Nice location with decent employees. I wasnt actually coming to the area to go to Walgreens but there was one across the street so I went in to get a few things. They had what I was looking for and the store wasnt too terribly crowded. Was able to get what I need and get back out without any issues in a reasonable amount of time. Would definitely shop here again if Im in the area.

Absolutely horrendous pharmacy and the people who work there are even worse. Me and my brother waited for an hour in line from 4:30 to 5:45 for a Covid test (my appointment was at 4:45, mind you), and when we got to the window the lady told us that there was no way we could have waited an hour, that we were lying and that there was no way we would be receiving a Covid test that day. If you value your time and your dignity, pick a different pharmacy. -Marcus

Scheduled an appointment to receive my Covid-19 vaccine on 9/13. Got a call beforehand that they ran out and didnt know when they would get more. Ok, fine, that happens. Found out from a friend that they received their vaccine that same day as a walk in while there was a long line and overhearing them turn away people who had scheduled appointments. Running out is one thing but running out of vaccines for scheduled appointments because you give it to a walk in is unacceptable.

Go to Safeway if you want the Pfizer. They hardly ever have lines, they take walk-ins and the poor staff here is way overworked, not to mention they frequently run out of vaccines and their website appointment are horrendously run, even after making an appointment I was turned away. So yeah, go to Safeway or some other pharmacy maybe you can spare yourself the 3 trips I had to make only to not be served.

Need to manage the drive through better. Sat behind a car for 20 minutes while they did whatever.... Won’t be filling prescriptions there again.

It’s just not good. I have waited over an hour multiple times here, only to be told my script wasn’t ready and to go to the back of the line. The employees can also be very rude

I waited in line for had an hour for a flu shot. They have no signs or anything that say you have to make an appointment. I won’t be going to Walgreens anymore

Very nice group of people hard working the pharmacist that work at walgreens work very long hours I mean very long hours so sometimes they are understaffed and overwhelmed but they have my admiration specially in these troubled times.

The automated line that answers when you call is extremely inefficient and frustrating. Seems more of a deterrent for your questions getting answered. My simple 10 second question turned into a 15 minute phone call with a robot

A prescription was called in for me Friday at 12 pm. It is now Tuesday 430 pm and my prescription is still not ready. I was told it would be ready at 2:15 Friday. 2 pm I get a computer generated message that they will contact me when it’s ready because there is a delayed I spoke to the pharmacy at 6 pm Friday because I hadn’t heard anything and had to ask to speak to a human from the computer automation telling me they will let me know when it’s ready. I was then told they have to order it and it would be there Monday. Monday at 5 pm we drive through the drive through to ask if it was ready. They said no it’s still not there and that they’d put the order in. I expressed my frustration and was guaranteed it would be here for Tuesday. Well it’s 430 pm and I call and get put on hold. I’m told that it is in the incoming orders it just is “not ready yet”. After such a frustrating experience yesterday you would think my prescription would be on the top of the list of things to get done. I expressed my frustration again being it’s been 4 days and that someone should have worked on it before. Now my prescription is ready because I’ve contacted them for the FOURTH time trying to get my prescription. The actual store is clean and able to check out in a timely manner at least.

Always have PPE and the staff is very nice every time I am there.

Don’t ever go to this pharmacy! The rude Tech had an attitude, told me to go to a different pharmacy and hung up on me, then I called back to speak to the manager, he hangs up right when my call comes in! Terrible customer service!! They act like they hate their jobs!

Nice convenience store, the staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. You dont find a fantastic selection, but they usually have a product that fits your needs. Large selection of beauty and hair care products, weak on prepared foods.

As a Moscow Walgreens customer for several years (and having lived right down the street), I recently moved and wanted to transfer my prescriptions to another Walgreens location. Please note that Ive always had a pleasant in-person experience with the Moscow Walgreens until this situation. After waiting on hold for over thirty minutes, I was met with a rude, disgruntled Pharmacy Manager, Sierra. On the phone, she was unapologetic, dismissive, rude, and clearly annoyed and frustrated that I was even on the phone in the first place. Horrible customer service!

Not being in frequent need of pharmacy services, Ive always used these folks since they advertise late night pharmacy services. I stopped in at 8:30 pm to pick up a prescription to find the pharmacy closed...the only signs visible said that the they were supposed to be open until 9:00 PM. When I inquired about this I was told oh we changed that weeks ago! There should be signs everywhere and you should have known about it!....I live 40 miles out of town and this was my one chance to pick up something before the weekend....to add insult to injury, I really didnt appreciate being treated like an idiot since I didnt just know that the Moscow Walgreens decided to start closing at 7 PM...luckily Safeway was still open and I was able to get the healthcare I needed...and learned never to darken the doorway of Walgreens again!!!

Review by a Washingtonian. Note: Not a liquor store like the ones in Washington state. an Employee informed me state liquor stores where by pf1cu and the safeway. Thanks for the directions, but i found the Imperial and Double ipas I got here to be plenty for my meal. Grabbed eggs and hotdogs because the seamed like a good deal compared to Washingon. This is location is on of the first stops or last stops in town depending on where your going. Located next to a 24 hour fitness place, and across the street from Rousers A big grocery store as well as a Sonics fastfood

I usually go in for beer. The employees are really nice though.

I would write one star but I cant. I do use Walgreens for things like picking up medications and Redbox but one of their employees is so incredibly rude. She is very impatient with customers and just plain mean. And while I probably will continue my perscriptions from there I just wanted to let people know.

This is a great place to shop while youre waiting for your prescription. They are expensive, but they have a rewards system and a large array of lozenges.

Every single time I have a script to drop off, it takes FOREVER to fill, Im thinking Ill switch to Rite Aid for my pharmacy needs. Every time Im hoping itll be better/faster service and Im always disappointed.

Been in the store twice to pick up my perscription and it has not been ready. And they have given me incorrect stuff twice. Always check your drugs before you leave the store.

The store has really nice people who work there. The checkout/layout is a bit odd.

I used to go there all the time to buy cigarettes and candy and such but an older lady with a gray mullet was consistently rude every time I went there...had to start shopping elsewhere and the manager was unconcerned when I informed her of my ill treatment..

I go there often as I think its a pretty handy store for buying my craft materials but one of the employees was very rude and impatient and I ended up having to leave the store...
