Pretty starbucksy as far as Starbucks goes.... I kinda wish it was closer to my house though, so I could simply walk over. If they can move the building directly adjacent to my home, I’d leave 5 stars. 👍🏼👍🏼

Gotta say, my experience wasnt the best here. It was very busy when I visited this Starbucks. Of course I know all Starbucks are busy, so that wasnt a big deal. The thing that liked about this store was the employee at the register, who was super friendly. The reason I gave this store a 3 out of 5 star, was that, as a former partner of 10 years, I hold a high standard for Starbucks. Not only was my drink made wrong, my muffin was forgotten and when remembered, it wasnt warmed, as I had asked it to be (and all pastries automatically come). Just seemed like the baristas didnt care much about my experience or order.

What is up with Starbucks these days.For one, we look forward to eggnog lattes every year. Just heard Starbucks will no longer carry Eggnog!!! They claim it wheres out their equipment sooner. What??? This is a travesty.Second, no Hazelnut at this time? 😩 Ugh. This stinks.Onto better coffee shops I guess. My caramel macchiato was good but I will miss Starbucks cuz I dont want to miss my Eggnog Lattes!

The baristas unfortunately do not know how to make a cappuccino. It’s supposed to be 1/3 milk, 1/3 foam, an 1/3 espresso. I have consistently been handed a latte after ordering a cappuccino, even after I asked for it extra dry. I even asked them to remake it once, but I was still handed a full cup of liquid that tasted like warm milk. It seems they truly don’t understand the difference between a latte and a cappuccino and would benefit from some training. There fortunately are some local coffee shops who make great cappuccinos. I just wouldn’t recommend ordering one from Starbucks. I’ve had similar experiences at other locations as well.

A few days ago I went to this Starbucks after having to put my best friend of 10yrs down. I hadn’t eaten in almost 2 days and I was absolutely a mess. I decided to stop and get something with sugar to put in my system.These baristas. Let me tell you.They made me cry. Not in a bad way. But because they were SO kind! They literally made me feel so loved and I was showered with so much compassion. They gave me my drink for free and even a cookie and gave me their condolences. I could hear them all saying how sorry they were for me. They went above and beyond to help me through my sadness. I hope whoever is the manager or owner of this Starbucks truly appreciates their employees. They are amazing. They made me smile on one of the worst days of my life. To each employee that day, thank you. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you. The encounter might have been less than 10 minutes. But I will remember your kindness. Thank you ❤️

I have a really touching experience here and it really made my day, have been struggling with my moms suicide and opiate death and some injuries a concussion and my step mom sent me a gift card but the money didn’t go on it and so I went here to get a drink but could not. So they made me a drink anyway and it really made my day, I was exceedingly moved, because it has been a hard few years. And I think it’s really amazing customer service to just do a random act of kindness for someone, because the world can be not always super nice. And I left here super happy. So thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart, and it was the most amazing turmeric ginger concoction I’ve ever had. Will be back here for sure..

This is the new norm for a venti coffee I guess! Spend $6 on a coffee and get only 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup!!! This is the fourth time this has happened and contacting corporate is a waste of time. Sent them an email with pictures a month ago and never heard back from them.

My sister my dad and I went through the driveway on Father’s Day so my sister could get a drink. The employee working the drive through (which later we found out was named Cameron) had the best customer service I had ever experienced. I would just like to say Starbucks if you’re reading this give that man a raise!!! His customer service is amazing

Dont like coffee in any form from or brand, always liked the aroma, and it is great in homemade chocolates...just never got the taste. Why do I shop here regularly? My wife loves it, and when I ask for take-home bags of beans, it makes her happy. Always seem to get good recommendations at this store (Moscow, ID).

The last few times we have gone to the drive thru at this location we have not received our correct orders. A black tea lemonade with classic sweetener became a normal green tea unsweetened. It is almost comical how messed up our orders have come out recently. Not sure what is going on.

Pretty clean dinning floor. The employees are pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. Both ordering speed and serve speed are fast. Credit cards accepted. Walmart, many shopping options and couple dinning options are nearby. Free mall/plaza parking lot available. Short driving distance to University of Idaho.

Its Starbucks and its not bad but the store is located in a difficult place to get in and out of easily. I dont like having to drive in and out of a Mall parking lot and the drive thru setup is a freaking joke .. perhaps Starbucks should select better sites for their shops. ☕

These 5 stars are for Cameron, he is the sweetest barista ever and is always getting everything just right, looks on point, not too high energy but so effortlessly happy. One of my favorite people, don’t know him personally but every single interaction has been heaven

I have been to a lot of Starbucks, they are mostly good, but this Starbucks is off the scale GREAT! Danielle is my favorite Barista; She pulls shots that a warm caramely perfection. Trent, Peter,Jenna, Mary, Jill & Shelby have also worked on my orders; they are very professional and always friendly. They are a cut above. This shop is always busy in part because of their Fast, Friendly, Stellar service.

