This is about the only place to go for one stop shopping. They have the general things you may need, groceries, cleaning supplies, household, electronics, automotive, clothing, cosmetics, pharmacy, deli, etc. sometimes it can be challenging to find an employee if you have a question. The cashiers are helpful with calling someone up though, there’s also a gentleman in sporting goods that always is able to help regardless of what department your question is about.Overall it’s like any other Walmart probably. They have bathrooms in the front and back. The front bathroom has a changing table in it. The back bathroom only has a changing table in the family bathroom but it’s been broken for a while. In the back they also have a lactation room for nursing moms which I thought was a nice amenity that I hadn’t seen in other businesses.

Everything you need is here.They have groceries, cosmetics, pharmacy, deli, clothes for the whole family, paint, Hardwares, lights, some furniture, bikes, sports equipment, camping gear, plants, flowers, soil, bark, donuts, cakes, ice cream, televisions, electronics and various seasonal items throughout the year ❤️

Open more hours than most other businesses, they have a very large selection of products, and at very reasonable prices.

A much larger store than the one I lived near for 7 yrs at Stateline, Idaho..this one is very clean and well stocked..

Its got all you need for a solid low price. Sometimes they are out of certain items, however in a college town sometimes is better than all the time.

Do not come here the weekend school starts. It is very hard to keep up with demand when there are more students then town members. Clean though.

This review is as a customer and a worker.As a worker, this place gets 1 star. They are vile and treat their staff like they are golems that will work until they break, then discarded. They should be ashamed of how they treat their staff in this day and age.Aa a customer, this is one of the better stores. Ive had very few bad experiences here and they really do go above and beyond to help a customer. I would give 5 stars for that side of things.All taken into account, they get 3 stars. If they treated their staff better I think they could have something great. The convenience and affordability of their items is difficult to match. A small downside is that they have trouble ordering in new things. Ive tried for a whole year to get one item, but its not popular enough, so thru refused to stock it. Sad as that is, it doesnt change how good they are to customers.

Once again something rung up the wrong price and had to return to store for correction. Pay attention to items as they are rung up.

-Large store-No gas station-Can do grocery delivery to your home or pick up options (best to order night before if doing home delivery so you can select exactly what time slot you prefer before theyre taken)-plenty of parking and closer handicap parking-small produce section-decent amount of frozen and chilled grocery-2nd best prices on groceries after WinCo.-could really use better selection in many sections throughout though. Hardly anything for toothbrush, toothpaste section. Very little organic womens products and often totally out of stock.-kids toys minimal (1 aisle each for all ages)...-certain items only shoppable in register checkout aisle and not same for each ones stock.-bakery is decent-staff is friendly but they seem always understaffed-as typical of Walmarts most of the time its two registers open and then the u-scan only-customer service desk is helpful and prompt even over the phone.-redbox movie rentals in entry/exits-good sized aisles for the larger carts to pass one another-some items you can only find at WalMart (like Coco Lopez)-straight talk wireless shoppable in their electronics department

Got tricked into buying a grapefruit because it was in the navel orange bin so that was unpleasant and the garlic bread with garlic spiced spread was just french bread with plain butter so, also unpleasant. The rest of our purchase for the night was okay. Id sum up the experience similar to the experience of a grapefruit. bright color and hopeful, but bitter and unpleasant in the end

Stopped in while in Moscow second hand shopping to see how much different it is than others and was kinda surprised. The store was clean and well stocked compared to the store in Clarkston washington. They even have a cool little robot floor cleaner roaming around through the store..

Not too crowded. One way entrance and one way exit. I did not notice anyone without a mask. Easy to get in, get my stuff and get out. Quite a few checkstands were open in addition to self checkouts. Easy to maintain distancing though some people were not. Shelves that I saw appeared to be well-stocked with the usual wide variety of products

Can pretty much always find what I need and then some.My reason for three stars is the need for cashiers. I despise self checkout, it takes away from personal interaction and jobs for people. When there are only two cashiers and twelve people with full carts it is overwhelming for the cashiers and customers alike.

