Very poor service and very unhelpful dont waste your time

Very very poor service.... my teenage son stranded in their parking lot with a dead battery that was bought from this store a year ago so still under warranty for 30 mins and the temp outside 32 degrees and the gentleman would not help him. When I called to voice concern about poor business I spoke with another very rude employee. I can understand policy but what about just being a decent human. #dontshopnaparidge
