Sent my daughter to get a radio installed. First time they said it needed a special harness not the one the book showed so I got the one they asked for. The second trip they said they couldnt do it because it had factory amps. Well the harness they had me get was for that. When she left the radio wouldnt work the factory radio. It worked going in hmmm. So I had her take it to another place. Guess what? Shes got her new deck and sound. Never sending anyone there again Johns has went way down on the list of 3 installers.

The guys did a tint removal from a previous tint poorly done.Then they retinted my windows today.Well pleased with the results. The car was very clean when picking up. They did an excellent job and will highly recommend them to others. I would do business with them again.

You are the reason small install shops are getting bad names, if you dont sell it its junk ? sounds almost as bad as the ignorant guys over at Extreme Car Audio in morristown ..

I stopped by Johns Stereo today to discuss putting in a new radio/cd player in my truck. I spoke with a man who was VERY RUDE. I did not get the mans name but he was wearing his baseball cap backwards and had an earring, i believe. After trying to speak with him for a minute or two I was done with it. He would interrupt my questions and sentences with rude remarks. I had found a radio I wanted to purchase. Johns deals in Pioneer radios and I have found a Pioneer online and was asking if they would install it. Before I could even finish my question about them installling, this man interrupts me with snark and rude comments about warranty. I would be saving $40 by purchasing online but all he could do was make rude comments about warranties. I was very disappointed in how this man acted. I wont go back and I will deter any friends/family members from using Johns Stereo. It is a shame that one mans actions can lead to this but, he is a representative of that business and should be held accountable.

The first radio had some issues took it back to them, we had some misunderstandings with my radio but they fixed it and came thru for me. Great service and at the end of the day they really care about the costumer satisfaction.

UPDATE - The manager never returned any phone calls, but I did go back and have the radio removed and my factory radio reinstalled. The guys who were there and I agreed on a refund amount and they refunded most of my purchase price. I didnt mind the partial refund as the techs had done all they could to make it work, so I didnt want them to not be compensated for their time. Im upping my rating to 3 stars because of that.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Sold me a Kenwood and accessories for my pickup. After install, it became evident that the system wasnt going to work as advertised. Ive had my vehicle back to their shop 3 times with no resolution in sight. Now Im asking for a refund, and the manager has gone completely AWOL and has refused to return my phone calls for nearly 3 weeks. Im to the point of filing this with my CC company and letting them figure it out.
