Five Stars is not enough to measure the quality of customer service we received today from Austin Crosby. From the time I messagedhim about his Lincoln radio ad to his phone call to when we met him, he treated us as though we were of utmost importance. When he walked across the parking lot to greet us, what we saw was that great big smile as though he was happy to see us. He immediately offered us the key trusting us to test drive the Lincoln and not really knowing us or requesting anything further. He did not hover over us as many salespersons do. It was as if we’d known him forever. As it was lunchtime, he even suggested we may want to try a grill in town. We did and it was EXCELLENT!! Austin is definitely in the right business because he did what it took to make the sale and with a great attitude. I went and got my head gaskets “fixed” with “unlimited miles 2 year warranty” according to Phillip. Days after getting the work done I very obviously noticed it wasn’t fixed. Now I got it back up there to get the warranty work done and donnie the shop manager says I’m over miles. I’m not sure if they don’t want to do the work because they are 2 weeks behind with one tech or if they just don’t know how to fix it, my guess is both of those reasons are why. The people working here are very incompetent and doesn’t stand behind their work. Save yourself the time and money and go to a real mechanic that actually knows how to work on a truck and stands behind their work. I’ve heard about very similar experience from 5 other people about this place.

Wow. Honestly, I have written hundreds of business and product reviews, but this was the hardest one I have ever written. The proper words that describe how pleased we were with the service received completely elude me. Ive become almost cynical about the car buying experience and almost want to avoid it like the plague due to previous experiences. When it was time to buy a new truck I scowled at the idea of having to deal with another fast talking, pushy sales person who typically knows nothing about the actual vehicles beyond if it has power door locks and gps. Getting to financing to see that they have adjusted numbers and slid things in they didnt tell you about all in the name of creative financing and dealer adjustments.Brad at Robert Hutson had won me over at just the first phone call. He is without a doubt the perfect definition of a good ole Georgia boy. He was kind, honest, well mannered, and didnt try to rush me through anything like he had something else better to do. I really wanted to do business with him but the dealership was further away than other competitors (I live in Tallahassee Fl) and they didnt have the truck I wanted. This didnt stop Brad from trying to win over our business. I originally was going to get a very basic truck because I believed that was what fit into my budget, but Brad made sure that I had every piece of information I needed to be able to make that call before I ever stepped foot on the dealership. The main factor being my Trade. Most dealers wont even talk to you about trade value unless you bring it in because they wanna get you in the store to try and take your keys away from you and force a vehicle down your throat. Having more information now I realized that I was able to actually afford my dream truck, but unfortunately that truck Was almost 250 miles away at another dealer. Once again that didnt stop Brad, who without a hitch was willing to go across the state to make sure I had the exact truck I wanted without making me pay for it. When i bought my Jeep, the dealer devalued my trade an extra 2k without telling me because I bought a truck not on their lot. He was able to go get the truck I wanted and sell it to me for near what I would have paid if I would have driven 300 miles to go get it but since Robert Hutsons dealer fees are much lower, It became a wash and I saved my self an 8 hour drive.The service provided by Brad and Robert Hutson didnt stop there. My wife and I are very meticulous about doing our homework and like to ask 100s of questions to make the best decisions we can. Brad never seemed to mind the numerous phone calls and always made us feel like we were the only customer in the world. Relaxed and never rushed, it felt like buying a car on island time. Brad even made it so that 90% of the paperwork was completed before we arrived so that it took us more time to get there than it actually did to purchase the truck. Every past experience with car buying has taken 3-4 hours or longer. Brad took his time to make sure and go over every dollar, and not one cent was out of place. The numbers added up to the penny on every item discussed and there were no baked in extra costs.In short, if you enjoy the fast talking, dishonest circus act of dealerships who try to take you to the bank for every red cent they can squeeze, then this isnt the dealership for you. If you want to experience car buying where you are made to feel like the only customer in the world, and that they appreciate just having your business, then check out this dealership. Its worth the drive.I absolutely adore this truck and even had my wheels powder coated recently. Best decision my family ever made and I thank Brad and Robert Hutson Ram for making this a reality.

We are from out of state. Went to this dealership to get the power steering fixed on my husbands Jeep. We were traveling through and have no knowledge of the area. We went in right at opening time and asked if they could help us. The service manager came out and took a look at our vehicles (mine had a slight problem too), told us he could help.We left in search of breakfast and hotel, to wait until our vehicles could be fixed. Owner called us back and told us he could not service us because our Jeeps had mud on them! Both of our Jeeps have soft tops and cannot be run through car washes. I have no problem washing my Jeep, just need a place to do it!! No one at the dealership could refer us to anywhere to accomplish what they wanted us to do. My family and I have no way of getting home without getting our vehicles fixed, but yet have no way to clean them to get them fixed! Severely disappointed in the quality of customer service at this small town dealership!
