This place is awesome. It was way larger than I thought it was. The staff was super friend and helpful. Very knowledgeable of what was in the store. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for anything from lamps, bar & barstools, beds, recliners, couches, and kitchen tables. They have so much more. Definitely worth checking out. They have things inside you never knew that you needed.

Im masked, my child is masked, and an unmasked salesman walks into our space and starts talking right at me about five times too loud. I picture his Covid cooties spraying all over us. If I wanted this kind of exposure Id attend Christ Church. Come on, Furniture Center, get it together. This was the first trip of several planned ones to buy a lot of furniture. Ill spend my dead presidents elsewhere, thank you very much. Youve been great in the past, but why not value your customers health and respect their public-health choices? Ill check back in 2025. Maybe.

I purchased a beautiful sectional for my living room and also bedroom furniture for my daughter at this store. The staff is helpful and friendly. When I said I was just looking, they backed off and let me come to them when I was ready. The ordering process was easy and the furniture came in super fast. They have a great selection from inexpensive to expensive furniture, so everyone can afford something. This is a nice family owned store, and they treat customers very respectfully.

We had such a positive experience buying our mattress. The staff are genuine, helpful, and I did not feel one bit of pressure. We took our three kids under the age of 5 with us to buy a mattress. All the employees were so kind and friendly to all our children. Never once did they seem to be a bother to any of the employees. They treated us like their own family and our kids like their own grandkids. They were so positive when talking about our children and never once made any jokes at their expense even when they got kind of wild. Those were the nicest sales people I have ever met.

Good selection, but be prepared to take out a loan for anything you want to buy. They seemed proud of the fact they had a $4,000 chair up front. Like it was made of gold or something. And everything is just as overpriced.

They are so helpful, with good energy, professional, great selection and some cool items on sale.

I have purchased nearly all of my furniture from Furniture Center in Moscow. They have an excellent selection with great prices. If they dont have just what weve wanted they will special order it. No pressure, just good honest local service. Weve been all over the area and end up liking their selection and local service the most. Got a cool table at this place. Was in clearance section. It was a good deal and there was only this kind of table available on display at the store. The table was slightly damaged with scratches. The person who was working there said that they had refinished the table.When we got it home the scratches were visible but okay..

The Stanton furniture they sell is very cheap unreliable So happy we didnt purchase. The sales people were very very rude and gave me an uneasy feeling, qe asked for a little space to check everything out and they would follow and look or run into us around every corner. Totally wouldnt recommend. Sylvan Furniture in Lewiston was amazing and awesome deals with premium Furnishings.

Great customer service! I found exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Delivery service was flexible with my schedule and they were incredibly helpful.

Awesome service, and honest people. I went in to buy a bed for my daughter and spoke to Don. After finding the one we wanted we purchased the bed and mattress set and scheduled the delivery time and date a few days out to accomodate my schedule. The next day I get a call from Don and he tells me that during our encounter I had purchased a mattress set and the bed frame I had purchased did not require a box spring after all. I was shocked. I had spent more money than I needed to, and he had called to let me know it would be refunded. Good luck finding that type of honesty just anywhere. Not only was the service great, but knowing they are not going to rip me off regardless of whether I am paying attention is a comfort I will embrace without a fight. Thank you Don, and the furniture store for not taking advantage of a busy family man, I will be back again when the need arises.-Tim

I purchased a mattress from here in fall of 2012. A year and a half later the mattress had completely collapsed, you could feel springs poking through the cushion and there was a deep sag in the middle.Store staff assured me that this wasnt normal and theyd send the manager out to see if it was defective and could be replaced under warranty. It took two weeks, a visit to the store, and several phone calls before their manager got back to me. He came to my house, checked it out, and told me that the mattress was defective and they would replace it.When a new mattress arrived, it was very low quality and didnt compare to the mattress I had originally purchased. I received a receipt saying that the new mattress was paid for with a trade in credit for my old mattress. I left a message for the manager asking what had happened, he then left me a rude voicemail saying thats what we have, I hope it works for you, goodbye.The unprofessional behavior of staff and lack of communication about what to expect mean I wouldnt recommend shopping here.

Stanton sofa only used 1 1/2 years squeaks and makes noise, cushions out of shape...has lifetime warranty...we will see...charge $80 to pick up and forgets cushions... I have now had to drive a total of 120 miles to bring cushuons in...where is my mileage reimbruisment??? Paid a lot of money for this loveseat to already showing this kind of wear. Horrible pulling of fabric...

The service is great but they overcharge for pretty much everything. As a former woodworker I know the margins and I can tell you the prices are unreasonably high.

They delivered my furniture to the wrong place and then acted like it was funny when I received my couches hours later from the people who took them. They also broke light fixtures outside my place. After all of this the only refund I received was the 20 dollar delivery fee. Theyre also very expensive for being in a college town
