They have the best barista (Elayna) around and I always really enjoy their drinks. They also serve the most reasonably priced coffee in Moscow.A+ and 5 stars.

I am absolutely disgusted right now. My roommate and I went in today only to find a dead, drowned BEE at the bottom of her drink. Im too afraid to even finish mine. You guys really put the BUG in Java Bug. Disgusting. I would give this negative stars if I could.

This is by Far my FaVoRiTe coffee place! The staff are so amazing and friendly, and rock at their jobs! I had only been going here for a week when they already remembered my signature drink! The wait time is very acceptable, and the prices are Very reasonable! I will never go to another coffee shop again, so long as Java Bug is in business!

This is my coffee place of choice. The service is great and the servers are excellent. They manage to give me wonderful drinks in spite of my allergies.

The hours may be a bit unpredictable, but the drinks never are. Prices are great. Staff is friendly but don’t try to climb into your car and get a sampling of your life like other coffee places that shall go unnamed. If you want good drinks at good costs and to support a local business, go here!

Not only are there drinks delicious and always served with a friendly disposition but the one time I have had an issue they were prompt with their response and immediately remedied the problem. I definitely would recommend coming here and trying them out if you havent yet!

I wanted to give this 5stars but I gave it 4. I love this coffee spot. The people are nice and they make my coffee right. So 5 stars for that! I start work at 645 AM and the last few weeks, on a week day, they are not open and not having my coffee I’m a little grouchy about this.Anyway, this is my coffee spot just been disappointed lately when you guys aren’t open when it states that you are.

I have waited over 15 minutes multiple times for a cup of coffee from Java Bug in recent weeks. When I told the owner I would stop coming if they did not fix their staffing issues they responded with bye.Its too bad they lack the maturity to take ownership for their shortcomings. I really like the their coffee but I dont have the ability to sit in a drive through for 15-20 minutes.

Great lotus

Only place I have found around Moscow- Pullman area that make familiar drinks just the way I like them. Great price, fast service, curtious baristas and good selection on the menu (including non-dairy etc.)Our new favorite place to get quick on the go drinks.We moved here from Alaska and really missed our favorite coffee hut back home. Finding the Java Bug was a genuine treat!!

Best drive through coffee in Moscow!

Prices are good, but their coffee is not always consistent. Sometimes it is barely lukewarm, even when I ask for extra hot. Sometimes the coffee tastes burned, others it tastes like they forgot the coffee.

The staff is awesome, makes . my lotus the way I like it with lavender . So good suggest you guys to everyone I know.

Whenever my little family amd I come to Moscow this is our first stop. The coffees great the customer service is excellent. I also love the trivia questions they have! Thank you for always being excellent and having a smile on your face.

Great coffee, good price, caffine did I mention caffine, I think I did ... Coffee eeeeeeee .. check em out, they also have a loyalty card buy (I dont remember how many) get free coffee, an its up to you the free :) large caffine is what I choose :)
