I came to this store to buy a 1 month plan for my son who was traveling. After 2 solid hours on a Tuesday morning, they were not capable of adding a plan to a phone....not only that but they still charged my $45 for it which I have in dispute.I switched to T-Mobile which has been such a breath of fresh air but do be aware that if you purchase a phone from Verizon that even though they say its open platform, Verizon puts malware on its phones so that they get terrible cell service. I bought the exact phone that was open platform and the service has been amazing w TMobile.
I was a little scare after reading the negative reviews of unsatisfied costumers.As a business owner at times costumers arent always right.While I was waiting because they are short on stuff, Ive seen very unreasonable clients then I once again confirmed. Costumers arent always right.It got to my turn and I was very pleased with them. The lady helped me and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the way they help costumers.
What an INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! VERIZON WAS CLOSING BUT WE WERE GREETED WITH SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY BY SAMMIE!!!I NEEDED ASSISTANCE WITH MY ACCOUNT & HEATH (an associate) WAS SO WILLING & HELPFUL MY CUP RUNTH OVER!!! IVE BEEN IN TENNESSEE FOR 8 WEEKS & I HAVENT FOUND THE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY TILL TONIGHT AT 7:00 P.M. @ VERIZON!!! LIFE IS SOMETIMES VERY VERY INTERESTING!!!

I went to the Verizon business store at 7pm on Thursday night. There were three staff members serving three groups of people (five people). The temperature was very low that night, and we were told to wait at the door with cold wind and rain! The store was very spacious at that time. I think we can keep a safe distance, or we can leave the phone number and we wait in the car. When you finish serving other customers, call us instead of being treated like this! I think we are not the first to be treated this way, nor will we be the last! I hope that the service will be more user-friendly. All our customers who choose to use Verizon should not be treated like this! Please think from another perspective. If it was the Verizon staff and the owner at the time that encountered this situation, what do you think?
Covid 19 response handled perfectly. You just drive there get out and tell the people at the door what you need, theyll take your cell number and text/come to your car you when the person before you leaves. When you go inside you can tell it has been cleaned over and over but you can still physically touch the device youre pondering, its great its the only reason I went so I could feel it in my hand before I bought my new phone, they could do this with test me out first units mailed to the people wanting a hands on same day shipping, but until they do that it was the quickest in, buy and bounce that I have ever experienced. Even the payment processing was sterile, a kiosk like the old ones but improved. Very happy with the experience overall.
I tried to call the store to ask someone if I could swap phones for my father in law from a iPhone 5c to a IPhone 8 Plus or would I have to bring the phones in to the store and the lady just hung up the phone before I could finish my question!!This is why I don’t use Verizon!!!
Was here in march 2020 the day before they closed for covid. Greg is great to work with but wasnt here. We got Brett instead and got scammed. It took 4 days to straighten out his mess. But nice to know his friends can leave positive reviews for him. Have been back in and he still has a job. But if you want great service go to the Turkey Creek location in Knoxville. Chad is awesome. Definitely worth the drive.
This store is a breath of fresh air in comparison to the Jefferson city store. I signed up with Verizon in August and had so many issues with the full of themselves cellular sales employees in Jefferson City and kept going back and getting ghosted by an sales associate named Gage and his empty promises when I should have just went to the Morristown store. What took that store 7 months to mess up and never fix, the Morristown store put a ticket in and had my issue fixed in less then a week. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Glad to do business with them.
Best store I have been to. Newport store is terrible and has been for years. Recommend going to Morristown for everything. 10-10

Not very pleased due to trying to get a 4 pin pass word at Russell Cellular to switch from Verizon to another carrier i couldnt get a call thru for over an hour. Even while finally getting someone & speaking with them I had to walk around to be able to get a signal on my Verizon Note10 so I could hear the associates. Mind you after hours I finally get a real person who passes me to another associate. This was Dec. 13. As of today the change has not taken place for me. Upset is putting it mildly. 🤔😬🤐

Absolutely the WORST customer service! No matter what route you take to speak with someone, you cant get any help. Have had the phones 6 months and every person we have spoken to, with the exception of one, has been completely useless.

