Optometrist was nice but gave me the wrong prescription, I use my glasses just as much as my contacts but for some reason they made the glasses a weaker prescription. The optometrist also did examinations like it was 1995. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked for assistance filling out insurance information. They were difficult about excepting my military insurance as well. if you are a local they probably will treat you fine, but if you are a college student I suggest using a different office.

Dr. Hoehn is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Simply a great experience.

Wonderful care. Doctor is so well thought of throughout the eye care professionals in this state! I concur! I now have sight returned that I would never have thought possible. Pleasant and if you live in the LC Valley it is an easier drive that to go to Spokane. Plus in my case more careful care in the delicate treatment. Thanks.

Wonderful place. Receptionists are kind, always smiling, and very helpful. Very clean facility. Ive had to come in a few times due to pink eye, and every time they have been helpful; and they have explained the hygiene process as well as the aftercare process. 5/5 would recommend to a friend or family member

Moscow family eye clinic: I recently had an eye exam and had to get new glasses. The Dr that preformed my exam was great. She explained things well and answered all my questions.However, when it came time to choose new frames no one came to help me as requested. The Dr came by and asked if I’d been helped and she got someone over to help my right away.Picked my glasses up Tuesday. They fit perfectly!

This was my first time here and I was nervous about how it might go...but Dr. Sweeney put my mind at ease very quickly and was extremely professional and very informative about my situation. She did everything she said she would do and got back to me with follow up even earlier than expected! I am very satisfied with my initial service!

The staff was highly recommended to me and Ive been twice since. The staff couldnt be nicer and their care is excellent!

Dr. Hoehn is wonderful and patient. She was able to calm my 8 year old down as he doesnt like eye drops. We needed to go in for a follow up and my child said Oh good, I love that place. His words just say it all.

Since the new management took over, all Ive needed was a contact lens refill. I dont understand why three weeks after ordering them and two weeks after paying for them, I still dont have them. I dont understand because THEY WONT TELL ME. No explanation for the delay, no estimate for when they might arrive, and no explanation for why they dont even know where the contacts are. They offered a free 30-day pack but seeing as they cant even get the ones I paid for, I dont know why they think this is preferable to a simple explanation. EDIT: This review was actually for the Pullman location and I cant delete this, but its the same management.

All of my visits have been wonderful. Everyone is so nice and professional and knowledgeable. After seeing two different eye doctors in one week at a different office and getting no results, I finally decided to reach out to Dr. Hoene. I saw her and Dr. Sweeney, both are great! I am very excited to be a patient of theirs.

Great experience. Nice facility. Friendly staff. Between my family and I, we have seen Dr. Sweeney and Dr. Hoehn. Optical shop has a nice selection, though I would suggest a more economical option for kids and teens, knowing that the Rx is more likely to change and knowing that kids are hard on glasses and they will need replaced frequently. All experiences with staff and doctors have been great! I would definitely refer family and friends.

Dr Hoehn was extremely pushing. She was quick to give me a diagnoses that required surgery. I went somewhere else for a second opinion and turns out, all I needed was a new pair of glasses. Dont go here. All she cares about is getting money.

Excellent, being blind in one eye already and having a shot placed in my good eye was the scary thing. I had faith that this would be good and trusted my MD to do the job she had trained to do after researching her training.She was the calming factor and she was done and I did not even know she had did my procedure. Totally Awesome!

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The optometrist was very professional and knowledgeable, and the price seemed fair. They also gave me a free bottle of contact solution with my new contacts.

As always our visit was great. Our yearly evaluations are always handled with care and professionalism. This is our third year, I believe, as patients at Moscow Family Eye Care and it just keeps getting better. This year they had a gentleman in the eye glass section to help with insurance information, so we can get the most out of our insurance, as well as just to help advise and showcase all the office has to offer. It was the night before a four-day ski trip in the Wallowas and I thought I had a detached retina. I was seeing flashing lights in my peripheral vision and was sure my trip was doomed.I had never met Dr. Hoehn, but my wife called her at home and, incredibly, she agreed to come back to her office at 8:30 at night to examine me.In addition to being a delightful person, Dr. Hoehn was both knowledgeable and reassuring. She said what I was seeing was normal for a person my age. The flashing lights would diminish over time. The problem would resolve itself. There was nothing to worry about.Dr. Hoehn spoke to me in plain English and answered all of my questions.Most significantly, she convinced me it was OK to ski into a wilderness hut for four days.So I went. And I had a great time.And I thank Dr. Hoehn from the bottom of my heart. Without her expert opinion, I never would have gone on that trip.Eternal thanks.

Ive had problems with cataracts for a few years. ...too much sun exposure without sunglasses in Florida. Last week, I had surgery on my right eye and yesterday, on my left eye. Today, my vision is 20/15. If you are in the Palouse, and need eye care, I dont think you can find more caring ophthalmologist than Dr. Hoehn and and optometrist Dr. Sweeney at Moscow Family Eye Care.

A refreshing change from the usual doctor office visit. Super friendly staff welcome you upon arrival. Never had to experience long wait times and the doctors actually spend time explaining things instead of their staff doing it for them so they can see the next patient. Cantt even say enough about the doctors-they are great! Eyeglass frames are unique and fun - different from the run of the mill brands you find in most optical stores. I know people who have had LASIK, cataract surgery and even get eye injections at this office and everyone I talk to has only kind things to say about this office. Only wish I would have discovered them sooner!
