Took wife’s high country Tahoe to this dealership 3 separate times because the service department can’t follow simple directions. 6 recalls finally fixed 2 of which had to be done twice. Called to have service manager contact me which he never did. Took vehicle to Spence in Thomasville and all issues corrected plus oil change and tire rotation completed in less than half a day. Won’t go back to Lasseter

I took my car up there to be worked on, and three days later it was still sitting in the parking lot not fixed! I had to take my car to another mechanic to have it fixed and was charged 125 for them to tell me they didnt have time to look at it! I bought a 2018 gmc sierra from here 2 yrs ago and I will never spend another dime with them horrible service dept!UPDATE!! Took my car to Southern Automotive and they fixed the issue in 3 hrs. Lassiter had it for 4 weeks prior to me taking it to them this time and still didnt fix it right! When they say they are GM certified they really mean they can call someone at GM who is certified to tell them how to do it they are not mechanics!! If you need anything other than oil change you do not want to take your vehicle to Lasseter you will REGRET IT I PROMISE! Save yourself the time and money and go to a real mechanic shops all they know how to do is change oil!

First service since change/new dealer ownership. Tire rotation and oil change. Service was good. I washed my vehicle prior to service. They did leave my vehicle dirty around the area of service (door handle, hood ad fender wells). Come on guys, that is a easy fix!

If I could give 000 stars, I would!!! Made an apt for 1/1/2021, asked prior to making apt if they were open that day and I was told yes. Arrived 1/1/2021, they were closed. Called the following Monday to let them know about the mess up. I rescheduled for today, showed up today at 9am, they said I didnt have apt but said I could leave the car. I specifically told them I needed it by 2pm. I just left the place(at 2:1/) and they had not touched it!!!! LOST CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!! When you call, a recording says all calls are recorded for customer service....may want to go back and listen to those recording!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Edwards Motors and within a couple of days started noticing several issues with the vehicle on top of some issues that were discussed prior to the purchase that was told they were simple repairs and would be handled by the dealership. After several phone calls/text with the salesman and multiple trips back to the dealerships some of these issues were able to be resolved, with much effort and headache. However, some problems still remain that I was told to be in good functioning condition. As an example, upon purchasing the vehicle I was told the tires were new tires. While the tires did have good tread, a few days after purchasing the vehicle the tires began splitting in the tread due to dry rot from age and for safety reasons had to be replaced. After contacting Edwards Motors about the tries I was told that I would have had to brought the vehicle back to the dealership, which is over an hours drive, for them to inspect again before they would do anything, even after another professional tire shop said the tires were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. A meeting was then arranged with the owner to discuss this and other issues to which I was told it is up to the customer to inspect the vehicle prior to purchasing it for any issues, even though they claim to conduct a thorough inspection. Edwards, then asked us to contact them again after a couple of days, to which I have done and have heard no response.
Words can’t really express the gratitude to Edwards Motors and their team for helping us out of a tight spot. When we had car trouble 4 hrs from our spring break destination the team at Edwards came together to make sure our vehicle will be repaired and did everything possible to ensure we’d be able to get to our final destination.The effort started with Henry in sales, included Lee (sales Manager), a service tech, Joey (service manager) and ultimately the owner.Every person involved went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of and could continue on our way.I’d highly recommend and if I lived in GA I’d be visiting Edwards Motors for every service and vehicle purchase need I had!

I bought a used 2008 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 Crew cab in from Edwards in late 2016. This was my first (new to me) vehicle purchase since 2003. I wanted something nice, but not too expensive. I searched for weeks and found one online at Edwards. Low mileage and the price was acceptable. My friend drove me almost 2hrs to get there and we looked at the truck. Seemed nice enough (although in hindsight I should have gotten under it and knocked it with a hammer). I noticed some pitting on the lower rocker panels but it was almost 10 years old and came from Nebraska. They remained firm on the price and I bought it that day. Before I got to my house I noticed the engine sounded strange, sure enough the aftermarket air filter (inside a screwed on box) wasn’t even attached to the air intake tube. Over the next few days I realized this “deal” was really a bait and switch. When trying to get the hitch pin out, I used a rubber mallet and flakes of paint and rust came off the body. The frame had been painted to cover the rust, and now it’s eaten through that.Although, mostly, mechanically sound, the entire lower portion of the body and frame had extensive rust damage. I had the bed wheel wells repaired as best/cheapest I could and even now the paint is bubbling from the rust underneath. The lower rocker panels under the doors all have paint flaking and three of them have holes bigger than golf balls.I tried to trade it in last year and couldn’t even get payoff (even though the loan value is supposed to be higher than what I owe). I’ve added tires, a leveling kit, tint, bed cover, new radio w/back up camera and still it’s not enough.All I can do now is pay it off and take whatever I can get when I trade it in.I find it hard to believe that Edwards Motors had no idea of the extent of the damage to this vehicle, but ultimately the blame lies with me, I wanted a truck and chose to look past (what I perceived to be at the time) some small issues. I would caution anyone in the market to look elsewhere for a more honest dealer and staff.

