Mercedes-Benz.I have taken possession of my new vehicle a couple of weeks ago. I could not be more delighted in the Mercedes ben’s brand, and the dealership I leased it from. Mercedes Benz name is still synonymous with luxury and fine engineering at all levels. This is coming from someone who has been driving BMWs and jaguars for most of his life. I would highly recommend this dealership and Vincent Santangelo for your auto needs. If nothing else you owe yourself the opportunity to see what Mercedes Benz has to offer.

My 2018 GLS suddenly developed creaking/popping sound when backing up, driving in low speed, and especially when hitting a bump. I took my car to Morristown Mercedes Benz service shop for checkup. The advisor, Ed Salwan, personally test drove the SUV and identified the sound came from door seals. The shop applied lubricant around the door seals. However, it lessened the creaking sound but not by much. I called Ed the next day and he quickly arranged an appointment with shop foreman, John Kominiak, for me. John test drove the SUV and also pointed out the door/window seals were the root causes of the creaking sound. He promised the issue would be resolved. The SUV was in shop for 4 days and when done, John personally verified the issue was fixed. Ed had kept me updated of the status during the repair period. I believe both Ed and John have done an excellent job in helping customers and show true professionalism. The Mercedes Benz of Morristown service shop is clean and well organized. The parking garage and rental car staff are also very friendly and provides great services. I would definitely recommend to have the car maintenance and repair be performed by this shop.

Buyer beware; though the performance of our Mercedes GLC is up to par, the follow-up services are not. In fact Mercedes seems to be promoting misleading information. Despite having the basic 4 year warranty and paying for the additional “First Class Interior and Exterior Protection” Mercedes refused repair surface corrosion of exterior window trim. Mercedes is choosing to apply inferior problematic finishes in the first place, secondly they are not respecting basic agreements. Legal action is the only option.
I called Mercedes-Benz of Morristown on my way down to my beach house Friday before Memorial Day Weekend and needed to know how to make a phone call through voice activated. I had just leased a new car and every time I would ask to call someone it would say phone not available which was weird as I know my phone was connected. Anyway, I called the sales department and my salesman was away for the weekend so Terry Ghassali, the receptionist, tried putting me in touch with another available salesman who could help me. Well none were available and I would need to come in! Hmm... I was unable to come in as I was on my way to the shore and I needed to be able to make calls on the way down! I was a bit surprised that no one was available to help as Mercedes is usually very helpful! Terry was great she told me a few things I could try and when I got off the phone with her I did what she told me and it worked! She was so helpful and she took the time to find a way to resolve my situation! I told her she should be a salesperson! She was great! I called her back and thanked her! I needed to write this review as so many support staff do not get enough recognition! Thanks Terry for taking the time to help me when I really needed the immediate help! You are the best!

A special shout to Ed who I ran through the ringer trying to get a deal on the low. Lol it was a experience to say the least, he is a great guy and we shared several life stories that will never be forgotten. To the sales manager going the extra mile, youre awesome for getting my pillows and being very thorough on the windshield. Those things mean a lot. Know this, if you purchase a car from here they will make sure the vehicle leaves in pristine condition. I drove 2 hours to get this car and have been searching for a car with all the options for over a year. Great service and awesome inventory! 👌highly recommended!

Great place. Purchased my first brand new Mercedes and they made me feel welcome and appeared to value my business. I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying things I didnt want or things I couldnt afford.
I visited the Morristown location as I am a past customer, however, I will not be returning. This dealership took almost an hour to acknowledge my presence. On top of that, they were dishonest and told me one thing and then went against their word. If you visit other dealerships, you will immediately see the lack of customer service.

I bought a used A220 4MATIC from a reseller. Was unable register myself as the new registered owner for Mercedes Me. App. On Nov18.2020 I visited Morristown Dealership and was greeted by Gregory Fiorino. He patiently listened to my issue and immediately took all the relevant info, logged into the system and set me up as the new registered owner. He downloaded Andorid app and showed me all the features and explained me how take advantage of the remote start, door lock and open. Greg was very professional and went well beyond to help. Initially worked with two sales people, neither of them returned calls and when we were in the showroom seemed less than interested in our business. Ther was a specific pre-owned car that we were interested in - drove 1.5 hrs to look at it. Finally spoke to the manager, Juan Hernandez and he was able to turn the situtation around. We worked with Nuha for the test drive (she was very professional) and then with Greg Fiorino for the delivery. Greg spent A LOT of time going over the features of the car and answered all of our questions (we are first time MB owners). Wish we had dealt with him from the beginning! Professional and patient.

Id heard good things about MB Morristown, however that must have been under different leadership. I sent an inquiry via the dealers site on a used car, and heard nothing for 4 days. Then, I get an email from the Customer Care Manager checking to make sure that all your questions regarding your inquiry have been answered.. I responded to this message saying that actually Id not been contacted by anyone from MB Morristown until now. This was 3 days ago, Ive heard nothing since. Why bother following up if you have nothing to offer? Why maintain listings on vehicles which you have intention of selling? Overall pretty disappointing, a simple this car is not available would have been totally fine.

I was looking to buy a certified pre owned GLA 250. I saw one I was interested in the Morristown location. I walked in and was warmly greeted by one of the salesmen, Greg Fiorino. He was an absolute joy to work with. He was not only extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles but honest and trustworthy. He talked to me for nearly 2 hours and I never felt rushed or pressured. Although, I did not end up purchasing my car from him ( I found a newer model at a different dealership) I would go directly to him when I am in the market for another car. Greg actually called me to say that if I ever had any questions about the car that I purchased elsewhere, not to hesitate to call him. That is the definition of class! In fact, my husband, who will be looking to buy a Benz when his lease is up next spring already said he will be contacting Greg. I will definitely use this location to get my car serviced.
