I am giving a poor review for the fact that they have had my sewing machine for months to be fixed with no communication. From the beginning of July to mid March they have had my machine and have not contacted me once to let me know what the situation was on my machine. I have contacted them repeatedly for answers with no call backs except for once and all they said was we are working on it. I was told by someone in December that it was difficult to get parts and sewing machines at this time yet I was able to buy a new machine that very day as a back up machine. I finally in mid March asked for my machine back along with deposit as nothing had been done and still wasnt done. I received my machine back two days later by a rude man saying he put in too many hours on my machine and that I didnt deserve my deposit back. So that is why I am giving Stitches and Petals a poor review.

Friendly local quilt shop. Their prices are higher than JoAnns, but so is their quality. Ive visited several times, and their sales clerks have always been knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. Convenient location, but very small parking lot.

New fabrics in the store. A different and beautiful change of pace!

Received an order from out of state - this is this first arrangement I’ve had from Roxanne. Much nicer than in previous years from another florist in town - extra fresh, sparkly touches and fullness.
