The weekend after Thanksgiving my family and I went into Mattress Outlet looking for a storage bed for our Daughter. When we entered the store the smell of Marijuana would knock you down. We ask the guy there if he had any storage beds and he No. We said Thank you and left! Dec.23rd we thought we would give them another chance by getting a price check on a Beauty rest mattress. When we walked into the store. The same guy rudely says we are closed,I have had a bad day,and I live in knoxville. Come back tomorrow ..Very very rude!! I will not ever go back into this store again!!! Reply to Mark Tanners post- Mark I did fumble on the day we were there. It was the day before Christmas eve. I posted a photo of the guy who said that,and he was the same guy that talked to us the first time we entered the store. We went to The Bed Store first and they were super helpful,came to your store and turned around and left. Went to Mattress Firm and she was helpful. I will purchase a mattress from either the Bed Store or Mattress Firm.

We came here for a new mattress and left after ordering the mattress as well as bedroom furniture. It was delivered without any problems except a piece that they noted to have damage from shipping. It was replaced with no hassle. Communication is great and they followed through as promised. They listen to what you are looking for and are not pushy with making the sale.

Unbelievable is the only word I can use to describe our experience. Not only did we pay WAY under the price for our bed that competitors were selling at, but we also got free delivery and installation. They delivered a lot quicker then most other places and the delivery team was fast and installed it with ease. I couldnt recommend The Mattress Outlet enough to anyone needing a new bed. We haven’t had a new mattress in years. We are getting older and waking up with more aches and pains. So, we decided to buy a new mattress to see if that would help, and we have not been disappointed. From the time we walked in the store, Mr. Tanner made us feel like we were the only customers there. He suggested high quality mattresses in our price range based on the information he asked us about our sleeping patterns, etc. We’ve had the mattress a few months now, and my husband and I are both surprised with how much better we are sleeping. If you are having sleeping issues, give Mr. Tanner a call. You won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I had been shopping for a new mattress for a couple weeks. It was starting to become a frustrating chore. We decided to stop in at The Mattress Outlet on March 24th.We were greeted by Carmella Jessee, who is the store manager. She was so happy and friendly to my wife and I. She took the time to ask us exactly what we were looking for and showed us around the numerous beds they have in the showroom. She explained the different materials and fabrics, as well as the warranties on each mattress. We really enjoyed ourselves and we cant thank Carmella enough for her kindness and assistance. Its great doing business with people like her.We finally decided on a mattress set and she was a pleasure getting the mattress ordered and explained the delivery process. We were so happy to finally have found a quality mattress and at a VERY good price, but also very happy to find a local business that shows they really care about their products and helping their customers. Recommend 100%.

Keith was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Even though the delivery department is nice, they are not very flexible with their delivery.

Honestly so disappointed:/I went to go pick out a mattress a twin XL or something similar. The lady was nice at first and all I chose a bed and payed that same day. But the next day that I go get my twin XL, I get a singular bed . Like are you kidding me? I was so disappointed, I had been so excited about getting a new bed. So we tell her and then this person tries to pin the fault on us. So when we told her that it was the wrong bed she tells us we chose wrong when in reality it was her fault. I even took pictures of the bed and the price and number and everything and still fails to believe that she made the mistake. My family has been buying all their mattresses from this place but after today you best bet I will never buy another product from this company ever again. Very disappointed.
