I love going to the Dollar General since they always have the coolest (and cheapest) Christmas decorations! However. The night I went? They had a gas leak in the liquor store next door to them so I was unable to go inside. The staff was super calm and informative for which I appreciated. There is enuf drama going on in the world as it is right now😅

Clean. Orderly. Very friendly. I went in for oven cleaner.... $100+ later, I am ready for Christmas with some pretty great stocking stuffers! HAPPY HOLIDAYS. p.s. Barb is great.

Decent store but bad customer service. They have been closed and I called to see if they had opened. Someone picked up and hung up on me. I called back thinking it was an error and it just rang. I guess customer service only matters when yall have the phone surveys so you can get your perfect 100.

So I only go here if I am in a hurry, Its not likely to be busy

Was going to shop here but need to use the restroom first, after the rude cashier reluctantly gave me the key and told me where the restroom was I found the door completely blocked by giant carts and a homemade sign that read DUE TO LACK OF RESPECT THE RESTROOM IS CLOSED! When I went back to the register and started to explain that I was cut off by a second cashier angrily telling me to ignore the sign and go in any way and I calmly told her that was impossible because the door was completely blocked and she threw her hands up in the air and rolled her eyes as if I was ruining her entire day lol. In the end Im actually happy about not getting to use their bathroom because it probably would have been a way worse experience!

Its a good place I been here many times. One time I went there and I Found a great deal on Raisins. I usually eat a couple pounds of raisins a week. So I know a deal on em when I see it. If you like raisins like I do ya gotta get in here.

Not too bad nice help

Was in line and the gentleman ahead of me was told one of their items was more expensive than they thought and the cashier made a comment about customers making them seem like liars. The store had no bags for customers and were very rude. Not very professional!!

They were out of some of the deals and boy was out check out guy chatty. Their app is very difficult to figure out to get the deals and thats if you can even login. Missed almost all the so called electronic coupons because the checkout person had no idea how to do them and this was my first time as well.

The ladies that were working were very nice though one was sniffling and blowing her nose she still was courteous and used hand sanitizer each time it was a pleasant experience plus got the Maui mountain dew that I was looking for

I usually come out buying more than I should. The store seems like it needs a remodel and better straightening for appearance especially when you walk in. The doors are not handicap accessible.

I shop here often because its close. The clothes they have are cute. Food prices are reasonable on most things. The online coupons are not very convenient. Plus the staff never asks u if your using any. Youd think theyd want u to save money. Plus the staff can be a little unprofessional with their conversations! But overall the night night wknd staff I love!

I think that 1 eating in the store is really bad food products all over the isle. big wad of gum in the manager mouth is real tacky, and staph should be working not gabbing and teaching the new peoples so costumer dont have to come back and one cashier up front!!

First time to a Dollar General. Not really sure what the point is of the store. Won a gift card and was hoping to find good dollar items for shoeboxes. Staff was not unfriendly or rude but was just one step up from comatose.

Ive been there 3 separate times looking for basic things, and they didnt have them. Not stocked very well in the hardware, and pretty supplies.

This dollar General is out of my way but i will drive a distance for this one. Clean, great staff, and respectful clientele. Every other branch ive been to has been a terrible experience

I always find the best deals on items like soap, shampoo, medicine, cleaning supplies and toilet paper etc. This is where I buy all of those kinds of items. I save tons of money by shoppinh here vs. Wal-Mart. The also have cute printed storage boxes and plastic tote bins for a great price.

I went there earlier in the day time, it wasnt busy. The lady that rang me up was nice and courteous.

Prices are great and really close to my house but cashiers and staff very unprofessional and even rude at times. Having personal convos on cell phones in front if customers and I have witnessed arguements with customers several times. Registers get left unattended for several minutes at a time while employees are in the back room eating.

The people who work here are extremely unfriendly, unorganized and very rude. Every time Ive been in there the employees and managers are engaging in inappropriate conversations and very rude to customers. I will never go back to that location again, iv3 given way too many chances. This location needs all new employees and managers very badly.

I dont expect much from a dollar general but I do expect good customer service.I was checking out and the two cashiers did nothing but talk to each other. She didnt say one word to me. I dont even think she looked at me. Anyways, I grabbed only a couple items, which would have easily fit in two bags, but she divided into two. Left the store with one bag, got home, counted my loses. Bottom line, these people have a pretty simple job; they should always greet, be warming and make sure the customer leaves with all his purchases.

After reading some reviews I felt I should leave mine. First off this place is a very good place to shop! Prices are good and beats going to walmart or driving all over town. There are always deals and plenty of a selection. Staff is small, helpful and amazing these ladies put up with a lot of not so nice customers and problem shoplifters regularly and still have to stock shelves and clean up the mess the messy customers/ kids leave around on top of dealing with other customers and thier needs, answer questions, tell people where stuff is, set up shelves for new items, deal with deliveries etc. Store is dated but staff does what they can with what they have to work with cant blame the staff for something they dont control. Store needs a new layout, paint and new floors but not the employees fault they are stuck with dated design being it is a older store. These ladies take a lot of customer abuse thats not fair or ok. Treat them with respect and they will show you respect! Help them out if you dont want something go put it away yourself dont just throw it on the floor and walk away!!! Whats wrong with you? I see many times people let thier kids run wild and making huge messes and damaging items and parents dont care. Babysitting is not part of the staffs responsibilities! It is a small store and these ladies already have alot to do and this store can get very busy at times the staff can only do what they can they are HUMAN!!. I love this store and spend a lot of money here I get what I need and then some. As a regular to this store I see a great neighborhood location that is convenient, time and money saver. To reply to some reviews saying product was not stocked its because they sell alot of those items. Yes things go out of stock it happens the store is small and can only hold so many items. Overall still a wonderful friendly place to shop and support! If you take a cart out it takes only a minute to bring it back be nice its free and the staff appreciates it. Dealing with the public can be difficult but you are the reason this store exists for us to shop at! Im sure you dont hear it often enough but Thank you for what you put up with and work you do!

Typical Dollar General. Prices decent, plenty stuff, good selection.

Dirty sales floor, bathrooms are disgusting. Employees are useless, and one of the managers has a bad case of meth mouth. Product is a priced a little more than wal mart, with less selection. They like sell expired milk. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that they are located to close to pretty good Vietnamese place.

For picking up couple items or more decent pricing

I always going to the store thinking Im going to get a great deal I can use coupons and I can get things really cheap but everytime Im disappointed the lack of organization and they never have the products that are in the coupons the store kind of smells funny its kind of dirty it just seems kind of run-down it seems like the employees dont really care

Dollar General has helped me out when I needed things for a low Price. The workers there are pretty nice a nice lady working there even had a nice conversation with me so I think that they are a good store for general needs.
