Thanks so much for getting my baby right.3-18-21 Update: I called as instructed but Mr Hutson wasn’t available at the time. I did get a call back about an hour later and the gentleman was very polite and set an appointment for me. I will update again once diagnosis and services have been rendered.I have heard good things about Robert Hutson but I am skeptical now. I have been trying to get an appointment to get my car diagnosed since Saturday and haven’t heard a thing. I even tried setting one online and nothing. I understand this is probably a busy time of year but to not hear anything seems unfair. Hopefully this will get someone to at least call me back.

Took my f150 with a non leaking transmission to replace the valve body, new fluid, and a transmission filter. Got it back with a bad leak, and the fluid was never changed, they just put the old fluid back in with the same filter. They basically told me the leak was not their fault and I would have to pay another $230 to get the leak fix after getting charged $1200. Would give zero stars if I could to the service department from my experience.

My son, fresh out of college, landed a good job. He searched 4 states to find the perfect truck. He found it at Hutson, paid over 40K . Put down cash to hold the truck (in good faith) then paid 6k in cash that he had saved. Was not even offered a 30 day warranty. Being young he didnt think about how important a warranty is. Within 1 month he has spent over 1200.00 in repairs. And more problems continue to pop up. Dealership contacted, nothing they could do. They did however reimburse him for the cheapest repair after I called and spoke to the manager. Would not advise sending your kids/young adult to buy a vehichle from Hutson unless you want them to taken advantage of!!!

I was looking to purchase a new F-150 on a Saturday afternoon . I arrived at the dealer around 3:00 and spoke with the salesman while they evaluated my trade. When 5 oclock rolled around they immediately shut down everything and said that they would give me a call on Monday morning. Well, its been more than a week and no phone call. Also, there was a couple out front looking at trucks and no one went out to help them.

Its difficult to get a good deal on a Ford, but they have a great Ford service and parts departments. The personnel in these departments are honest and professional.
