ZERO STARS is more accurate! NY RESIDENTS: Dont buy from this dealer in NJ. Two months after purchase, still waiting for tile, registration, etc. Everything blamed on the party they hire to do the DMV paperwork, or to the pandemic, whichever is more convenient (processing fees that you will pay, about $500). They will not even give you an update on your papers (they simply dont know), or about the agency that processes it, which are the people handling all your papers. If it is Plateman Inc, well, good luck trying to talk to anyone there! I will edit this note when I get my paper and news that my car is still alright.

Just purchased my 3rd Car from CarLink and I truly appreciate how easy the make it. I like dealing with them as they only have a $449 dealer doc fee and no other nonsense. I looked at cars elsewhere and was quoted $1,800 to 3,200 in miscellaneous fees on top of the listed price. I’ve been going to Carlink for 5 years and it’s always been great. Usually I’m in an out with in an hour . They help me put insurance on the car.

I went to CarLink to look at a very specific vehicle. Victor was incredibly helpful and got me out the door with the vehicle in about an hour. I’ve never had such an easy experience buying a car. Everyone was efficient and so friendly.

Customer service (after the deal) has been very poor. Purchased my vehicle August 24, 2021 and >2 months later Im still waiting for my registration (in NY). DMV has no record of the transfer and my calls to the dealership go unreturned. No one has any info. Beware if you are buying from out of state.

We got our car from them back in February. The entire experience was quite pleasant, our sales rep Art was very chill and professional. And as they promise on their ads, there were no extra dealer fees—you would certainly know what I mean if you ever experienced shopping for a used car through dealers, they add thousands to the actual advertised price under the name of dealer fees - and there did not seem to be a standard procedure, every place had different types of fees. Also their repair shop is a pleasure to deal with. They do what they say they would. So If they have the car you are looking for, I would highly recommend buying from them.

Been using Carlink services for a few years and today I stopped by their showroom on Ridgedale to see if I can find a car for my 18yr old son. As soon as I came in, I was welcomed by Victor. As I did not know exactly what I wanted just had a 10k budget. Victor took me to his desk and pulled up their inventory on his computer. I picked out 2 cars and he quickly had them bring them down from their warehouse for me to look at and test drive. Sure enough I landed a winner and lets just say my Son will be extremely happy. After the paper work was done with Cody he offered to have it dropped off at my home here in Morristown then gave me a ride back up to their service department where I was doing my oil change. Cant say enough for this organization and what they bring to the down of Morristown.

Terrible experience. I was contacted by their office to schedule a test drive. An hour and change of driving later, I arrive to find they sold the car a half hour ago. No one thought to call? Would not recommend if you are driving from a distance.

Buyer beware! I found this car online and could not fly down to see it. Spoke with many different guys from here about any damages or issues I should know about. Conveniently their facetime wouldnt work to do a walk around the car. They told me there was only bumper damage and a small dent on the front. I asked if there was any rust or coastal damage and they said no. After I paid almost 2000.00 to have it shipped I found out differently. Number one there was 1000 more miles than agreed to.There was damage all around the vehicle. The rims were scratched up and rusty. The motor looks like it was under water in a salt tank! The seat was torn in many places and patched. The bumber didnt just have some damage it was completely replaced and hit again! This car claimed to have no accidents and one owner but this car looked like it had been run down a wall and bumped into everything along the way. When I told them about the issues and that they hadnt returned my deposit, they wouldnt even respond. They sent my deposit in the mail without even a response. There are more things but I think this is good enough. I will attach pictures. I have the white Mercedes. Art and Victor, lied to me. Beware of this company. ** Update: took the car to the dealership and the motor mounts were collapsed, the parking brake was broken and the heated seat coils were also broken. Costing me another 5100.00.They said after they fixed those issues they would see why it is shifting odd. Go Carlink

Drove 6 hours to look at a expensive truck that was supposed to be in perfect condition and ended up with hole in the speaker and holes and ripped leather behind the seats and the leather seats were very worn and they wanted close to $40000 for it and rust along the bottom of the truck. I was dissatisfied and disappointed. Waste of my time and gas. I went back home. I believe this was deceptive advertising and less than honest on the manager as that damage did not show in his photos. They were rude too.

I lost my 2004 Honda Civic thanks to a reckless hit and run. I was absolutely devastated since I had just paid it off that week and only had 72K miles on it. Imagine my relief when I manage to find the luxury model of my baby with even lower mileage for just $6000. It all felt too good to be true, but this car is amazing.Not only was this a great buy, but the employees here were very kind and patient. They worked around my work schedule, and gave me a virtual tour before I came down.Overall this was worth the two hour drive back and forth, and highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

Where to start... my brother loves his old school Cadillac and by all means yes vehicle old. But when a dealer esp used dealer says you have 30 day power train you expect them to also stay true and on point as beginning when making sale. The rush to make sale and get rid of a car. After that downhill. Yes they said bring car in and they say they did work (alignment) that was a lie. Had to pay Firestone to check and correct issue. They never offered ext warranty and yet a buyer pays for it not them. Had to get own warranty on own. While my brother loves car now he finds he will invest to correct certain issues that now is not their problem. Yet brought up issues within a day, within 24hrs to be exact. Stay away if you are purchasing used vehicle. While paper says 30 days there is a hidden AS IS! Never again using these people. I have bought my share used cars esp Lexus and BMW from others and they have come through as sales and Managers. I gave 2 cause Hali is a good guy the upper mgmnt horrible and about $$$.

