We hired Mr. Bivens to install 2 new garage doors. In addition, we asked him to replace a door opener on our old garage door on a different building. He special ordered our new doors. The day the doors arrived, he delivered them and began installation. He and his crew were very professional, informative, and accommodating. They did an excellent job on installing the new doors and openers and repairing our old garage door. We would recommend them to anyone.

Called multiple times to have garage door he installed fixed, No answer or anything. Ran into him at Lowes and he told me he would be there that day or the next never showed up to fix it. He installed this door and had fixed it before it obviously isnt installed right it keeps breaking springs and tore the garage door opener board lose which I had to fix. Poor service and doesnt stand behind his stuff. Dont waste your time or money on this fly by night outfit!

Unfortunately I have called Mr. Bivens over 5 times to have him come install a new garage door motor. On three separate occasions he scheduled a date/time and told me to wait at home and he would be there. All three times Mr. Bivens not only didnt show, but he didnt call to let me know he wouldnt be able to make it/reschedule. In fact, each time Mr. Bivens no-showed me I had to call HIM back to reschedule. Im all about giving someone chances, especially when they are recommended by friends--but three times was enough for me. How unprofessional and irresponsible--especially for someone on our city council....I called Lakeway Door and they were here the next morning fixing my issue for me with zero problems.
