Rent is ALWAYS going up. People will break into your car for loose change. Some of the people are nice but most are just loud, inside and outside, no matter what time it may be. There are never any warnings if they are shutting the water off for maintenance or fixing a pothole in the road. Too many cons to mention. Just stay away.

Love living here and the owners are down to earth and so kind hearted! The only mobile trailer park that is clean and safe to live in around the area by far!!!
