Not to Kiss A** or anything to Walker’s Moses Lake, but we have had nothing but great experiences doing business and refuse to go to any other places for our furniture. We had some orders get delayed due to Covid situations and walker’s helped us a lot by understanding our frustration on the situation. The whole staff handle our situation very professional and defiantly went above and beyond to give us the best service possible. Carlos was truly amazing and very helpful with our whole process. I am a very indecisive person but he was patient through out it all. I even asked him if he was ok with moving some furniture around just to see how it would look like with something that I wanted and he was more than happy to help with that. Carlos from Moses Lake Washington Walkers store was absolutely amazing. He helped me out more than words could explain. Not only did he efficiently answer my 1000 questions but he wasn’t pushy and gave me and my mother our space while we shopped. Once we were ready for his help, he was there and ready. Not only with answers about the beds but prices as well. As we were checking out he went above and beyond the average customer service. My 4 year old who was with us, was on his best behavior. Quiet, behaved, and most of all respectful of the furniture. Carlos kindly pointed it out and complemented me on his behavior. Then he went as far as giving my son a gift for being so well behaved. Which let’s all be honest a 4 year old at a furniture store is bound to not only be bored but jump all over the beds. It was such a nice gesture. I walked out so excited about my purchase but more excited about the service not only me and my mother received, but the respect and kindness he gave to my son. Walkers will see us again, and I will be asking for Carlos from here on out.

But he walked me through everything and how it was gonna go, as far as, pricing shipping and delivery. The warranty is a great add-on. I went in (a little irritated) to choose a replacement sofa for my discontinued damaged sofa that I filed an insurance claim on. I was told by the insurance company that they would not replace the 3 piece set only the piece that was damaged. After telling Carlos my situation he told me that they should be replacing the entire set because of it being discontinued. He made a phone call and told me to pick out my 3 piece set, basically. I was thrilled! Thank you Carlos for your customer service and help on resolving this issue!! I recommend purchasing the insurance when you have someone like Carlos to back you up! He really is about helping the customer out and making sure they get what they paid for.

I really appreciate not being pushed to buy and to look around freely it’s what I like about the Walker stores in Spokane, Wenatchee, and Moses Lake, Washington.

Overall we have found the store to have a good selection in stock or shipped from their warehouse. Customer service has always been great and any minor issues were resolved promptly.
