I picked up my online orders of bathroom tile and grout. Fast curbside service. Walked through the garden center and it would be a great time to buy perennials, as they were 50 and 60 % marked down, but no funds for plants!

Its a home Depot you get what you get on this one. However I will say the Moses Lake home Depot employees are pretty decent ready to help you when you need it. The only thing I kind of laugh at the cashier that was helping me her fingernails were so long and fancy she couldnt pick anything up several things I literally had to scan for her.

Never overly crowded and very easy to get in and get the things that you need with a lot of help. Super nice.

Used to be good place to shop and very helpful, last several times been in the store there was little to no customer service left empty handed more than once because no one would give us the time of day

After a bit of a scare seeing that this store was listed as “permanently closed” on Apple Maps, I am happy to report they are open and had just what we needed! Great customer service counter and friendly assistance to the car! We’ll be back!

I just wish that they could hire people with basic knowledge of home repairs. The kid didnt have an idea what a door sweep was and had to ask. I would imagine he isnt being paid a bunch so the recruitment process probably has a difficult time finding the help it would need to meet this request.

Very very poor😖 i needed help for light bulbs & they called close to 10 times & no one ever showed up my celling fan takes a certain size it was led but could not find a certain base size. Help was very poor customer service😖

Clean, has everything. Gardening center was quite nice even in the heat. Lots of selection, outdoors. Plumbing, carpentry, electrical, Dremel, sandpaper, pretty much the usual for any project. Decent price for wood even with the shortage.

I always find what I need and the staff are always friendly. Great place to get your diy.

I dont know what to say. I counted about 10 people including the very pregnant store manager looking at me and say nothing. Another 10 looked at me and said hi and left me in a hurry. Noone, I mean none of them asked if I needed help or waited enough time for me to ask for help. I caught one and asked him but he informed me that he had to go to lunch and very rapidly named some isle numbers and left.By the way, the site manager didnt even said hi. No wonder I go to Lowes more often. Very disappointing visit to say the least.

Its so easy to get help. I love that employees will say, Im not an expert on that so let me get someone who is. Nothing is more maddening than getting wrong advice and having to correct an issue.

I ordered some blinds and needed to get them cut. The girl that offered to help me didnt have much experience and was nervous to cut them although Im sure she would have done a good job. She checked one more time to see if there were any other associates that could help. Enter Ruben. We got talking and I discovered this guy was a Home Depot expert, not only did he cut my blinds perfectly, I asked a bit more and he shared that he had worked in many departments and was being promoted consistently. He was kind, cheerful and very helpful. Ruben is definitely store manager material. Get on it Home Depot! He is one of the good ones, promote him quick. If I still owned a business, he is the type of person I would want running it.

Went to two different places looking for appliances. Place 1 (Not Home Depot) was a quick stop, even with a fairly long line at the station. The process was quick, painless and pleasant.Right after this, we went to Home Depot for a refrigerator. There were just at many people waiting to be helped, but no one there to help us. We waited, and waited until I finally went to a different department and asked for help. They paged someone to help us and we waited some more.Eventually, the original person I asked for help just came over and helped us.When I left, there were still several people waiting for help and no workers in sight.

Ordered a washer to be delivered, installed and to take away our old broken washer (paid extra). Guys brought the washer, didnt install it (complained even) and didnt take away our old washer. Absolute terrible service, wont be coming back.

I purchased a string trimmer last week and got it home, when I found out it was used, missing screws,scratched up, and stickers pealing. I brought it back and they corrected it quickly. They had me grab a new one, no questions asked. I am very happy with their customer service. Thank You

From helpful to knowledgeable staff along the aisle, to the PROs, to smiling people behind the cashier counter. Big box brand with a local store hospitality.

I bought a set of power tools, and when I got home I realized that the battery charger was broken. They let me pick up a new set without any hassle. Great service.

This visit was great until my wife and I went to the paint center. It took 20 minutes for an associate to come to the paint station after we waited 10 minutes trung to find someone to call an associate. Not the usual great service I am used to. Hopefully next time is better.

Smetimes they have what you want, somefimes its okay. The workers are hard to find. But they are helpful if you do. Their app is pointless, dont us it for help.

Not sure whats happening at HD but the last few visits there have been extremely disappointing. The best feature is the self checkout.

Could not purchase the 2 twin pk of ryobi batteries from this store or online after receiving an email stating home depot had them for sale. Customer service said I would have to drive 60 plus miles to another store to purchase them.

Paid $1500 for a washer and dryer and everything needed to hook it up, so they would deliver and install them. Delivery came and they said they couldnt install it. Had to make two more trips to this place to get more parts, and nobody there was helpful at all, in fact very much the opposite. and then I got to go home and finish the install myself.Some of the people here seem to be trying their best, but for the most part this place is run poorly and understaffed with people who dont know a thing.

