I feel very blessed to have had an eye examination here especially in there midst of the COVID-19 crisis. I had a comprehensive, caring, and extremely sanitary experience. Dr. French and Dianne are a hidden gem on the Palouse. Their frame selection is extraordinary and I implicitly trust the expertise of such seasoned professionals!

They were able to get me an appointment within a week. It was so nice. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The eye exam was extremely thorough. And they were so helpful and patient when I was finding frames. I recommend this company to anyone.

I lost my glasses on a river trip and needed new ones as fast as possible. I called Palouse Ocularium and got an appointment for the same day, and I had a new pair of glasses the following day (they do all the work onsite, which was a big reason I made the appointment). The service was friendly, the doctor was patient with me—all good things.Admittedly, Im a tough patient when it comes to eyes and eye exams, and after a week with the new prescription, something was undeniably off with them. With some trepidation, I moseyed back into the Palouse Ocularium to discuss what might be causing the discomfort. I had no need to worry: they kindly listened to my concerns, made me a follow-up appointment to see the doc that same afternoon, and took care of the issue—all without attitude or cost to me.Sometimes things go wonky—thats just life. That said, its reassuring to know that the folks at Palouse Ocularium will stand behind their work and take care of their customers.
