I am very pleased with customer service from Brain and his whole staff at wireless world . That was the best experience I have ever had. If you are looking for great phone service with good rates check them out. They will go over and beyond to make sure you are very satisfied and they help out with any issues you may have.They also do great jobs on cracked screens or back of phones and replacing batteries. Went to WW for a game console repair and was met with quick, precise, and friendly helping hands! Luckily they had the parts on-hand and it was ready for pickup the next afternoon! I browsed their inventory while there and had a great time checking out all the vintage horror memorabilia and wide variety of records and movies. Definitely a good place to find that needle-in-the-haystack obscure film you’ve been hunting for :) great environment with great guys running it!

I can’t explain how much this place is a lifesaver . I ran over my daughters iPhone 11 with the car. I thought the phone was a total loss and it wasn’t. They fixed it and it was a brand new phone. I highly recommend this place.

I just had Wireless World replace the screen on my Samsung Galaxy s8. The damage to the screen was very extensive and deep into the phone. I was expecting lasting problems even after the replacement but man, these guys are great. In less than an hour they had my repair finished. I recieved my phone and found that not only did they succeed in a total repair of the damage done but my screen also looks better with better phonesPicture quality than the phone ever had. I will be using Wireless World for my every phone need moving forward. They offer amazing service and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend! I dropped off my S7 to have the screen repaired today. To my suprise he said I could pick it up in about an hour. I expected longer, but it was done when I got there. They were very nice and helpful. He made sure I was fully aware of the price before I left from drop off. Not even a fingerprint on the screen when I picked it up! I will be coming here for all my tech needs from now on!

Excellent services. They always go above and beyond. I have used them several times now to replace screens on our iPhones and also bought iPhones from them. They are quick, honest and do an excellent job. Highly recommend them!!!

Bought new to me used phone for $300. Now 7 months later its having software issues and theyve only said they could get it working like new for a whole $27 less than I paid for it! Itd be nice if they worked with me for having been not only a phone but, also a plan buyer! Not to mention Id sold them the newest model at that time the note 10+ for $300. Yet, when I went to buy it back my note 10+ was $800 and the best thing I could afford was the note 8 Im referencing!

My son broke his charger off in his ipad. They fixed it for me real quick in and out and were super friendly.

( Very Happy & will not hesitate to go back )I purchased a new phone and within three days I accidentally cracked my screen. I searched around and found this place. They replaced the screen. After getting my new screen put on I noticed that there was a light showing through the front camera. I couldnt Skype with my grandkids without there being a blur. So, once again I called Wireless World up and explained the problem. They told me to bring it in and theyll look at it. They tried to fix it but unfortunately they couldnt and not only that but when trying to fix it my camera app wouldnt work anymore.Now when I came back to get my camera not only was he upset that he couldnt fix my camera he told me they would replace it with a new one.If it were any other place I dont believe I would have been treated as nicely as this. I was very impressed that they cared enough to make sure I was happy.I hope nothing else will happen to my phone but if anything does I will not hesitate to take it back to Wireless World.

We took one of our business phones in for a repair a while back and had troubles with it from the very first day, we stuck it out thinking it was something software related. They were recommended by others. Had batteries on 2 phones changed. They were nice and accommodating. Will give it some time and edit this with results of battery life. They use Ampensentrix batteries. Said they are better than Samsung batteries.

Great service from Chris and Brian. They have worked on my phone twice. The second time the repair would be too expensive, so they didnt charge me for the work they did. Couldnt ask for more!

Needed a new battery for my iphone - paid $49 dollars only to find they never changed the battery and tried to bully me saying I didnt trust them. Put an battery app on my phone which told me it was my original battery. Had battery replaced at CPR and phone works great! Do not go here - if you need a new battery!

On April 25th I ordered a new battery for my phone with wireless world. I was told it would take 3 days to receive the battery. On May 6th they finally called to let me know the battery was there. 11 days later not 3. I dropped my phone off and came back 2 hours later to find out they had broken my phone. When I asked to see it, I was told that wasnt possible and that I should be thankful that the employee that broke it was at least honest. They claimed it was the screen and of course had to be ordered and of course would take 3 days. Well it took 12 days this time and they of course forgot to order the screen protector I had on it. I had to ask to speak with the owner and his way of fixing the situation was to let me have my battery for free. Which was the only thing he really could have done. Ive had my phone back for 3 days now and Ive noticed the volume down doesnt work anymore which also means the screen shot wont work. Please dont take your phones to wireless world and if you do then plan on it taking 3 times longer than they say and they might break it. What amazes me is Ive had this phone for two years without breaking it, they had it 2 hours.

Dont buy from him! He sold us a Droid 3 and the same day, we returned to the store because the front facing camera wasnt working. We have a lot of experience with Droid 3 phones and know the front facing camera issue can be the first sign of the flex cable going out. He refused to exchange the phone, did a factory reset which temporarily fixed the issue, and when we told him that (in our experience) the screen goes out within 6 weeks of the front facing camera problems, he said even if it was outside of their 15 day warranty, to let him know if that happened. 6 weeks later, bam! The phone screen is out and hes on vacation. When he came back a week later, he refused to do anything except get us a repair quote. We tried to return the phone the day of purchase when we saw the issue but were told that if the problem returned, to come see him. When we did, he played dumb and said he didnt know what we did to it during the time we had it, so he wasnt responsible. Terrible customer service! Find another place to buy your phones!
