We could not be more impressed! Adam spent so much time corresponding via email to find us the right sectional (plush and posh—it comes with so many throw pillows, it’s so cozy!), met us after business hours so we were able to see it and sit on it before ordering, then personally delivered and assembled the sectional with us! Not to mention it arrived after only a week and a half and it’s awesome.I could not recommend Model Home Furnishings more. It’s the only furniture store we will shop at from now on!

Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable team. No high pressure sales tactic...just a laid back comfortable atmosphere when shopping which is very appreciated (especially if you have a toddler with you).
