I have been a Customer for several years and have just received the worst and rude Customer Service from the Owner by asking a simple question.. My last few purchases have been like this. No longer is she making her own natural products but selling others. I’d rather patronize and support a local business and products. Someone who is grateful for my six+ years of purchases, recommendations, support and continual patronage. I won’t be back.

I bought some soap from this store and Im enjoying it quite well. I got the lemongrass one. Ill be coming back next year while Im on vacation!

I go to Morris Bay all the time and I usually just buy soaps and bath bombs. Well I was there 2 weeks ago talking to the owners friend about my face, she suggested the Organicsilk face cream with goats milk. WOW what a difference in my skin just after 2 weeks my face is so soft and cleared up, also my dark spots are Unnoticeable. This is now my favorite productThank You So Much For This Awesome Product ❤️💙❤️

Owner Tracy is super nice. They make most (maybe all?) of their wares; we bought hand made bath bombs, with natural ingredients and Shea butter lotion...guys! Great place to pick up a gift showing that tricky “thoughtfulness” for less than $30. Tracy will help you.

Best patchouli soap anywhere I buy about 10 at a time online since we dont live in Morro bay Because its the best and they arrive rather quickly Ive been to the store once or twice and never had a problem not sure what the other bad reviews are about and Im not a rich looking person never had a problem thank you for making these amazing soaps my husband loves them just bought more for his upcoming birthday 😀

I went in with a mask. I pulled my mask down briefly to smell a candle and the lady immediately gave me a look and told me to put it back on in a rude tone. Mind you, I didnt take it off. I pulled it lower to smell....Really Lady!? How am I supposed to smell the candles or soap? I promptly pulled my mask up and left. Her tone was rude.Her tone was RUDE. If she had been nice about it I wouldnt be upset.

High quality products and reasonable prices. Online shopping site is great. Gifts sent arrived right away and nicely packaged. In store location is always elegant and stylish with product displays. Customer service is top notch. Always knowledgable of products and helpful with gift shopping needs. Been a long time customer and am never disappointed with Babylonian Soap Company products or service.

I had such a horrible experience in this shop! The employee kept following us around and snatching things from our hands as if we were trying to steal. As we were checking out she accused us of giving her a fake 50.00$ until we asked her to check it again so she excepted it and gave us the ugliest look I’ve ever seen! It left us confused and very uncomfortable! Will NEVER shop here again! Also the soaps gave my mom a huge rash on her neck so be careful

This owner made a false claim in regards to a wholesale order they placed with our company in order to get free products and then had the nerve to leave us a very untruthfully negative review. Super unethical and rude. Now that I’m reviewing these customer experiences I realize I’m not alone and her responses to these claims are really telling. What goes around comes around, Tracy. We attempted to resolve your issues professionally and kindly but just because we don’t allow you to make false claims and steal from our business does not give you the right to claim “poor customer service”. Best of luck running your business into the ground. For the record, you DID NOT submit photos of the products you claimed were received damaged. You sent the same 4 blurry photos multiple times. I never accused you of anything but asked for additional photos (something Faire asked me to do) If they were valid pictures then Faire would have deducted the $ from us. You were given a credit only because they are amazing like that when there are difficult vendors. You know you didn’t cooperate and you know you’re lying but kept up with the lie to cover your bases. Making a claim for an entire order and then changing your story that it was “mostly” damaged is suspicious as heck. We can leave reviews too. You didn’t need to retaliate against us. You got your money back despite being a liar. I’m sure you’re going to respond to this with some more asinine garbage, rife with insults and false claims. Be my guest.

It is always a Devine experience. Tracy is amazing with people and the products she and her Husband craft are so nourishing to the body, mind and spirit. OMG I LOVE this store. This is a must go to for locals and tourist alike! The proprietor/owner is always there and she is helpful. The other day I went in there and described my problem and she came back with a product I needed! I usually go in there about 2x per Month.

First time shopping at this place on Friday 6-8-18. The wonderful smells are what pulled me into this little shop. I love that the products are hand made. I purchased a candle in the scent coconut shea and I absolutely love it. Unfourtunately, they didnt seem to have any other products on hand with a coconut scent on this particular day. I would have liked to purchase more items with coconut. They had two ladies helping in the store, one was the owner I think, and one on the floor. The lady on the floor was very helpful and nice. The owner was nice too, but busy (understandably) with other customers. Im glad they have a website you can order products from, because I live about 2 hours away. Hopefully more coconut scents will be made available on the website. If you are in Morro Bay then be sure to visit this shop! Well worth it 😁

Their products are amazing, but Ive never met a store owner is more rude to her customers. If your baby is crying shell literally ask you to leave. If you look like anything other then a rich white person shell follow you around and shoot you looks of death the whole time your in there. Very uncomfortable.
