I would give this walgreens zero stars if possible. The employee literally rolled her eyes at me because she had to do her job and take passport pictures. Im not happy with the picture and she didnt even give me a warning so my pictures came out looking like some kid took them.
If you like a pharmacy that requires multiple visits to attempt to pick up a prescription and even your doctors assistant comments how difficult they are to work with, this is your place. I could go on and on about this location, but after multiple years, I am done. Believe the other reviews, these arent isolated incidents.
You would think a pharmacy drive thru line could run more smoothly than whatever the hell they are doing here... Prepare to wait 45 mins longer than you expect. No joke.
They make the same mistake every time I pick up my prescription. I told him every month that my insurance does not cover the generic medication that I am prescribed yet they still only prepared the generic so that when I come to pick it up and tell them that I need to have the name brand so my insurance covers my medication, they tell me to come back in 15 minutes because they filled it with generic instead of namebrand. It’s so frustrating that this continues to happen every single month even though I have told him countless times that I need the name brand medication of my prescription. Today I even called 30 minutes before hand to confirm that they filled it with the name brand medication before I drove all the way to pick it up and they assured me that they did but here we go again I get there and they filled it with the generic and they told me to come back in 15 minutes. It is so upsetting and a huge waste of time.
The Pharmacy here is a JOKE. My mother lives nearby and I sometimes have to pick up her prescriptions. She has several physical problems, and as a result she is prescribed pain medication. The Pharmacy recieved the prescription from her doctor on Friday (the same as ever month). When I went to pick it up for her on the following Tuesday they STILL did not have it filled, 5 days after receiving it. Then while waiting I was told they could not fill it as they only had 82 of the 90 pills she was prescribed. My mother called them and was told even though they had her prescription for 5 days, they failed to order more to insure hers could be filled. She asked can I get the 82 now and the other 8 in a couple days when you get more? They said NOPE. You can wait 3 more days without your needed medication until we have it all, or take the 82 we have now and thats it. As she badly needs these, I took what they had for her and she was able to work it out with her doctor for the next months prescription, but who runs a business like that? Why did they wait 5 days, till Tuesday to order meds for a prescription they got the previous Friday? I know they hadnt even ordered them yet because I overheard 2 girls behind the counter talking about it. They were also incredibly rude and condescending to both my mother and I when the entire thing was their fault. Every month she has problems here but this was the last straw. Needless to say she is now seeking another Pharmacy that carries her prescriptions. I would STRONGLY recommend against this place as everyone I spoke with there is completely incompetent and unbelievably rude. I work in a customer service environment and would most likely lose my job if I treated my customers the way my mother and I were treated. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
Got my Covid vaccination here and definitely won’t come back. All the people in pharmacy just sound so rude, the way they talk to the customers. Lack enthusiasm and friendliness. Just super annoying. All of them.
This pharmacy is close and convenient, I can stop by on my way home. However; convenience does not outweigh the rude, unhelpful, and thoughtless pharmacy staff. They lack communication and blame customers, rather than offer solutions. This pharmacy was great 4-5 years ago, but that service has deteriorated into doing the bare minimum. I would avoid and find a pharmacy that wants to help and cares about what theyre doing.
This facility (primarily the pharmacy) needs a reality check. I dont use this pharmacy for anything other than grabbing a few drugstore items every once in a while. I decided to get my covid vax here and it was such an unprofessional experience. Most all of the pharmacy staff that I encountered were rude, condescending (I heard them speaking to people on the phone as well as through the drive-thru), and just severely lacking in any sort of care or consideration for the customers. When I went for my second shot today I called and asked if I could move my appointment earlier and just do a walk in. They said no problem but they are closed from 1:30-2:00. Nothing else was said in that regard. I went to get the shot at about 1:15 and they said they wouldnt do it because thy closed at 1:30. I protested and said that I had called ahead of time, they did not give me any time constraint other than 1:30 and I am here before that. They said i can wait around until 2. I was like no way, given that I was on my way out to Seattle and would be gone. They ended up giving me the vax. The pharmacist was so unprofessional. Asked me maybe one question. Then quickly jabbed me in the arm. Said nothing and I left. Couldnt believe how rude the were. Just the overall energy there is dispassionate and as if they would rather noone came to their pharmacy at all. I see all their other bad reviews. Not to be a Karen but this was not the first time I was treated this way and it didnt feel good. I just want them to understand that the way they treat people in service can greatly affect a persons day. Hopefully they get a handle on this.
Its alright, typical Walgreens with good employees
I placed order for photo cards online. Didnt realize they are running promo until after I placed an order. Called the site to see if I can cancel and reorder. I spoke with Jennifer, the store manager. She solved it right away, gave me the discount, really nice and very helpful. Talked to another store associate there too and he was also really friendly. Thank you for being such a great neighborhood store in Mukilteo!
I went in here with my sister in law around halloween. We wanted to pick up some Halloween candy. Also she was looking around for some cold medicine. She was visiting from England and her daughter had a fever. The only employee I saw spent his time following me around the store instead of helping my sister in law. It’s just demeaning if they thought I was going to steal something they should have just kicked me out of the store at that point. I ended up buying candy from there because it was last minute and I didn’t want to disappoint the neighborhood kids but I’m still appalled to this day. If you have black or brown skin prepared to be profiled.
We had ordered some custom made memorial cards on line but somehow the order did not go through. So we went to the store to use the photo kiosk to try to print them ourselves. Joseph and Travis were very helpful and patient while we tried to figure out this printing program. Thanks to there help the memorial cards turned out great. We are very satisfied.