Please train your staff. I ordered a coffee with cream in it and it’s literally all Cream. Does not taste like coffee at all. Y’all just sold me a 7 cup of milk smh

Dont go here (we only went for the BOGO Happy Hour Special)! They are completely rude, ignored the drive thru 5 minutes before closing. I called and she said they were closed. Jenna even mentioned that they closed and locked the doors, and she saw us but ignored us because she was closing! Go to Java Bug or Dutch Bros for better staff and coffee! I would give them a zero

This is my favorite Starbucks in my area - friendly, fast, and always serving a quality product.

I came in on December 13th during the morning shift, i looked behind the bar and around the lobby... there was trash over flowing everywhere. isn’t that a health and safety issue? the manager was sitting and talking to a guy who wasn’t even in line instead of cleaning her store!! thank god Holly was there to make my morning a whole lot better. I will only enter this starbucks when Holly and/ or Chrystal is working. hopefully their DM does something about their baristas working than their management!

Coffee gets out quickly and always tastes great! The people there always say hello and make small talk, even for someone who is afraid of small talk they make the interaction not awkward and I can appreciate that

Ive been to thus location 3 to 4 times a week for about 6 months and Ive yet to have a bad experience. Ive tried a handful of drinks and have been satisfied with them each and every time. The staff is friendly and good to their customers.

Starbucks - five starsThis is my favorite Starbucks in town. They do a good job and theyre nice. I always get a mocha and its delicious every time. The staff is helpful and enthusiastic about their job. Some people say that they dont like this starbucks, but Ive never had a bad experience. Maybe they had a bad employee that they had to fire a while back. Im not sure, but theyre awesome now.

If you want great coffee dont go to this Starbucks, Spend the extra time and go to the one in Safeway. The one in the mall is super super slow and always get your drinks wrong. There may be 5 people working inside but only one person doing drinks. They have the worst system in place and dont actually look at the stickers to see if they are giving the correct drinks. When I get coffee I want to be able to drink it, not have to wait over 2 hours for it to cool down so that I can drink it. Go someplace else!

My drink was terribly watered down, and I asked for extra caramel and paid the extra $0.60 and there was less than going to any other Starbucks for the normal price. It took way longer than it should have to get my drink because no one was in line in front of me, and then I had to go back in because it tasted like they filled it over half way with water and I exchanged it for a tea. Again way watered down. Will not be back, I understand it is a college town but paying $5 for a drink is expensive, and that means I want it right the first time. The service was alright when I went through the first time and was great when I asked to exchange it, the only reason I gave two stars. Will not be back.

I liked the old Pullman Starbucks ten times more than the new one... The new one may well be more profitable due to drive-thru, but hanging out inside is way less comfortable than at the old location. Also, parking is often problematic.

Going inside usually takes awhile cause customers are typically indecisive, I know I am everytime. Ordering on the app is much easier and they have it ready to go at the drive through.

It is a Starbucks but the service is substandard. They frequently get the orders wrong and dont offer to fix them. Staff is less friendly than other Starbucks. It might be because it is in a college town but dont expect the usual Starbucks experience. When we were there last time the order was wrong. The light ice wasnt even close to light ice and the class wasnt even full.

Always consistent service, reliable drink selection, good study space. Wish they would lower the music just a notch, and play more mellow/progressive/lounge styles.

The drive-thru is great and fast, and Im glad for it! It does get piled up right at noon, so try to get there a bit beforehand.Once, I had a birthday drink on my card, but I found out later it was a day or two after it expired. I didnt know what was happening with my card, but the bro-rista still gave me the drink for free. So awesome. :)

Went in to Starbucks today, Feb 22 at 2:15 pm and stood in line for five minutes while the cashier just ingnored the people in the line and stood there talking to another worker about how someone she knew was going through surgery. The other worker even pointed out that there was a line and the cashier just kept BSing with the other worker, ignoring us. I turned around and left as I am on a tight schedule and have no interest being a customer at a store that does not value there customers time and is so blatantly rude.

(Only 4 stars because you have to ask for napkins every time.) Very cheerful service and prompt service.

The staff were friendly. The coffee just isnt that good, tastes burnt.

Dont go here if you want to get your drink with in 20 minutes! We waited 20 minutes to get an iced tea and a smoothie. There were only 2 other customers in the entire shop. The person behind us got her panini before anyone got any drinks.

This is as close as you can get to a Seattle Starbucks in Moscow, the staff strives to provide the best customer service possible, drinks are done correctly (unlike the UI Bookstore Starbucks) and the atmosphere is awesome!

Just came to Moscow because they were the only coffee shop open till 9:30. Turns out they were already closed at 9:10. I wont be back due to early close after I made the stop within my five hour dirve. Very unperfessional!