I am highly disappointed and just shudder in regard to the dishonesty of their advertising. There is no way possible that they do any integral inspection of vehicles they acquire for their inventory. I was pressed for a vehicle and was not able to take it to my mechanic until after the purchase. I had to get a belt replaced, rotors and brakes replaced, as well as 4 brand new tires. I know that you will have to come out of pocket when purchasing a used vehicle, but the most insane part is that its been a little under 2 months and the car has cut off on me/my son 3 times already. A business that makes a point to claim to verify every vehicle they sell for performance as well as safety does not deserve any amount of stars. The statement of we take our jobs seriously are an insult to the Universe. It appears that what you take seriously is making money on imperfect goods. I knew businesses have to make money...but when you make money by putting lives at risk...please know that the Universe is watching...and that ill intent will have to be burned off by some means of those who shall be held accountable. Shame on you CarLink...shame on you.

Unfortunately my initial satisfactory purchase experience was met with nothing but issues in my post purchase days. The vehicle I purchased from Carlink required an engine replacement 15 days after the 30 day warranty had run out. $5300 and a new engine later Im shocked that all they were able to do is reduce the labor rate by $50.00. This is not a reliable or reputable dealer. stay away. spend a few more dollars and go to a dealer who cares about reputation and return business. While the salesperson and Service manager were very professional the GM (Cody) and ownership lacked good business sense and professionalism.

My husband and I bought a 2015 LTZ Suburban that cost us $30,000 this vehicle needed a lot of work! We needed Shocks, Struts, Sway bar, Air bag shock in the back, ball joints! It cost us $4,800 dollars to repair this vehicle! My husband did hear a noise when he did a test drive but that was around the corner and back he didn’t take it on the highway. When my husband and I came back he discussed the issue with the vehicle and we asked if they can fix whatever was going on in the back they refused, So the manager Robert said he will take off $1000 but this headache wasn’t worth it!!! My husband thought it may been something minor but that truly wasn’t the case! We came from Delaware so as we were on our way back home this vehicle was bouncing all over the highway every bump we hit we thought the truck was going to fall apart! And my husband was going 65 miles per hour and the steering wheel was shaking like Mc hammer!!!My husband is a expert at driving this is what he does for a living he been driving tractor trailer over 20 plus years! Which is his company! So we spoke to Robert and honestly he didn’t have the brightest answer he said to my husband.... Well the vehicle has 103,000 miles on it and you expect wear and tear... Now with that being said yes we do expect wear and tear on this vehicle once we had it for a while but we had it for ONE DAY!!!! YOU SHOULD NOT SELL A VEHICLE WITH WEAR AND TEAR!!!! Most dealers make sure everything is up to par!!!! Robert act like we put the wear and tear on this vehicle really!!!! Now we can’t even drive the vehicle until everything get fix and my only daughter is getting married this weekend and we thought this vehicle would have been nice to escort her. But as we know looks are deceiving!! Our mechanic said it wasn’t even safe to drive!!!! PEOPLE LISTEN AND LISTEN GOOD DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS IT IS SO NOT WORTH IT!!! Buyer beware! I bought a car from CarLink in Morristown, NJ. It is an older vehicle but it looked to be in good shape. Mind you, I am a single woman that does not know too much about cars. When I bought it to my mechanic, he found that from the catalytic converter to the back of the car, the exhaust was hacked, meaning there was no exhaust system on the car. A piece of flex pipe was installed in place of a resonator assembly and muffler, which in his opinion, can fall off at any given time. When I called to have CarLink fix it, I was asked if the check engine light was on. Then they proceeded to tell me that the car was perfectly fine and told me theyd have their mechanic look at it to make sure it was functioning properly, which in my opinion, would be a big waste of time. They already knew there was no muffler system on the car when they sold it to me.

I took a ride to carlink Saturday because I found the car I was looking for at a great price. When I first got there I knew right away it wasn’t just another used car dealership. All the staff were wearing matching uniform the place was clean and organize. The whole process from the call I made the day before to set my appointment with Ashton to the welcoming feeling from Victor when I got there was great. Victor made the purchase process quick and easy. I also met with Robert in finance where he gave me all my options and at the end Cody the sales manger came over and thank me for my business. Couldn’t say more about Carlink and the staff there. Will be my dealership of choice for years to come.

I do not recommend this company. They do not stand by their product and warranty. Took back vehicle many times and ultimately the engine failed after warranty expired. If competent, a simple compression test would have revealed the problem. Which they knew. Do not recommend buying from this company.
