I was shocked with how much they had. Lots of clothes. Decent prices for stuff and good deals!! Couple of things here and there are a little expensive (you can get it at Walmart new. But atleast here, you are helping the community!) Nothing that makes me not want to shop there.The Halloween bags they did for the kids was super cute too!!Will definitely be back!

Prices are high! More than they should be. Sometimes you can find a good deal. The color discount is great. But I happen to know for a fact that when they change the color they go through removing most of that color and hiding it. 🙄🤨 toys used to be cheap here, now they arent at all. I dont know about you but I love shopping thrift. Goodwill often times makes that hard, I suggest checking out the senior center thrift first! Amazing Prices and it goes directly into helping our senior citizens. Cause well all be seniors someday. Lets show love and respect to them.

These guys are getting expensive I found cheaper clothes at Walmart than I did at Goodwill I was stunned I bought a bath mat there for eight bucks it was on sale at Walmart for six the exact same size

Got thrown out.The manager Shila came up and told me to put on the mask. She didn’t ask me about my health limitations or had no diplomacy.Then she came back and said that she told the cashier not to process my purchase. If that wasn’t enough, she kept walking behind me and telling me to get out of her store.I hope someone that gives a rip will do something about this.This was very degrading.Thanks

Love the prices for good clothes and furniture

Theyd be 5 stars if they didnt have a couple of rude employees watching the door and checking people out. We go to this Moses lake goodwill often.

The store is the worst. I wont even go in it because its like a pig pen most of the time and you wait in line for way too long.

While most things are unremarkable and just like any other thrift store, I was stunned to see how much stuff is incredibly over-priced. I was looking at dress shoes with my daughter and was shocked to see that most were 10, 15, and even 20 dollars for USED, NO NAME SHOES. I wish I wouldve thought to take a picture of the ones marked $20 while I was still in the store. What the heck is up with this, Goodwill? The staff is pretty nice though, so I feel a 3 star rating is fair.

This place is great for deals. If you are lucky you can get brand new stuff for cheap. You have to rifle through the goods though. People ransack the shelves and leave a mess. The staff is helpful and friendly. I recommend this place especially if you are on a small budget.

I was checking the hours before making another trip here and saw a review saying the staff was rude. In my many visits, the staff has been nothing but friendly. The store itself is a little light on merchandise due to its location, but its a good place to find the occasional bargain.

Nice clean store. I do hate having to run down a clerk to use the restroom and the checking it was clear let everyone else know my business. Book prices were good. Place is clean and got a senior discount without asking.

Cheerful employees and a big variety of items including clothes, books, kitchen supplies, decor, furniture shoes and more. Items are moderately priced. The store is well organized and fairly clean. Its a great place to shop.

Compared to the Goodwill at home it kinda sucks. But thats not their fault. There isnt that great of a selection and the stuff is pretty well used, but I guess thats probably bc Im used to having a large selection and our goodwills selection is gently used or like new.

I go there, but the prices on most things are outrageous. Its a slap in the face to the very people that donate. No wonder the guy who owns goodwill is a millionaire! Its a rape to the public. They dont pay taxes and I read somewhere that they never come up accountable on accounting day. Woe to the public. Hey! Millionaire guy, hows it feel to get rich on things given too you?

GREAT prices on Halloween costumes, especially brand new hats, such as a black, flat crowned one with the little dingle balls on the brim worn by Spanish dancers for $2.97 each!

You definitely have to overlook the flaws in cleanliness and staffing, but I’ve found some really great deals on stuff at this Goodwill.

I am sick to my STOMACH from Moses lake goodwill. I am over it. Your employees all wonder around laughing and pretending like they don’t see the huge line of customers and ignore it on purpose likes it’s the plague. Finally, after approximately, 10 minutes of waiting, the cashier FIANLLY calls for another cashier. And it just makes me sick. And your prices are ridiculous for being second hand. The items are overpriced. 5.99 for a old stained t shirt. Goodwill corporation receives your items for free and you overpriced these items like youre high end. I can’t even return an item without getting attitude as if you guys are a high end company. Get real with me. When Wal-Mart offers better customer service than goodwill that’s when you know something’s wrong

This is a very short story of what happened to my wife and i at your store at789 N Central DrMoses Lake, WA today,my wife found a small pair of sandals for our 18 month grandson for a 1.99 when we tried to check out the lady at the till said they were priced to low and that now they would cost 4.99 to which my wife refuse to pay and we walked out,We have shopped at Goodwill for over 30 years and have never had one complaint,till today
