Whitney is the best! She went above and beyond to help me with my bill and made sure it got corrected. She is very professional and knows her job well! She will spend as much time with you as well to make sure you leave a happy customer. I highly recommend this girl.
We had an issue with our Samsung watch 3. We were in the store for over an hour to get it fixed. I want to say great job and thank you for going above and beyond to Darhrian. He was so very helpful and smiled through the whole process. More people need to be like him. Great customer service. Thank you.
It was a bit of a wait to get help, but we were only there to do an in store pickup so it was pretty quick once the rep got to us. Employees were kind to answer questions and show us their personal devices that werent on display that we were interested in. Friendly staff.
Can not say enough good things about the folks at this store. Especially Derrin he is the most professional, polite and the funniest sales rep. Plus he knows his AT&T stuff better than anyone Ive ever dealt with at the company! And will definitely get you the most for your money!!!
Very bad management. I watched the black manager in his 30,s Darrin I believe his name was. Tried to pick a fight with a senior citizen. Everyone one in the store was shocked and he lost lots of money for the store. This was totally uncalled for and put a black mark on this business . Darrin is a lit keg ready to explode. I would certainly stay away from this store as he proved he is to hot headed for a position of this kind. He needs to go an anger management school..also he spends his time in the back with a blonde girl who works there. This is the Morristown location in the mall

Matt was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I have been a customer with Verizon for 10+ years and there was no issue changing services. Everything was explained well and the customer service was excellent. Happy with my decision to change to AT&T
Yoooooooo! Derrin completely shifted my business from home dynamic with all the upgrades and suggestions he made. Hes very helpful an insightful. Would highly recommend AT&T services be considered moving forward.
We were former customers of AT&T, but left to join T-Mobile due to promises of better service and cheaper bill. Well, the service was horrible even in the center of town, right next to a tower. With having a terminally ill mother, I need service wherever I go. And the bill was never the same, even though they promised that it would be. The decision to come back to AT&T was easy, and Chad helped us get back where we belonged!

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at at&t Saturday. They were so so busy. We had waited for a good while (I also had my 2 wild boys with me lol) and the manager Kelly was so amazing. She was patient, and so sweet to them and me. She helped with everything I needed and more. I definitely recommend going there!

They are not good Business I called them over the phone and asked if I could buy a phone straight off of them and they side yes so when I go to AT&A to buy it they tell me I could not buy it straight off of them I would have to do payments and they lied right to my face in the store

I stopped into the AT&T store today because one of the new phones we had ordered had a faulty SIM card. Derrin quickly greeted me to let me know he or someone would be right with me. He ended up working with me to get the phone fixed, helping me pick out cases and screen protectors, and putting everything together so I didn’t have to worry about anything. He was very polite, extremely knowledgeable about the products, and really easy to talk to.I was impressed with the level of customer service. Derrin made the whole experience easy and efficient. If you’re looking to upgrade, add features, buy accessories, or just needing information, I highly recommend going to see Derrin.

Wife bought 2 screen protectors and a phone case for Google Pixel 4a 5G. This was 98$ for these items the case is OK the screen protectors are literally trash put it on last night already peeling off wont stay on. Im taking this junk back asap. Update called store 3xs to speak with manager Kelly left phone number and name still no response so...
If you are having trouble with your phone take it here and let Zack and his buddies look at it. They are good. Had it to two different att stores before going here. They couldnt get it going. But these guys had it working perfectly in just a few minutes. Thanks guys. AAA+

Very disappointed in my experience with this place. I originally came into the store with my wife looking at phones and to upgrade. I told the sales guy what we were looking to do and if our payments were not terribly high I would most likely be doing business with him that day. I was told my payments would be a little under 190 a month. He did not disclose that would be before taxes which would be nice to simply say you are looking at this price before taxes. Needles to say my payment is about 30 dollars higher a month then what i was told it would be. I did call and it was fixed one time and I was credited my money back, but I got my bill again this month and it has back to 30 dollars higher then what I was told it would be. I did make the mistake when signing the contract not reading it and taking a better look but it was on a tablet and the sales guy was just saying sign here, I took his word at monthly payment. Bad business practices here and very misleading. Good luck calling this place and getting help over the phone as well. You need to spend 45 minutes at a time to get a sales rep.
They may have a 5g network, but if you go to thier store you will have to wait 30min to get in the door and the sales reps aren not honest about the deals they claim they have.
This place is great! The people REALLY do everything they can to help the customers. They are all very knowledgeable about their products and plans. Marcus was EXTREMELY helpful with my new phone purchase. Went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. Even when another worker told him he would never get it done.... Marcus DID IT! He knows his stuff. I witnessed another woman helping a customer and was in the phone FIGHTING to get the customer what they wanted. Not many companies do THAT anymore. HIGHLY recommend you visit this location for all your needs.
🔴🔴Zachary a salesman I would NOT trust! He sold us a galaxy zflip (previous iPhone owner) told us the first screen replacement was FREE! Then 4 months into having the phone the screen breaks so I return to the store to replace it and he proceeds to tell me its NOT FREE and it a actually costs $100. He is a liar and will just tell you anything to make a sale. 🔴🔴

Asked for help changing my husbands service to a new plan and was informed You have to do it yourself. Told worker that I had come in 2 months ago and it took worker 30 to 40 minutes to get my plan changed over. He said No. Do it yourself. Now husbands phone is showing no service plan. Was suppose to be $65 a month with $10 off for auto pay with unlimited data.

This would be a good place for informed and educated AT&T employees! After being a customer for almost 20 years the girl(employee) told me that I should go to the Cellular store across from the mall for help!!! It was definitely a wasted trip!!!

Very rude sales rep Charles. He was rude and did not care to listen to what we, the customer, had to say. We had the feeling of being belittle by this man. He looked at us making expression with his faces like we didn’t know what we were saying or even doing there. I don’t know if it was the color of our skin but we did not leave with a good feeling while there because of this man Charles. Never will I return here again.
Always get issues fixed as soon as they can, they always find the answer to whatever it is, even when customer service cant over the phone. Whitney, dexter and Preston are AWSOME. With any issue go see one of them.
AT&T is good for rural areas where others dont pick up but price and rate plans are higher. I personally like boost most bang for the buck.
We went to buy new phones and new plans. No one would wait on us. They completely ignored us.
They do a great job, always have been friendly when Ive gone in. They gotta do there job accurately with time Ive been there so I totally understand if they get busy and the wait is long, but thats the reason you are able to make an appt as well to avoid that. If anyone is having trouble or needs help with bills or issues with phone just FYI but most of the time youll have to call AT&T because they cant fix those things in store its something that has to go through different depts and their are policies they have to follow. So have patience and give these hard workers time to help you! Im not an employee Im a real customer...
