Never consistent, must have alot of employee turnover because in the past few months my drink never tastes the same. Some days too sweet, others not sweet at all. I have gotten almond mils without asking for it....etc.

I always love coming here every single morning and night. It’s part of my daily schedule at this point. I love the customer service the older baristas present. Ps- if the ginger kid with the long hair is working- he makes the best drinks!!!

So friendly may not always have my drink right but there is always a way to fix that.

The employees here are very polite and professional, however the quality of the beverages is not consistent. Nothing more disappointing than waiting in a long line for a drink to not have turn out not to be what you hoped for. I regularly order Iced Machiattos from various starbucks locations when traveling. 99% of the time they all come to be done correctly. Unfortunately in Moultrie, that is not the case. Ordered 2 iced apple crisp machiattos and for about 13$ to just pour them out. The coffee/ milk ratio was way off for a grande size and tasted nothing like what I purchased from the same location previously. Lately, quality here has been subpar.

9 times out of 10 I have burnt tasting coffee grounds in the bottom of my drink. I order the White chocolate mocha, Iced, no whip cream, add sweet cream foam and it tastes like sugar water coffee. Its gross.

Starbucks reduces the quantity of the servings; for example I ask for a two shots espresso coffee, and given one shot, thereby charging more for less.

I love Starbucks, but lately my cup of whatever I order coffee wise has not been full. Please fill my cup up. Otherwise thank you guys for the product and amazing service.

The place to go when you gotta have a Frappe. I just tried the Strawberry Funnel Cake, it was delicious. Reminded me of the good ole days at the county fair.

Everyone is so friendly. I usuallt get a vanilla latte or cappuccino or iced coffee when i want something cold.I love using my app to order ahead. Also love the fact that I can earn stars for free drinks or other items.

Starbucks was not originally on my list of places, I learned to appreciate them more on finding the founders sourcing his coffee products by investing in local farmers in the coffee producing countries assuring quality products. Now they are my often visited place for coffee, sandwiches & they are one of the few places they make quality green tea.Along with the ability to order ahead easily with their app, I visit them often. And the employees, for the most part, are some of the friendliest of the industry. Most of the employees at my local store knows my name and I love them for it, yes, Im a regular.

Ive always enjoyed my daily trips to Starbucks, Monday through Friday.

This never ever ever taste like real starbucks. Dont ever pay to add a shot of espresso because they never do. And dont bother asking because theyll lie and say they did, as If you cant tell the difference . Everything I have ever ordered from here taste like watered down chocolate milk with a little ice. Its sad when you look forward to going out of town to get REAL starbucks. Save yourself money and go to the kitchen and pour some chocolate milk in a cup and add a little ice if youre even thinking about going here. And also their pumpkin bread is always soggy. Like whyyy.

Very expensive for bitter coffee but great breakfast sandwiches.

This starbucks does not taste like other starbucks. Im dissapointed every single time we order here. My son likes going because he loves chocolate milk and that is what everything taste like at this location. I dont know If they are cutting corners or not properly training their employees. If you want real starbucks just go ahead to Thomasville, tifton, or Valdosta... Its worth the drive.

My better half and I went for a coffee date and chose Starbucks. It was our first time dining inside a Starbucks PERIOD. These people are fast and upbeat and just appear to be so full of energy. Loved the atmosphere and the aroma of the store! We each had a quick bite (mine was coffee cake and it was beyond delicious!), and a couple of coffees each. Cannot wait to have another coffee date there!

I usually only come here to hang out with friends that want to have coffee. Its okay here they just always tell me that there is NOTHING that they can prepare for me that is decaffeinated. So all I can ever have while Im here is water.

One of the best around. Everyone is treated like they are number one here. I couldnt decide what I wanted and so they offered me a free sample of one of thier popular items...and when I say sample I mean a full size order. They are the best and very friendly.

Always clean, with a calm atmosphere. Plenty of seating, with conveniently located outlets for charging up your devices.My only complaint with this Starbucks is the service. Even with very little customers inside, receiving an order can be slow.With that small complaint, the service Ive received has always been great and friendly!

This place was great. Did not take long to get our order, staff was very friendly, place was clean. They also have cups and other items for sale.

This place SUCKS! They are always out of whatever it is that I want. The person at the window is always in a bad mood, whomever I get...just dont understand how hard it is for young folks to be happy. And when I try to substitute and figure out a happy medium for the coffee I originally wanted, its always a hassle even trying to pick something else out.

Not the best starbucks, but what do you expect for small town Georgia. Staff isnt familiar with the app, took a long time to get our drinks and we were the only people in there. Drink wasnt as ordered. Not very friendly when placing our order. Ive been here here few times now thinking they would get better after it was open awhile, but it has not improved.

Ive always had a great experience here. I usually go through the drive-thru, which seems much quicker than going inside. But my order is always right and always delicious, and the baristas are always wonderful! Typical Starbucks atmosphere - quiet-ish environment good for meeting friends, studying, and working.

There’s one guy that needs an attitude check. Wouldn’t even let me finish my order before asking what size drink. Besides that, okay service and was very fast.

The people here at Starbucks in Moultrie Ga are very nice to you and they are very helpful when you need it. This is a good place to relaxe and drink coffee or whatever is on the menu and everything is a reasonable price and the managers are cool with everyone that comes in and the the workers here smile when come in and greet you well.

I go to this location quite frequently, it’s just like any Starbucks, but the only thing that bothers me to the point of three stars is that it’s horribly inconsistent. I typically get the same thing every time and most of the time it is missing a component or it’s just off. I order the same thing at the location in Valdosta, and it’s perfect every time. This location is still good, just inconsistent.

Im a little sad because usually they are all that and a bag of beans... They seemed distracted and it took longer to get my food than usual. Also, my cheese was melted more on the bag than in the croissant.My sons drink was not mixed well... the syrup was mostly on the bottom and the size was wrong.Room for improvement... but Im not giving up on them.

Worst Starbucks in the area. Visited on 12/9/17 and the barista was not welcoming what so ever. I expect more from a Starbucks especially when I’m spending over $20. This Starbucks needs a much better staff.

Sadly, I cant give them an accurate review because the doors were locked 10 minutes before closing. I understand we were there late but the surrounding Starbucks are usually open past 9 pm. There was no posted hours of operation on the door and not one of the four employees inside so much as looked at us or acknowledged our presence. I only realized they closed at 9 when I did a Google search. I was still surprised they had locked the doors early. Very disappointed. Ill stick with the Starbucks in Valdosta and Tifton from here on out.

This is aka- Sam Blackwater just letting everybody know the Starbucks is great the service was wonderful the explain to you anything you dont understand if youve never been there the only problem I had with the place was that I guess they forgot that they are in Moultrie Georgia they are not in Atlanta or Jacksonville or anywhere where the prices should be jacked up to $6 for a regular cup of coffee with an extra espresso shot I thought that was a little bit steep and honestly I can go to the dollar store and get the same material used to make the same Coffee espresso Etc and never spend more than $3 and it will make more than 12 cups now I know policy is policy but getting rich in one day well I dont think I would have picked Moultrie Georgia to do that luckily there right by the interstate so all the passing through suckers can spend their $6 so I guess whoever came up with location location location I guess they save their ass because if they were further in town and there was no interstate thered be no Starbucks at $6 a cup well peeps Im out enjoy your coffee oh yeah and dont forget bring at least $10 because the $6 cup has taxes
