Always plenty of things to buy an assortment of arts and craft supplies to kids toys learning books, food good selection of candy a little bit of everything and always friendly cashiers

I dont expect to have a Nordstroms like experience at a Dollar Tree store. I do expect a store that is fairly orderly and is clean. This visit, to the Dollar Tree in Moses Lake, Washington, was a little disappointing. The store lacked attention and organization. It wasnt terrible, but I generally experience better at Dollar Tree. So two stars.My ratings begin at three stars. When Im disappointed, stars are lost, and when Im pleasantly surprised added stars are earned.

They dont face their products. They let checkout lines get way too long. There are always enough employees working to manage for this to not happen. Its very hard to watch, when its so easy to see the problems they refuse to care about

Last minute shopping could be stressful. I was so fortunate to come across an associate by the name of Heidy last night. She helped me to find all the items that I needed for my last minute shopping. She made sure all my questions were answered.She offered the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Dollar Store. I highly recommend this location. This young lady deserves a raise.

OMG they had great selection skin care products. Very geodetic.

This branch is a crock. Use signs if you dont want someone in a isle. Especially if you have all ways around blocked to other isles! And if you want someone to give you respect Brian the manger then you and your employees need to show it. Not just say you cant be in that isle because your working in it. What I needed/wanted was on that isle and I already had to Bob and weave through your incredibly long line of customers waiting to be checked out.

I just walked out of the dollar tree with nothing. One cashier. Customers line all the way to the back of the store. No room to do social distancing. At least 20 people in line. Not just to the back of the store, but wrapped around both ways. Other employees doing nothing. I see this every time I go in there. Never as bad as today, but they know they are customer heavy everyday. They need to have no less than three cashiers

This is an okay Dollar Tree as far as selection of merchandise. However there are always so many people and not enough carts. The lines are always long and never more than two cashiers, even though you see other employees in the store. Maybe we need a Dollar General in Moses Lake in addition toDollar Tree.

The store was dirty. There was only one cashier. Also they are refusing to take cash as there is supposedly a coin shortage. Hope your company knows is illegal to refuse federal tinder. Will not be shopping here ever again. Employees are extremely rude. Funny how you see brian the manager out in his car smoking weed. Which Im sure is against company policy

Prices and available items are GREAT! But they need to have someone designated to clean up the messes some customers (and their children!) make. Carpets should be cleaned, and actually, it should be a tile floor so it could have the spills wiped up. And yes, the lines are long as is the wait sometimes, but worth it. Wish this store had been here when our kids were growing up--birthday items, party items, etc. prices are so reasonable. If it werent for the messiness, Id give it 5 stars.

Love the employees in Moses Lake WA. Always smiling having fun thur Covid. Buy them a long Sub Sandwiches to appreciate them. I would if I could!. Thank you

Love the merch and of course the prices but this store is ridiculous! 1 checker at 12:30, line to back of the store never called for assistance. New floors are stained and disgusting already, stock always on floors. Since when do you block an aisle to stock? You need to go to pm stocking...clean up your store and get cashiers where they belong. Hire mystery shoppers...happy to do it!

It has been a long time since I visited dollar tree. Last time I was there was during the beginning of the COVID pandemic and it was bad, because everyone was scrambled, but everything is looking up for dollar tree so thank you Employees of dollar tree.

Its ok, they remodeled the floors, so they are able to be mopped, which is great. They could change some things, like having more than one or two cashiers at peak hours, then you have to wait 10-20 minutes. With Covid, they are not really encouraging social distancing besides little red tape, but no one follows it. They need more parking, but besides all of that, its an okay place to find some random things you may need.

Great place to pick up snacks and cute seasonal items too.

There was a manager with a ton of tattoos that wouldn’t help me find what I was looking for because she was to busy talking on her phone. The store was really dirty and stuff was everywhere. The two cashier girls were really nice and helpful. I was told the manager was new from the cashier that rang my up. I think I will be driving to Othello for now on their store is always really well put together unlike Moses Lake.

