It was one of the easiest body repairs I have ever had, as far as what I had to do.I liked the cleanliness of the office as well as the pleasant personnel. The staff was knowledgable and efficient. I was happy with the outcome of mechanical and auto body repairs.

Update from July 2020: 5 Stars doesn’t do them enough justice. I had to go here again due to a branch hitting the roof of my car and leaving a nasty dent with a crease and all. Perfect work again and vehicle left better than they found it. Inside cleaned up and outside too. Thank you guys so much.I had gotten hit a couple of weeks ago on my front passenger side near my wheel. Jones did such an incredible job. Everything looks brand new and you can’t even tell I was ever hit. All the paint and even my pinstripes and everything matches perfect. Every time I called to check the status on it, all the staff was incredibly friendly. They definitely went by the old saying of leaving things better than you found them. Thank you guys so much!

Had someone back into me and cause damage to my vehicle. Jones was suggested to me and I had heard many positive things about them. I was not let down! The staff was very personable and friendly. My vehicle was in and out in the time frame I was given and it looks brand new! They even vacuumed the inside of my vehicle and washed my floor liners! (Which they desperately needed) I didn’t even have to ask them to do it! The outside of my vehicle was also washed and the inside smelled great. I highly recommend Jones for any auto body repair. They were very easy to work with insurance wise. Will definitely go back if the need ever arose! Great job jones.

I went in to get my passenger side mirror replaced, and everywhere else I called had told me they can’t order the parts separately and that I’d have to pay $4-700 to replace one mirror. I’m no car expert but even I knew they were just trying to get the money out of me. JR worked with my difficult work schedule and did a phenomenal job on my repair and did it for a more than fair price. I’d recommend this place to anyone in Muncie. Everyone there is incredibly nice and helpful.

Can I give more than 5 stars? I brought my Jeep in to get some body work. I was apprehensive but my mother and grandfather have been going to Jones for years. So I trusted their recommendation. My car looks brand new you cant even tell it was hit! For a reasonable price too! After driving my rental car (no affiliation w/ Jones) I was bummed to get back into my Jeep because it needed swept to rid of dog hair and clean the floor boards (Lol).. To my surprise, my Jeep was spotless! Swept and cleaned! What a nice perk! The brakes sounded terrible when I picked it up so I brought this to Amandas attention at the front desk.. the owner overheard the conversation and explained the fluid that gets into the brake system when they clean the car/tires. He drove it around the block with me and ensured there were no problems before we left. What a great guy he is! I live over an hour away and if I ever need work on my vehicle done again, I will make the trip again and choose Jones every time! Thank you!!

Great work, great price, great guys. My wife had been going here for over a year now and they never over charged her because shes not so knowledgeable about vehicles. I recommend this place to anyone.

I took my car to Jones after I was in an accident where my car was rear ended... I was devastated I love my car and had only had it a little less than a year, I didnt even care that it took them a while because I knew that meant they were really working on my car (plus had to order foreign parts) my car looks brand new. I couldnt be happier!!! I will never go anywhere else!! Great job guys!!!

JR & Mike are well loved by my fam extended fam and myself... I moved to Indy 4 years ago and still come back even for small things like oil changes (bc it’s not a small thing to find mechanics you can trust) to the big things. I’ve had indy mechanics work on emergency situations for me but then still had to come back to Jones to get their “fix” fixed for real. (One time a mobile mechanic put a part of my starter on backwards and I didn’t have any issues for a week or so then somedays it just wouldn’t start-left it with Mike and he found the issue and I promise if I had been in Indy they either would have charged me for some part I didn’t need and would have still had the issue or they would have fixed the small fix and charged me for a whole new part or parts lol. They have a forever customer and I tell anyone who has car probs to take it to the car gods at Jones. Forever thankful for them!!

I am always afraid of taking a vehicle into an auto repair place, having heard negative stories about people being overcharged and shoddy work. A tree jumped behind my vehicle while I was backing up ;) and the bumper was hanging off as a result. I asked friends who they recommended and 3 friends said Jones Auto Body.I called Jones and they said to come right in. They pulled the van back and, about 15 minutes later, my van was fixed! Im sure that not all repairs are so simple as to only take 15 minutes, but I was extremely impressed by how quickly they diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I would not hesitate to recommend Jones in the future.

Got rear ended in my 2018 Kia.... They worked with the insurance company and took care of the damage.... When my Wife and I picked up the car it was clean and shiny inside AND out....

They fixed my car when I had a wreck. The thing I didnt like was how long it took them to get parts. They also had my husbands truck for two months because they couldnt get the parts.

I was short on time and they were able to quickly get my oil changed. Speedy and professional.

Great work done here and its quick service, may not be the cheapest for the work but really who wants to cut corners when it comes to repairing your ride.

This is the only place to go to bring your vehicle for repairs. Jr is a great guy to work with and he always wants to take care of the customer.

(may 21, 2013)I had a wreak on april 21, I brought my car in for a estimate 2 days later (tuesday the 23rd). they give me a really good quote, really cheap, they seemed really nice.. I was like alright.. we can I get it fixed.. the estimator took down my insurance and said they would fax them and give me a call, I waited... I called on Saturday the 27, they said they were gonna call me later in the day, they just needed to order the parts and then schudle and we would be good to go, so they said they would give me a call when the parts came in. I waited till thursday may 2, then i called back.. oh well we havent ordered the parts yet but well give you a call when they come in.. i;ll process this order now.. I called back may 8th and they said they hadnt come in yet you dont need to call us, well call you.. so its now may 21st.. a month has passed since my wreck and still nothing from these people.. they give me a great quote and i was happy how nice they seemed but I finally decided to give up on them.. its too bad I was looking forward to getting some major work down too..

The folks were very friendly, from arranging an appointment to driving off the lot, and helpful. I would have Jones Auto Body work on my vehicle anytime . . . which I hope wont be necessary.
