I dont know much about cars and they didnt take advantage of that, which I appreciate so much. They saw the issue, made a quick fix, and didnt charge me a thing. Very kind people and I will definitely go to them again if needed.

Great people work here. I had planned to buy new batteries for my golf cart - but they were honest and felt pretty certain mine could be repaired.

If I could rate them with a 10 I would. I called during my lunch break and found that had the lowest price in town, and I planned on going after work. I got off at 5 and they close at 5:30, I arrived at 5:25 and was leaving by 5:30. I have a battery thats on top of my engine, but dont let that take away from the quick and great service I received!! Strongly recommend to everyone!!

I stopped by today to get some help with my car battery. These guys were exceptional! They gave me a great deal and I was in and out (with a new battery!) in under 20 minutes.

I went in and within 2 minutes the guy was helping me out. He hooked me up with the 2 small bolts I needed and tested both batteries and sent me in my way.

I was right across City Building in Muncie car wouldnt start due to battery nobody had any jumper cables I Google the closest place to get a battery according to Google Map it was about 18 minute walk I walked all the way there, met a fella named Perry he was the most respectful kindest knowledgeable fella The Battery Master he is I got a great price on a battery and he offered to drive me all the way back to my vehicle he dropped me off I put the battery in still the vehicle wouldnt start called Battery Master he came back and ended up helping me, we finally got it running. All I can say Battery Master is #1 in my eyes in customer service.

You cant do better for a car battery. Everyone knows what they are doing. The service is fast and friendly and the batteries last! Good prices too. They arent the absolute cheapest but they arent near high end price. Still you get the best battery and service so definitely the best deal. They have been my cellphone and car battery place for 23 years. And now they even have Radio Shack electronic parts.

These guys will fix you up..pued in had a weak battery they were on it and got me fixed up and on my way..

I would even go there to give them my business if the price was higher then other places simply based on their excellent customer service. Customer service is more important to me then saving a couple dollars. You can find discounts everywhere but true quality customer service is rare these days!

Originally sold a faulty battery (it happens), came in at later date with receipt in hand to exchange. I didn’t get a minute in to explaining why I needed a replacement before the gentleman told me that he would absolutely take care of the dud battery for me. I was given an upgraded battery for my trouble. This is the only place in Muncie you should buy batteries from! Truly the masters :)

I was interested in purchasing a street legal golf cart for personal use and enjoyment. I talked to Perry on Monday, and had my golf cart by Friday afternoon. Dont buy their batteries cause they wont last a year if your lucky, go to the auto parts stores they will do you way better than this place it is a joke. These guys were amazing came and found out my battery was badd was going to buy a used battery because of money constraints Let them know I would rather get a new one but couldnt tell the next day so they helped me out by giving me the battery and letting me come back the next day to pay for it I imagine they cant do this for everyone obviously but just showing that they cared was enough for me to give this review and share this story with everyone. They obviously think about the customers and how they can help in any situation when things like this happens it doesnt only show for good customer service it also shows a little bit more faith in humanity that I think were missing a little bit of nowadays.