Great place to go n get any of ur wireless devices. Go see Zack n he will take excellent care of you. Every time I go in there he always is there to answer my questions and help me with my bill or anything I need with my cellular devices. I recently got a new phone and new tablet and he took care of me getting both of them. Just go check them out and see what they have and they will take good care of you.
Got what i needed, but was not helped in setting up my phone. They sent me home to do it myself. Overall not bad but not great
Rude, poor customer service. Went to the store to get new Sim cards like the Verizon customer service told me and was treated like I didnt know what I was talking about and was rudely interrupted several times.
Drove an hour up and back to Verizon and accomplished nothing. Sales person was not knowledgeable.

I was denied service and disrespected by staff because of the unconstitutional mask requirement. So I went to a different Verizon store and didn’t have any issues! Stay away from Verizon in Morristown unless you support your rights being violated!

Come in, wait till someone is free walk up to them they walk away. New people come in. 2 other groups get help while I get ignored. You get better customer service at walmart electronic . Just after I did this review another customer looking to upgrade asked me for help so I helped him figure out the issue on his phone and sent him to another place to upgrade his phone.
Very friendly people work here, patient and helpful. I simply wish Verizon would allow them to do more than just sell phones and accessories.

Called in then showed up. There was about 6 employees there at the time, but we were told to sit & wait on this guy who was in the middle of a sale with other customers. While the other 5 walked around watching the paint dry. We finally got tired of waiting & left. No one tried to stop us. We went to the other one in the mall. Got help immediately.
Helpful reps and very nice clean store. the sales reps will do everything they can to make sure you get the device and plan that you need and want. But in most say be careful the reps get paid in commission and sometimes have even known to add extra stuff without really explaining the cost

This particular Verizon store has so many crazy expensive merchandise; oh wait, all of them are like that. I have great service everywhere I go and even though it is ridiculous to pay $100 a month or for a billing cycle, anyway. I personally think $50 a month should pretty much allow you to do what you need to do on your phone every month, but $100??
Wasnt busy that day I went or they had enough employees; therefore, I was serviced quickly. In last couple weeks I visited Morristown, Greenville, then JC Verizon. So far this was my best experience. The exception that some of the men (@ all said stores) seem to have some arrogance combined with a bit of its just a job attitude. Hey guys be proud of having a job and knowledge enough to do it. Whatever your doing do it the best you can no matter the job description.

Went into the store just to get a replacement charger .... and apparently Im invisible. I would recommend going to a cellular sales store for good service. The manager at this store should be fired asap to bad there is not a less than 1 star .
They’ll lie to you to make a sale, I’m out 1200$(Twelve hundred, not a typo) & I’ve only been a customer for 3 months.DO NOT use Verizon services. Or stay least DO NOT go to this location for any service needs... Just entered this location needing tech support... the guy who I walked up to and explained my situation to, took my phone, acted as if he did something (he literally just swiped the screen left and right), gave me my phone back and said “sorry there’s nothing I can do, that’s a straight talk issue” when all I had told him was I was trying to switch my phone to straight talk.I repeat, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO MAKE A SALE!!!!!

Took forever to get any help employees more interested in it was close to closing time get out so we did.
The customer service is awkward at best. I walked in the door and didnt know what to do. No one came up and asked to help me. After about 15 minutes a sales person came up and said someone would help me shortly. After another 15 minutes another sales person waited on me. I wanted to change my service to Verizon which was done but they couldnt get my hotspot to work. After trying a couple of things I was told it must be my phone and I needed to talk to the phone manufacturer. Guess Ill try another service provider next month.

Hubby needed a replacement carrying case for his flip-phone. The store had one in stock and the price was reasonable. I needed help with my Moto; the camera Mod no longer functions with the phone. Like either the camera and/or phone is missing an upgrade for them to sync up together. The salesman looked for a camera app on my phone; none. No Mod app either - to sync up other Mods. Found an app in an app-search but no way to update. No updates showing. Only uninstall option; like the Moto Mods no longer exist.
They dont help people walk off when you have been waiting there. The woman manager is rude. And stay in the back never comes out to help any people.