I am torn in this review between the positive experience from all my previous visits and my last visit. I want to give a three and a five star at the same time.Typically their staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. It is easy to find what you are looking for. Everything on their shelves is well organized. Checkout is very quick and easy.My last visit was not my typically experience and the first time Ive been in some of these departments. The loose bolt section needs some love. There are bins that have equal parts of the size above and below. The flow of increases in bolt sizes and lengths is not consistent with other HD stores. The worse part of my visit was the lumber department. Most of the plywood section didnt have tags showing sizes and prices of what was on the racks. I ended up getting a tape measure from tools so I could verify the size. I had wanted a thicker sheet that online was in stock, but I didnt have the desire to check each rack to find it. Ill give lumber a second chance, because Im hoping I just caught them on a bad day.

Loved Home Depot. Walked in got asked what I needed and they took care of me right away. Will shop there from now on. No more Lowes for me.

The drip pan selection sucked. They had the door I needed though. Found what I needed on my own and used self check out so no associate interaction to rate.

I really like the people here. Theyre very nice. But I dont think that building (or corporate) serves them any justice. Its very dark, dingy, crowded, and the paint needs redone. And commercials in pure Spanish; really? I get it, thats your audience, but come on…every 10 minutes.Not to mention getting in and out of the parking lot is near impossible unless youre on a bike. Plus, its dangerous with no lights overlooking your tree area. Cant even tell you how often I see remnants of homeless under them.But again, I really like the people at this store. Theyre great. Just, this building is the size of Lowes garden center. Its not their fault.

Very good, the only reason I didnt give five stars is because the associate that helped me was very young and just started working there so as you can guess he didnt have the knowledge that I needed at the time. But other than that the experience was great and I will definitely be shopping here alot more.

Everything went really well today. I needed a few black storage tubs. They are super tough and well priced. Workers on the floor were helpful with directions. Shopping cart ran smooth. Found some items for my car trailer. Did not know they had a trailer parts section, nice to know. My cashier was really nice and courteous. Checkout was fast and simple. Walk thru parking lot was nice and clean. Just remember to park by exits when shopping at Home Depot. We always seem to be carrying something heavy and awkward when leaving the store. All around good shopping trip.

I love some stuff from home depot and some from lowes, but the staff is always helpful.

Home depot has made some improvements in recent years. Returning items is easier now than ever for when you buy the wrong item. The selection in most departments is fairly good. Employees easy to find for help. They could still use a few more humans in check out to speed the process and answer questions. Overall, a good experience.

Had what I was looking for, but it took me awhile to find it and no one offered help. Partially my fault, I didnt ask for help either.

I went to buy floor and i was looking for some employ to help me, they took too long to get someone, ones there she didnt know about anything, then she just left, then i was in wood aile again nobody help me, i asked someone to help me and again they took long to send somebody, then i was in appliances nobody was there, and again had to wait long.. i get painting staf, it was good atention but soo slow, when i paid the casher made a huge mistake that had to go to costumer service to fixed and they took 1 hour or more to fixed, couse they didnt know what to do! At the end after i paid i was waiting for 15 min no one was sent to load the floor so the manager was the one who loaded the floor palet to my trailer he was soo lazy he just dropped all in one place not helping at all to set up the material in the trailer, it was reallt bad service this home depot is a huge mess, they dont traing the employers

This is THE go to store when looking for doors, Windows, countertops, cabinets, and home improvement supplies for those fast and fun projects. I love their nursery and outdoor fencing and landscaping supplies. The associates not only have great product knowledge, each department has at least one associate who has actually worked in the field pertaining to their department, and are willing to offer insider ideas, tips, suggestions on how to plan and do project, which is great for a novice such as myself😀!!! The one thing they get high marks for is this: IF, for some reason, they do not have a specific tool, part, or whatever you need, they will either order it for you, or if its an item you must have immediately, theyll tell you which of their local competitor store or businesses may have it...and I have even had them call other places to see if its there...just to save me time and driving!!!

Went in to get some primer, the same as the day before. We had it tinted greenby the paint manager. The next day, another employee emphatically stated we cant do that!. When he figured out who did it for us, his tune changed and said he didnt know how?! Go to a real paint store and forget Home Depot, pathetic. Put me a day behind schedule...

I love going to Home Depot because the staff is able to take me or tell me where an item is that Im not sure where it would be located. If they do not know 100% where on the aisle it would be they accompany me as well as everybody else 2 help find it! Even when I go and know where what I want is I typically have two to three employees that asked me if I need any help! The employees are always very friendly and seem to be happy at work there!

Forgot the special offer Home Depot sent me and when I asked about it the lady at the pro checkout showed no willingness to see if they would honor it as it is the same one they mail out to all card members. She was kinda nice but lazy in my opinion. So 2 stars for that reason.

Went there to buy a fan switch and saw a new dishwasher on sale. Discount Closure. Great looking...great price.Above all, Mike was extremely patient and overwhelmingly helpful. He wanted that sale as much as we wanted the appliance. He went way over the top and held it for us. Put a sign on it an we bought it that night. Now, heres the clincher...Home Depot does NOT normally sell display floor model on appliances. You got to order them. Well, not the case here.I can say I am quite pleased and so is my girlfriend.