It was quick and easy to get our Crosstour and we absolutely love it.It spoke volumes that they both were genuinely nice as could be even though they probably didnt make a whole lot off of selling it.Highly recommend them both and SO worth a 3 hour drive.

Went in for an overheat condition that was showing on the temperature gauge. They had my vehicle for the full day and said that they could find nothing wrong. I wish I could provide more information but from what i was experiencing and what they said they could not find leaves me still wondering. I gave 4 stars because they did not charge anything since they stated they could find nothing wrong with it.

On June 22 2018 my daughter, son in-law (who is a Deputy Sherriff) and I went to Edwards Motors to purchase a new Chevy tracks. She had been called several times by Meridith and Jenifer making sure she was going to be there for her appointment. So we show up and first they act like they hadn’t called her, then Meridith decides to take us to a used BMW and A used Kia. Finally I look at her and said we did not come to the Chevy dealer to trade a 2015 Chevy Spark for a used BMW! So then she showed my daughter a Chevy Sonic claiming that’s the only car on the lot. So I told my daughter if didn’t like the color we could get a different one to which Meridith said it would be extra. So we sat down to discuss pricing and Meridith came back and said I would need to co-sign. I had a 702 credit score because I obtained a report beforehand and I also told her specifically to only check with Ally bank. Instead they put the loan out to the highest Bidder (6 different banks) and came back with payments at 380 a month for 8 Years! So I got up and walked out, but a guy named Lee Davis stepped in and everything changed, my daughter could get the vehicle she wanted, the color she wanted the only catch was 380 for 8 years. So I told them to explain how they got to that number and they couldn’t. Shady dealership they lied about how many times they ran my credit. They didn’t offer the blue book value for my daughter’s 2015 Chevy Spark. First they tried to sell her a used BMW instead of a new Chevy! Then they blow the payments up for 8 years. I will never do business with them again and I will be calling GM to report this Dealership.

Bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and both had issues including a brand new $70k Suburban that they sold me with a bad front tire. The tire light was on when I bought it and was told they would take care of it. They refused blaming it on me. Edwards should not have delivered a $70k Suburban that wasnt ready to hit the street. The issues should have been caught in the service dept by qualified techs. Buyer beware! Will not do business again with them.

Crappy experience. Went for oil & filter change, tire rotation, and alignment. Hour and a half later they were “done”. Didnt even do the alignment. Had to wait another hour and a half. Over 3hrs. From 9am-12:20pm. Didnt even top off the fluids like they told me they were. F***** ridiculous. I told them synthetic oil also. Dont see that on the receipt. Probably conventional oil. Tried to talk to parts department to at least get what fluid brands they use in the vehicle to top it off myself. I also bought the car from them with fluids topped off. Apparently they dont know what brands they use for other vehicles that aint GMC, Chevy, Etc.
Every one was super friendly we were in and out in a flash. Picked up 2 cars and we were gone.

On November 25th 2016 a car was purchased for my son by his grandparents. It has been over 70 days and we still do not have title. In fact, we recently were informed by the dealership that there is a lien on the title. We are on our second temporary tag and it expires on February 9th. After that we will not be able to legally drive the car. We want out of the car and now the dealership will not return our calls. We have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, hopefully they can help us.

Took my truck to them when it caught fire. It was a wiring harness. Took me 2 months to get it back. Got it back and it wasnt fixed. So it took another month and still not right. They got grease in my carpet, seat,and center console and when I said something about it they gave me stuff to clean it with! Not very happy