Overall I do not like shopping at Walmart due to the way they treat their employees. But having said that there are two Walmarts in our area one in pulman and one in Moscow Idaho. When we do shop at Walmart the employees go out of their way to be helpful they are shining stars. And that goes a long ways. I do not like the way that they literally force you to use automated checkout I have been there when its fairly busy and they all have maybe three checkout lines that arm and it was human beings and lots of self checkout. Open I dont like using them at all. I prefer to see a cheery smile and a person willing to work for what they pay are paid that is helping me. Once again kudos to the employees at Walmart they do very very well. They make it a pleasure to shop at Walmart. I dont believe that Walmarts prices are any cheaper than anywhere else we have a WinCo employee-owned grocery store in Moscow Idaho they are the best place in town for a deal on very good food.

How do you review Walmart? Its Walmart. I really like Walmart, however this time I left asking myself whether the store manager even cared about how the store looked in general. For the record, 99% of the store looked exactly like Walmart normally does.... Lots of random unstocked items throughout the store. However, this visit took the cake. I always had wondered why the collectible card shelves near the check out area always look like a war zone with empty display cartons and everything strewn about. Yesterday, was the big launch of the Pokémon Shining Fates set and we went there twice to find the shelves looking like they hadnt been stocked in weeks and empty displays strewn about. At first I thought it was because of customers were eager to get the new set. But I was wrong. I turned to the employee both times manning the register immediately next to the single self checkout lane and the displays. I asked if the new set had been stocked, yet. Each time it was a different employee. Yet, both times I got the same response, there is a vendor that comes and stocks the collectible card sets and they come and go throughout the day. I left both times thinking that I missed out. Again, I assumed the war zone shelves were because of eager customers.I later found out that the Pokémon and Magic the Gathering were stocked behind the customer service counter in order to control the 2 item limit. However, there was no sign at the display shelves directing customers to the customer service counter and both employees standing there seemed clueless to that too.Im glad that Walmart is limiting two items. However, I go back to my original question. If a vendor is responsible for the display shelves, why in the world does it always look like a war zone. Does the vendor have any pride in their work? Does the store manager care that the vendor has seemingly no care about how their display looks, thereby no care for the business (Walmart) that has allowed them to sell their products? If I was the store manager, I would fire the vendor on the spot. If its a regional manager that controls this, then if I was the store manager, I would be sending pictures of the war zone and the vendors complete disregard for self dignity to the regional manager until they changed behavior. The whole area is embarrassing.

This Walmart is pretty good if you want the basic stuff. Its not like your average Walmart. It is a lot smaller than normal. I know some people that will go up the road to Pullman, Washington to find things this Walmart does not carry because of it being smaller. Overall it has had it pretty much everything that I have needed. The womens clothing section is a lot smaller than many other Walmarts that I have visited. The grocery area is pretty good. There has been several times in the last couple months where there has been many empty freezers. Im not sure if theyre just not able to keep up with stock. The staff is always been really friendly and helpful every time Ive gone in there.

Variety & Prices very reasonable

I mean its Wal Mart, you know what to expect.Specific to this wal mart I had a horrible customer service experience. I got a set of plates/bowls and when unpacking them I realized one was broken. I kept the receipt, washed, and put away the other dishes. When I returned to Wal Mart to get a replacement plate I was told I needed to return the entire set in order to replace the one plate.I understand this from a technical/record keeping perspective, but the lack of flexibility the manager showed really disappointed me. I left right after and went to winco to do my shopping instead and will make an effort to go here less as a resulted.

Super fast service and wonderful assistants. Pick-up at Moscow Walmart is not as busy as Walmart in Pullman. Pullman is either understaffed or they book multiple people in time slots. Ive not had this issue at all in Moscow. I love both stores and the service they provode... Moscow just seems to be more on the ball.

I dont know who had the aux cord, but they were playing Linkin Park over the speakers on the outside of the building which was super cool. Ive been all over this country to almost every Walmart, this was by far the coolest one.

Just to clear things up, this particular Walmart is not a Supercenter. The nearest Supercenter is in Pullman. This means that the selection of products and services are much lower at this one. Much lower.That being said, the staff is friendly and occasionally helpful. The tech department staff are friendly, but very poor at their job. The photo center specifically has caused me issues more often than not, to the point that I prefer paying a bit more at Staples for their expertise.
