Worst service ever. The guy kept telling us the days he would come to install a door, he never showed up. We would call, he would reschedule, never showed up....this has been going on for 3 weeks now. Such an unreliable company. They dont even deserve the one star, but I had to put something in.

They came replaced spring right side .the guys were nice.After that garage door wouldnt shut level I called immediately before they got too far away and wouldnt answer....Husband called several time to have em come back and couldnt ever get call back..been a year now and you can hear it starting to pop guess Ill just have to pay someone else to do the same job again ....thanks lakeway .I wish I could give a big thumbs down instead of 1 star

Outstanding service. I was suppose to meetTodd to repair my door on Wednesday but had a schedule conflict. He graciously, at the last minute, accommodated the change. Lakeway Door and Glass is a business of integrity, trust and class. Incidentally the company who installed my door didn’t show previously nor have I heard from the company, two weeks ago.

I have used Lakeway Door & Glass on two occasions and very pleased both times. The most recent, I needed the door springs on my home garage door replaced since one broke. I called them at 1pm and I met them at 4pm to complete the repairs THAT DAY! I highly recommend them for any door service or repairs.
