I needed some emergency CPAP supplies and their staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They told me what I needed to do, coordinated with my doctors office and had me taken care of very quickly. They even squeezed me in with the respiratory therapist who was able to fit me with a new mask same-day. I am very grateful to have such a patient-centered and knowledgeable respiratory business in our community!
I disagree with the bad review. They have been very accommodating with billing with my family’s CPAP supplies. There is a sometimes a gigantic lag between when Insurance is billed and when the claim is paid. I know the paperwork is tremendous. The staff and management have been very professional and courteous.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. My sleep has improved so much since starting CPAP therapy!
They are terrible!!! They send late notices before they send the original bill .Then if you are two seconds late paying they send a late notice. I wouldnt recommend them to by enemyGood luck if you stay with them
