Good customer service is far and few between these days but Mr Newbry is amazing. He had an extensive knowledge of the business and more. He was very helpful! FIVE STARS!

My car started having some issues and was having trouble starting I needed a new battery, so I looked around and was highly recommended to this store, I arrived early in the morning to get a new battery and this guy was so incredibly nice and positive greeted me with a smile and laughs!!! Tested my old battery and installed a new one in less than 20 minutes. And came out cheaper than these other places. I highly recommend going here for all your battery needs!!! Good job man keep it up!

Came in to get a battery for my kids 4wheeler. They had it but the fluid in the battery and I l right at the guy selling it to me and asked if I needed to charge it. He said no it would be good in a few hours. Went home gave it a few hours still didnt work. I called back and I was told it needed to be charged. I looked on Amazon the same 40 dollar battery I bought was half the cost and didnt need charging. Zero competence from this place, high prices but they did have the battery but I wont get to use it for 12-16 hours. Should have done Amazon. Hahahaha Im

Went in there earlier to and dealt with a snarky, rude employee, I was told he was the Manager. If and when the either charge that Optima or replace, Ill never step foot in there again. Terrible service.

You know you can always get battery for ones electronics.

Stopped by the store 2 weeks ago and asked if they can replace the batteries on a power chair and they said yes. So I struggle to load the chair today with dead batteries. When I get there the same guy asked me what kind of batteries does it take and where are are they on the chair. I took out my phone and googled it he went inside and done the same . He told me that he had the batteries but still didnt know how to install .I bought the batteries and came home and installed them in 15 minutes. He didnt even carry them out of the store . I wont be back there at all.

Guy at counter was super nice he gets 5*. But not impressed with battery for phone. I drove 30 miles Battery was $43 did not work in my phone. After few mins phone turned off said battery not compatible. I returned it at Valdosta store. Battery was a knock off not actual LG phone battery. It wouldnt work in either phone we have same model. I went online Ebay bought actual LG phone batteries $9.99 free shipping were here in 2 days....