Denied vaccine despite being eligible.
Pharmacy staff is very rude to customers. Just go somewhere else
Not a place you want to go get a shot, unless you like pain. The last 5 years (6 shots) Ive always gone to Rite Aid (Evergreen Way, Everett) and never once experienced ANY pain whatsoever. My new insurance made me switch to Walgreens and the last two shots here at Walgreens left me with such pain. I am now enduring an extremely painful left arm, with a hard lump, thanks to the pneumonia shot I got yesterday. This is more than the soreness and slight swelling they sometimes warn you of. Two weeks ago I got a flu shot and experienced the same exact same thing in my right arm. Coincidence? I dont think so. They give shots like they are throwing darts! They jam it right in, unlike Rite Aid which tells you to relax your arm and and uses much more finesse. I have already decided to go to Rite Aid for my flu shot next year and pay the extra money. In short, Walgreens needs to learn how to give shots!
Makayla is great! Staff is awesome. I always tell them Im going to leave a great review and always forget 🤦♂️.The overall Walgreens refill policies have been a bit annoying in the past, but the ppl at this specific location are great.
Convenient
I am a minor and one of the staff members was acting in a very inappropriate way towards me.
Sketchy
I go there sometimes after school to get a snack or something but today, I went to check out and the clerk keeps on telling me to sign up for the rewards program many times and I was frustrated because I dont want to join. I said I’ll pay the full price and she didn’t look happy. If this store is reading this review right now, Note: don’t force customers to join your rewards program if they don’t want or they will take there money and spend else where.
After looking online to find a store that carries elderberry syrup, this store was listed & is the closest to my daughter, who is the one who needed it. I specifically phoned the pharmacy, & not another dept. to ask if they had any in stalk. The person who answered the phone hadnt heard of it, asked if it was perscription or over-the-counter. As I was answering, she interrupted with, Ill just go ask. Maybe 10 seconds later she said, we dont carry that. I asked our store manager, & we dont have it. Honestly, I dont think she asked the manager. My daughter walked up there anyway, as she also needed other things. (Walked, because we are in the middle of the great 2019 Washington snowmagedon) Low & behold, they not only had several bottles of the elderberry syrup, but a plethora of elderberry supplements in other forms. Know your stalk; and if you dont know, check the shelves.
Pharmacy is horrible customer service store part ok but not pharmacy I only go there cuz I have too..
This would be 5 stars, but Walgreens has THE. MOST. ANNOYING. and most unhelpful answering message. NO ONE has an answering message that takes so horridly long to reach the store.
Pretty good customer service and very convenient place right off the highway always find what I need
Worst pharmacy to deal with. I requested my prescriptions 3 hours prior and still waited and extra 1 1/2 hours worked get them and was not told that my entire prescription was not filled. This is my 1st interaction with this pharmacy at this location and I wont be back. Dont waste your time!
Some of the staff are nice, but the pharmacy aspect of the store from the staff to the pricing and the wait time is really lacking.
Beauty consultant was friendly and knowledgeable. I received a free makeover as she showed me how to apply each product
Ive been going to this pharmacy for years and have finally thrown in the towel. Sure its convenient, however the poor service & lack of privacy and consideration make it obvious that these folks dont deserve my business. I try not to complain about customer service reps because I know their job is difficult, however I did end up complaining about one associate with the pharmacist. My concerns were met with excuses and defensiveness. I will bring my business elsewhere after years of careless, insensitive service. So frustrating.
I used to enjoy interacting with the staff there. They were pleasant, sincere and efficient. Even when they were very busy, I knew they were doing their best because they cared. Now, MOST of them are gone and replaced by snarky unhappy people who seem inconvenienced and have consistently ignored clear repeated communication. Are they understaffed? In all fairness, there seem to be 2 new friendly techs. Kudos to them for smiling through the hostility. If there were another pharmacy this close with a drive through...Id change.
They are the absolute SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been too. I picked this one because its right next to my doctors office and its very convenient. However, everytime I pick up mine or my sons prescription I have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes just to get to the counter. They are always short staffed and never send anyone else over to help out when theres 10 people in line. For instance, while Im writing this Im in line; and have been in like for 10 minutes now. Their ridiculously slow, and I will just switch to a new pharmacy.
Its a clean store. The pharmacy is not all that together however. Ok place to buy beer.
The Mukilteo Walgreens pharmacyis staffed with slow and incompetent staffing who have a bad attitude. They overcharged me for my RX and refused to call Tricare to verify my status which is their job. The storemanager said she would look into mycomplaint and call me back. She never called me back. The whole store just has a bad atmosphere. In addition, many of their store items can be purchased at Wal Mart for 10 to15% less !! For your next RX needs, save yourself a lot of hassle and aggravation and drive up the speedwayto the RITE AID or go to the Wal Mart pharmacy.
It was fast and convienient and very friendly service.
The lady who runs the photo area is mean, I was just trying to buy a printed canvas and she seemed annoyed that I came back to see when it was done, when it told me too. Frick them
The pharm tech is extremely rude. A tall guy.
Very rude staff man screamed at me for not taking my change.
Joe, the cashier, is a very funny and friendly person. makes me enjoy every trip.
I didnt like my passport photo but the guy didnt take a 2nd shot.
I will bring my business elsewhere after years of careless, insensitive service.
Seriously they need to get it together. they never have my meds.
I can get everything I need
Slowest pharmacy in America.
