The decor of Smartworld Coffee is simple, humble and narrow-spaced. We can tell from the crowd that it’s one of the most popular coffee shops in the neighborhood.The menu is various with special time-limited flavors like Valentine’s Day Special. We had one cup of latte & white mocha in size medium and the price was reasonable with great portion. Their coffee wasn’t the best but really refreshing and satisfying.

This is our Morristown neighborhood coffee shop. The service is courteous and professional and its a really fun hang out. Even during covid when seating is only outside, its a really pleasant and fun place to gather.

I would never give only two stars ... but when you are in a great mood and your order and coffee is being served to you by severely constipated employee ... well that coffee tasted like the problem that that employee had.

So i just want to say the food was good and the coffee was good as well but something that did bother me was the costumer service of the teen girls, they acted very stuck up and were all very unfriendly and unwelcoming its really annoying because those girls need to be reminded that they are at work and are getting PAID to do their job the right way. I would recommend to hire genuine staff that doesn’t act like little mean girls when no one is around.I even said “ thank you good day” and was completely ignored.

Cute laid-back-vibe coffee shop where, oddly, their hitest costs more than the house blend ... and theyll discuss the difference.The prepared foods look like nothing, but a nice-looking nothing. If youre here and want to take a break its a good choice.

Coffee was great but bagel they gave it was literally CHARRED ashes and we had to wait so long for them and were on a family trip so it took up 30 mins of our family time which was really upsetting. Very dark atmosphere and the people working there are wonderful but quality of food was 0/5 :(

I was walking down the street going to my normal coffee place and instead found this one. Man was I blown away and much happier with Smart Worlds Coffee then what I would have ended up with. Great find and finally hours of operation I can work with unlike the 9-3 cafes.

My favorite place to get coffee in town. I always get their cold brew, so refreshing. Pastries and sandwiches are great too.

Great iced chai lattes and I was quite impressed with their espresso. Ordered a triple shot and I actually received 3 shots of espresso! And it was pressed at the right pressure and temperature; producing a silky and bitterless press. They also have a reward program so every 13th coffee is free! This is slowly becoming my Sunday spot!

Great coffee with their own take on a few classics and dont miss out on the baked goods. Specifically the Spinach Ricotta Crossant and the Vanilla Cream Pastry. Just make sure to leave some left for when I get there. They also have a great old school punch card frequent flyer club. I love not having to sign up for something.

Very pleasant, dedicated staff, cleaned 2x over 30 min while I was there. Pleasant atmosphere - dark grey and stone with solid chairs and an awesome variety of people - it was like UN day this Sunday afternoon. Will go again.

Hot chocolate was good although not filled to the top. I enjoy buying beans from coffee shops on my small road trips and came here to do the same but I decided to not purchase the beans here. Coffee was light in flavor and I think its because the coffee was either not made well or simply their coffee is a bit watered down. I didnt have to do much to the coffee to make that light flavor as it was already like that. I assumed the coffee was made as intended but thats definitely not my preference in coffee 90% of the time.

I love Smart World. They have a great selection of hand crafted drinks and sweet treats. The Nutella donut is SO good. I always order boxes for meetings and never have any problems with ordering by phone or with pick up.

Nice little coffee shop. Unfortunately, they dont always open on time. I was there this morning after their open and the place was still dark and the bakery delivery box still outside. There were two other customers that left besides myself. For me, that was the third time in the last month.

My friends & familys go-to place for coffee. The specialty coffees and snacks are great, but the drip coffee is fantastic - especially the seasonal selections. The winter graham cracker is THE best. Plus - the staff is friendly and helpful!

Of course great coffee options but I love that they have smoothies w almond milk and organic bottled juices! More options than whole foods down the street and nicer employees.

The weather just turned cold so I turned to this local Morristown coffee spot and got exactly what I was looking for. Friendly staff, great service, breakfast food was cooked fresh with high quality ingredients, and best of all -- on a Sunday morning it was busy but not prohibitively so. I was able to order right away and start eating in no time. I highly recommend, and as a bonus - if youre looking for sustainably harvested coffee then this is your place!

Delicious smoothie and great lunch selection. Had a fresh mozzarella flatbread and although a bit soggy it was superb.

I stopped in today hoping to get some work done in the hour I had to kill before an appointment nearby. Within this time not only did I have sticky syrup all over my pants and arm, I didnt even connect to the wifi. Pretty frustrating experience. I suggest that they clean up the place on a regular schedule and make sure their wifi is set up for people to use.

I work in town and will not get my coffee anywhere else. I adore Smartworld not only for its delicious coffee but for its wonderful owners and staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and there is a great ambiance in general. There is a wide selection of drinks besides coffee, my favorite being raspberry passionfruit iced tea, as well as tasty sandwiches, pastries, and even biscuits for your pups. As an added bonus, there are plenty of places to park, which is usually an issue in Morristown. Even if you cant find a spot on the street or in the church parking lot across the way, there is a big lot behind the block, accessible from Pine Street, with rear entry to the shop.

Im another small business owner in town and as such, try to support small businesses, however the inconsistency makes it difficult. The coffee and treats are a-ok, what I would expect of any coffee shop in town. I would note that I have ordered the same breakfast sandwich several times and had it prepared several ways, twice having had received the wrong sandwich. Ordinarily this wouldnt be a big deal, but if youre going to grab and go, you might be in for a disappointment. Lastly, closing is not consistent. During the week, when the store is supposed to close at 7, I have gone in at around 6:15 to see lights dimmed, the beverage refridgerator case turned off and the bakery display emptied.Unfortunately, when I go to starbucks, I know exactly what Im getting and I know that theyll be open when they say they are.Your small business will only get smaller if your staff does not support your menu or your hours.
