Could’ve been a great experience if they’d just leave me alone & let me shop. The forced Corina maneuvers that they pounce on you with as you walk into the store are ignored by everyone else so why bother — then the used car salesman like attitude w multiple sale people trying to assist but reminding you of social distancing.....I don’t think I’d have any encounters if they’d just leave me alone & let me shop!!!!Then, they want my phone & email which I’ve provided in the past. It’s too invasive to bother 🙄

Bath & Body Works - 5 starsThis store sells a lot of nice soaps especially if youre on a budget. My mother likes to shop here all the time for their scented items. They have a great selection, however there are expensive items too so watch out. The store is well organized, clean, and well lit. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The lavender collection is very nice.

Love their semi annual sales! They have the best smelling candles and lotions around.

My girlfriend and I decided to take a stroll around the mall one blustery November day, as we were waiting for the associates at AT&T. We were met at the front door by a friendly associate (I believe her name was Anastasia). She was very welcoming and solved all of our pressing shopping needs. Girlfriend happy: I was happy. Also store smelled great.

I absolutely LOVE bath and body works! Well worth the money and its a really fun place to stop by. I have a large collection of their scents (old and new) because I go there often lol. My boyfriend has me ship him bath and body works as well because in his country they dont have bab stores. Well worth the visit!

This review is not in the staff in how they treat people. The staff are really nice as far as costumer service, they also always look so lovely and fit for the franchise. There also helpful and sweet beyond anything....BUT they may not be aware the the products. Failed on what I feel is cross contamination. My husband walked out buying items for Christmas. I’ve been busy so a day or two after I finally could relax and is what he got me. We were excited as we love the affects of there body butter. It retails regular price for 16.50, don’t know if my husband for sale on it but we love the stuff. We use it it’s been a life saver for him and I both for cases of reducing chafing and has even made it so chafing didn’t hurt. It is makes your skin so smooth it really helps.So as he told me he got some, I was excited to use it. Well without thinking there products don’t have a seal. Now that’s a problem for body butter! Or the seal on the one I had was opened. And body butter when used can give cross contamination! The only people who ever should put there hands on it before you use it for yourself are people you allow and it should be new! I think the price is more then what I can afford. And to open it to see not only finger prints but the seal flipped upsidown and HAIR stuck to the bottom of the lid is disgusting! If this was some sample display it should have been marked! It’s obviously been touched by some other individual or individuals (red hair strand and dark hair on lid cover). I could have put there contamination from there hands all over my body rubbing it in! People I don’t know and selling a used product for 16.50 to me that’s no Ltd the cheapest! It’s so disappointing and disgusting! I’m not a neat freak even a tester spray that was sprayed once or twice I wouldn’t care buying especially because contamination isn’t a big deal unlike body butter. I will be going in but my husband did not save the receipt. As for alevery year it was a Christmas present this year it was a huge disappointment. If this was a tester or something or should have had a sticker or a return should be checked. I notice they don’t put seals on there body washes, now that I think of it l, this is a reason to steer away from them sadly. They have a good look but delivery in product and not teaching employees to check and be aware of there product is why this review is given. If pictures are possible, I will put them up.