This store called me and up sold some things no big deal, well couple days later we were gonna return them and pay the restock fee. We then found out that they forged my signature and then lied and said they never called me. After printing the phone records and showing them their number they still said the account was hacked??? I also have the employee that was attached to the account and they still never made it right. I switched to U.S. Cellular and Im paying off my last bill now. This is not a place to do business be warned.

Customer for several years through my family. Service is hit or miss here. Chances are the salespeople will be more enthusiastic if youre buying a premium phone; if not, I have had multiple poor experiences.Personal story - last time I went in, I went to look at phones and wanted to know more about a specific phone. Evidently, it had just come out (verifiably inaccurate) and, as a result, he didnt have any knowledge on the product (he also wasnt willing to find anyone that did or offer any other practical solutions). People like him will be the first to be replaced by technology.If you come here, be sure to do your own research first.
One in Jefferson city forget it the one in Morristown is lot better
Talk to Kathy at verizon across from the mall! She is an awesome rep for Verizon, she doesnt pressure you into buying anything. She helps you with what you need with no expectations! Shes the best.

I waited a good 15 mins as the next customer. He finished and walked right by me and my daughter, who also thought of him as super rude. He didnt ask if he could help nor return to his little statjon. I ask the guy at the other station (playing solitaire?) If he could help me with what I needed, his response was were barely allowed to touch them now. He didnt want to help because he wanted the commission from a sale. I understand, but what about my broken phone that is also insured? Nothing, no help, definitely disappointed, and phone is still broken! Didnt want to give 1 star.

I loved Verizon at one time, I got a phone and its time to upgrade! NOT I was ringing out and they had my ssn wrong so when they fixed it I couldnt get a upgrade and mind you I was getting one for my 6 year old! All of my OKs before I got there are/still gone and all because THEY had my ssn wrong! I had 2 s9s and 1 j7 and all the fixings with all 3 and my 6year old had to witness their mistake and we had to suffer for it! The sales person she was just rude and no personality at all! Just another sale, I was too her and when I didnt buy she was just got more and more nasty!! Word of advice Verizon dont make a whole family suffer because of your mistake! I didnt type in the ssn a repersentive did and my entire family on black friday mind u didnt get what they wanted and it was so embarrassing, all because of a number I will not be a customer no more! Just know I have warned you
They did sell me a glitchy phone, but they also helped me solve the problem in a very patient and friendly way. I do wish there were more people available to help customers though.

I got the new galaxy s7 edge from verizon and a week later the speaker went out on it. So instead of them just trading it in the store for a new one. They sent me a like new phone in the mail. i called verizon to see why after the defective device i sent back on december 27th and recived on the 30th was still charged to my account. I spent an hour on the phone with them just so they could keep transferring me to different people till I got to the last one who told me that once the warehouse scanned it in. It would be taken off. I have never been so damn aggravated!!! And to top it off. Whenever I got my phone they gave me this Hum device that I have not once used since I got my phone in October. And when I went into the store they said I could call and cancel it and there wouldnt be a fee. Well that was a lie and I have to pay over $100 to cancel it.

Horrible store, horrible service. Went in to get my phone checked out cause I wasnt getting any reception, dude told me no problem bro! We will send you a new phone for free as your phone is still under warranty I made sure to ask MULTIPLE times to make sure the phone was indeed free of charge and he assured me it was. I get my bill in the mail and I have been charged for the new phone, so now i have to pay for the phobe i had plus the new phone. They wont take the new phone back because they said my 14 day grace period was up. I went back to the store and spoke with the exact same man that lied to me and he said that he didnt remember me, and that he didnt tell me there would be no charge. There was 2 other people there complaining on the same guy. Im not completely against verizon but I am against that particular store. I will be switching to at&t
