Great drinks but the place could use some updating since it changed owners. I had great customer service today but that has not been the case in the past. I think a rebrand with clear vision along with new curtains and an easier to read menu would be a great start.

Love the coffee but was mislead by information on Google. Online it states that the business was open till 10pm but after driving all the way up town I discovered that they close at 7pm.

Customer service with Charlie was amazing. Being a bad customer, I came into the shop right before they closed. Even in that situation, Charlie greeted me kindly and took the time to make sure he got my fiance and I drinks that were to our liking! Kind and friendly service even at the end of a long day. Beans and Strings yall have a great employee in your place, hang on to him. Also, coffee was great!

Beans and Strings rocks! I love all of their B-12 drinks, smoothies and my favorite the vanilla chai tea latte with 2 shots of espresso 🙌🏻😉

Great drinks! Great service! Great atmosphere! Ive been in love with this place since it opened! And then they opened a second one in the hospital! B12 sodas are what got me through nursing school clinicals! My only complaint is that they ruined Starbucks for me. I havent been able to drink anything from Starbucks in years!!! :)

Great atmosphere with an excellent environment. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The coffee was great. We were looking for Starbucks but found something better.
