Our experience with Carpet Mill was fantastic starting from the first visit to the store until the finish of our kitchen remodel! This included a measurement visit from Bob, multiple store visits with pleasant and patient help from Shanna, Julia and Katie, countless phone calls and emails which were answered promptly, and the amazing installation of flooring, countertop, backsplash tile and trim work by Matt and his crew. Bob came out for the estimate right on schedule, came back with a very fair quote, but what we didnt realize was how much personal care came with the bid. They were wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end of the project. We had to have a lot of faith in them since we are out of town and they were working on our daughters new mobile home, but we were thrilled that they gave as much detail to the home as if it was a beautiful custom home and we are picky customers. Everyone loves the work and we couldnt be more happy. Thanks to Bob and his crew, Matt is a true craftsman that went above and beyond by reinforcing some cabinets, taking items home to paint so they could be installed the next day and correcting an unknown wall issue that appeared so that the end result was perfect.

I had my floors redone this past month and they were wonderful! I had a tough time deciding on floors and they were so eager to help giving me lots of options with pricing right in my budget. They were quick and efficient being able to do the project in 3 days! I would for sure use them again!

My parents had Carpet Mill put down new flooring in their home. My dad has disabilities and my mom was stressed about how much the project would upset my dads routine. The guys who laid the flooring were professional and were kind while working with my parents. They listened to my moms concerns and went out of their way to put her at ease. They also did a fantastic job and my parents are very pleased with their new floors.

Flooring stores can sometimes be overwhelming, and weve seen our share in building a custom home. However, Viva made our experience the BEST! She was knowledgeable and energetic and very helpful with making decisions about flooring and considering all the options without being overwhelmed. We chose Carpet Mill because of the customer service immediately on entering the store and the fact that their installer has been with them for over 15 years. What a good decision! Our kitchen remodel was a large job with the expected surprises and detours that come with a 126 year old home. They were patient and skilled to solve each detour from beginning to the end. Reasonable prices and very willing to work with us on some unique needs for flooring in our home. Installation crew was TOP NOTCH, we are thrilled with the results!

Upon visiting the store, I scheduled a time for them to stop by the house to measure the floors. No one showed up. When I called, it said the store was closed (on a weekday). We dropped off the samples they gave us and no one ever called me back in spite of leaving a message.

Poor customer service. The carpet layer Bob and his team were great but wouldnt work with the people in the store again.

I made an appt with them for re-carpet measurement on 07/19/2018 @ 9:30 am, and the front desk lady confirmed that I had appt. However, the person Bob did not show up, and claimed he called me many times, and blamed me did not answered his phone call. I checked my phone there is no phone call in that morning until 11:00 am. The front desk lady lied to me, she says Bob use your door bell and called me, then I ask her what color of my door bell button is? she cannot answer it.IF I AM YOU, I WOULD NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Just walked in looking for some T molding and hard surface reducer for our floors we are installing. The man was so flipping rude. I am assuming because i didnt buy my flooring from his store. He asked where I bought my flooring and I told him. He in a rude snobby tone said go there and buy it and walked away from me. Guess when I decide to redo my other rooms I will never even consider going to his store. This was on June 15th around 3.30pm.

Purchased tile from Carpet Mill for kitchen remodel, very helpful staff - and you can get just about any kind of tile.
