I had the most pleasant experience at Cosmoprof in Roseville today! I feel bad I didn’t catch the sales reps name, because she was so kind, informative and delightful! She helped me find alternatives to products this location didn’t have. I can’t wait to see the results!! Thank you again for such an amazing experience!

This is an amazing location! I had some issues with my babyliss flat iron and the ladies here helped me find a newer similar item that was more affordable! They also suggested a curling iron and it was on sale! This will be my new favorite location. Love the helpful ladies here

I visited the store to buy some gift cards. Lianna (manager) was very helpful in conveying the right information. The highlight of my visit was their employee Anne. She provisioned the gift cards for me with a benevolent smile and a friendly demeanor, that transcended the customer care standards. Anne you are a gem of a person!

Cosmo, is where the supply is at. Dont get cause without supplys.

Customer service is great, but they were out of a lot of items I was looking for.

Love going to the store, and the employees are great!

Staff is friendly but they seem to always be out of stock on a lot of brands.

Good selection of products, however, the staff seems unfriendly and not love their jobs. They didnt even say hi as I walked in and they seemed annoyed when I asked them for help in products. This is for both the Burnsville and Roseville locations.
