Lousy service. Went to check out a price on window tint. The guy wouldnt even come outside and look at my car.

Nice guys. Did a fair job. Audio has a hum. Sound bar rattles. I feel like they could have fixed these issues, or at least given me some options to get them fixed. Sub quit working after a while, too.

These people knew exactly what you need for any kind of system you have right off the bat! I was very impressed. Im going to keep on being their customer.

Extreme would not install a radio that I bought from another store. Claimed they will only install radios people purchase in their shop.Went to another radio shop in town (The Electronic Connection) and paid them. They were happy to do it.

These guys are great!! I had a audio/backup camera system installed in a 2000 model vehicle and it only took about 4 hours and everyone thats seen it thinks its factory. They are reasonably priced and top notch quality. I highly recommend them for any service you may need.I have had remote starters installed on two cars since the backup camera and am just as pleased with those as well. One is a two way, meaning it tells me from the remote that the car actually is running and works from inside the factory that I work, there is a lot of machinery running, walls and trucks between my location and the car and it still works....Highly recommended. You cant go wrong with these guys, 5 Stars all the way.

Accused me of lying about having an appointment when I went to drop off my car. Told me that “people like you always trying to sneak in here pretending to have an appointment “ (I’m Hispanic)They finally found my appointment in their system and were very rude and yelled at me when I asked questions about the services and prices. I was originally told that it would be ready at 3:30 (I work at 4:00) then suddenly changed to 5:30. Guy said “that’s just what it is” I was calm and polite the whole time, even told them to have a good day on my way out, just to get a “mhhm” reply. Very poor customer service, felt very singled out in front of the other customers. This guys made everyone in there uncomfortable with his mannerisms towards me. Do not recommend to anyone.

The person named Buddy was very unhelpful and quite rude when I was trying to schedule an appointment for installation. Being that it would have been the 3rd vehicle this month from the household that was taken to this place for business I would expect a little more professionalism. Zero stars!!!!!!

I took my Jeep Wrangler to get new speakers and an amplifier. They didn’t change all of them, though i was under the impression they were. The speakers they didn’t change they broke. I had to take it to another place to get the new speakers I paid for fixed. All in all, I had a horrible experience and I recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else.

Nice staff. The guys sort of answered questions but in a way that makes you feel like you are dumb.The good part is seeing all the audio equipment. The prices are expectedly higher than online purchasing and the install fee is a bit high for a simple CD player install.Other than that place is pretty nice to visit 👍

Extreme Car Audio installed a complete sound system in my sons 2004 Jeep Wrangler. I went to them having done some extensive research on products I was considering and they agreed that the alpine head unit and amp I had in mind was a good choice for my price range but suggested other speakers and sub than I was thinking. I was a little apprehensive about the dbDrive speakers they were recommending due the availability of intel I was unable to find on db products online, but they convinced me to give them a go and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The mids were clear and the highs are so crisp from both the 4x10’s in the dash and the 6.5 co-axles in the roll bar. Not to mention I was planning on a combination 8” amp and sub but Buddy and John said for around a $100 more I could get two 10” encased db speed subwoofers. I was impressed enough with the db drive platinum series speakers they installed In my sons Jeep that I’ve just recently replaced the Sony speakers in my Tundra with the dbDrive component of the same platinum series and love them as well. The guys at Extreme know their products and if you haven’t ever experienced the dbDrive brand do yourself a favor and go talk to Buddy and John and let them hook you up. The person here was rude to my boyfriend when he went to go ask for sizes of speakers . First of all, he assumed that my boyfriend was going to use this information to buy speakers somewhere else when that was not the case. And even after he told him that those weren’t his intentions he refused to help him. If I could give him no stars I would!

I was traveling cross country picking up a new vehicle when my non factory lighting system stopped working on the new van. Being a woman in a town and state far from home I was very grateful that someone recommended extreme audio to me. They were excellent and tried to help. In the end he had to send me to the dealership because we could not get into the fuse box. But he tried, he was extremely nice. Much more then I can say about my experience at the dealership down the street! Who I might add also had a very hard time getting to the fuse and was not near as nice about it.Thank you!

Had my windows tinted and they did a good job so I made an appointment for a windshield visor the following weekend. ..when I arrived the guy that done my tint the week before told me his window tinter was sick because he didnt want to. ..thanks Johns stereo on buffalo trail......I am truly sorry for your window tinter but everything else you said is simply not true btw I accept your apology you didnt bother giving a year later...great costumer skills and response time

Audio solutions for anything you drive!

My experience at Extreme Car Audio at Crescent Center in Morristown: I took my car to them to install remote start for my bday. 2 weeks after installation, my battery went bad, & the remote start quit working. After taking my car back 2 more times to have it fixed, I was told I needed a new alternator. I got a new alternator, & the remote start still didn’t work. After 3 visits to Extreme, a new battery, & new alternator, I decided I didn’t want it anymore. I called Extreme & told them I did what they said, but it still wasn’t working, & I wanted it removed & refunded. The employee offer to replace it at the beginning of the conversation, but at this point I was afraid to take a chance. He raised his voice, was argumentative, talked down to me, & hung up on me while I was trying to explain my concerns. I feel my request is justifiable due to all the inconvenience it caused in addition to the fact that I paid for a service and product that wasn’t functioning. My mom stopped by the shop the next day requesting to calmly talk and come up with a solution. The same employee started yelling at my mom, said he was refusing to help me & wasn’t concerned with the inconvenience this has caused me. He admitted to yelling at me over the phone & said your daughter is crazy & you are crazy, there’s the door, you can leave.I am in shock that someone can keep a business treating people this way. Take someone’s money, not provide working equipment after 3 attempts, refuse to stand by their work, & mistreat a customer and call them crazy because the customer is frustrated at missing work from dropping the car off multiple times, bumming rides, and replacing parts on a car that ran perfectly before the installation...No other man has ever talked to me that way, & my mom definitely didn’t deserve that treatment. So now I’ve lost hundreds of dollars, still don’t have a working remote start, & am denied my warranty.

They tried telling my you cant use welding cable for power wire because it doesnt carry amperage the same while justifying it with the fallacy of been doing this for 30 years. Well, doing it wrong for 30 years then. Ironically a young girl was being sold a 4ga CCA amp kit at that exact moment. For those who may not know, OFC (Oxygen Free Copper) welding wire has up to 40% greater current carrying capacity over CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum). CCA also corrodes very quickly and becomes brittle; in the environment of a car this further reduces current capacity and increases risk of a fire immensely.Normally I just roll my eyes and go about my day when I hear something so idiotic, but to stand there and make such a claim deserves a proper retort. Maybe it takes 31 years to learn BASIC electrical principals? I cant recommend another shop as Ive not dealt with the others, but I can tell you where I wouldnt go! 2 seperate vehicles of people Ive known that were taken here needed re-wired---just butt connectors with shoddy crimps, no soldered connections. Do yourself a favor... Research for yourself, decide what you want and learn the basics of proper installation methods. Do it yourself, or find a shop that is willing to show you their work.

I wish they would have told me they didnt know how to do tailgate wraps. I would have kept looking for someone else to do it. Now Im out a 130$ wrap thats ruined.

Dis cornbread everybody knows me in town i just wna say Extreme car audio on west a.j. highway in Morristown Tn is da best place to by a car audio from. I had an 06 300 srt8 an bought a $5,000 dollar system from there a few yrs back, im now another project an buyin a louder system