I was in the dollar tree today in Moses lake and Witnessed the manager Brian and another manager belittling a cashier that has worked there for years. This cashier is the nicest one they have. I just can’t believe the store manager Terry is letting her store be ran this way. No wonder why they can’t keep employees.

Only one checker on the day I was there had a very long line took probably a good 20 to 30 minutes to get checked out. Was told by another employee that she could not open another register due to corporate

I will never complain about the Dollar Tree! I went to stock up on emergency items for a family kit and was happy to find bungee cords, twine, duct tape, needle nose pliers, pockets knives and even safety goggles.yay!!!!

I would normally give a 5 star but today customers were lined down into the isles and the wait was long. Only one person checking. Not his fault. He was doing as well as he could.

There is ALWAYS only one cashier. I was the 5th person in line and another worker was up front, not checking. They called for someone else to come upfront and I thought “Good” but it was just someone else to help the person who wasn’t checking. I set my stuff down and left.

As for the store, AWESOME. I go here quite often for things of all nature.But theyre lucky I dont give one star after an employee (female) threatened a gentlemen and myself in front of the store. I called the police when she took his things and tried to drive away. She still works there, nobody likes her attitude, and Im always sure to use a different line as to avoid confrontations.I still recommend shopping here though. Other people are super cool.

Shelves were a little empty but over all it was a good visit. Cashier was quick, we didnt wait in line long and she was very friendly.

I give the moses hole dolla Walmart one star. Thats the same number as how many people they think they need to have staffed during peak hours, in the busiest shopping season of the year.

Sadly its our only dollar store in Moses. Always dirty and overstocked to the point where you cant find anything.things just tossed around. Is there even a manager at this location ran by lazy group of ppl.Employees are rude and need to learn a thing or two about customer service... Its called a vacuum,Plug it in a push it around. Chick with all the tats and glasses to busy on her phone to help anyone its called work for a reason honey.

Everywhere we looked in the store there was trash and broken boxes and merchandise out of place. Ive never seen a dollar tree look so bad. The worst was that we were travelling through and needed some items but I needed a restroom before I could concentrate on shopping. We were told there was no restroom. To me that shows that they dont care about the comfort or convenience of their customers. If I could have used a restroom i would have spent more time shopping. But instead we quickly picked a couple of things and hurriedly left to go find a restroom. Very disappointed.

Lines are always so long 1 cashier Everytime I go In. Store has gone down hill. Cashiers never know what they are doing. Think pets on registers is ok.

5-5-18While shopping at this establishment I was verbally assaulted Amber Abbott, an employee for this store. I was minding my own business, trying to find a cashier when she started yelling at me from across the store. She proceeded to ask me to not shop at this store while she was on shift. I asked her to stop talking to me and started to walk away. Amber continued to yell at me saying the same phrase over and over. I then asked her to stop talking to me, I dont know her schedule and if she cant stop harassing me Ill have to speak to her supervisor. Amber continued getting louder and and more belligerent. I then demanded to speak to her supervisor, who was standing right there watching her employee continue to harass me and not doing anything to stop or calm her employee. I made a formal complaint but I feel the public needs to be warned of the type of people this establishment chooses to employ.

I always find myself surprised at the variety of quality good available, particularly sunglasses and candles.

This store is always such a mess! Lines are long and take forever! They never have the new products that come out for every month. I have to go out of town to get anything I need for projects! Management is rude to employees and sometimes customers.

Dollar Tree is a good place to shop, the only thing is waiting in line for awhile due to pandemic.

Store was a complete dump product scattered all over shelves and floors.. the shelves were covered in layers and layers of product and the line was wrapped around the store.. cashier was not in proper uniform as well and smelled like nasty cigarettes this store needs a reset really bad starting with management...!

I love this store but its always very under staffed. Long lines long wait.

Decent variety of things. Has a frozen/refrigerated section. The parking lot is bit hairy. The place is kinda messy, and a bit disorganized, but you can usually find what you need.

A nice little store does not have a bathroom for public use and is cheap on there items
