They are great! Manager ( Frank ) is so helpful..I have used the unit almost a year without any issue. If anything changes and need it again, will get back to them for sure. A+

This place is excellent and most importantly, easy to use. The signing up process is easy, moving in and visiting your unit is easy, and moving out is easy. Great prices and plenty of unit size choices. All units are ground level so it’s easily accessible with your car. Staff and the manager are super friendly people. I will definitely be using CubeSmart again in the future.

Let’s face it: outdoor storage units are outdoor storage units. But customer service is is another issue. Who’d have thought that both people who handled my lease would be so great. Frank and Emerald actually cared who I was, how people treated their units, etc. Who thought moving into a storage unit could be fun!

INFESTED! INFESTED! INFESTED!Wish I could give zero stars. I moved out of my unit today and when I got in my unit was COMPLETELY covered in mice droppings! I had to throw away any furniture I had in there, although the staff on site was nice he couldn’t offer any help except for me to file an insurance claim. And I kind of felt he was insinuating the mice droppings Were my fault somehow because he said “sometimes mice are attracted to certain material, are you sure you didn’t have food in the unit?”Not to mention every month my bill was a different price and they would email me weeks prior to my due date saying my payment is dueStay clear of here if you Value any of your belongings. Just sad you pay months of rent for your things to be safe all for you to have to throw out nearly everything you own.

Never go here. Place is infested with rats/mice. Bulb never worked in my unit. I had to throw out every item I kept there. Wish I read reviews before using them. Oh... and they will jack your rate up $50-$100/month after 2-3 months. Rating: 0/10

Finding a unit that fits my need and budget wasnt easy, but Emerald helped me out and made it an easy task. Havent used it yet, but everything was clean and dry during a rainstorm when i checked it out.Thank you !

The customer service is great. Frank was very thorough in explaining the storage and payment process. Reserving my storage was fast and easy (I called CubeSmart directly); they helped me determine which size was best for my things -- I did not feel ripped off. The service at this location is also convenient ; after you pay, you have before and after hours access to your storage.

I have had 2 then reduced to 1 storage unit at the Hanover location of Cube Smart in NJ for almost a year. The units are clean, easily accessible and excellently maintained.More importantly, the staff there are very friendly and welcoming. They are professional, knowledgeable and very familiar with company procedures and policy so the check in and check out is easy and fast. They are always accommodating if you need a little extra time after hours and happy to help you around the facility in the golf cart.The one characteristic that sets this location separate from others I believe is Frank who I see most days I am there. He always remembers me and treats me more than an average customer but with a small business feel. You can tell that he cares about his job, my belongings and respects each customer and their experience. He gives a genuine family owned feel to the setting.

A fantastic facility for storage. The cubes varies in size according to your needs. Theyre clean and most important, secure. I felt really comfortable storing my personal belongings at this facility.

I have never seen such excellent customer service as I have with CubeSmart in E. Hanover. I needed to find a storage place close to my home and had to weigh the costs of the larger versus the smaller unit. The manager, Frank, showed me my options and his friendly staff went over the cost. They were so accommodating, thorough and helpful. I would recommend this storage facility wholeheartedly.

Great customer service at the Morris Township facility. Affordable short term storage for those of us who cant seem to settle down in one place. The lock is pricey if compared to your local Walmart locks, but you keep it for other uses later on and it seems good quality. Would use again, and I recommend this storage facility.

Frank did a great job of explaining the details of the complex, the gates, and my lease. I was able to get a bit of an upgrade from other locations in that I have a two door option not available elsewhere Even with another customer coming in and complaining( I think they just needed something to complain about )he handled them and my transaction seamlessly.
