Walls Furniture is the only store we use when buying our furniture! We love the service we get, they have awesome prices and friendly staff!

I bought an expensive dining room set and I noticed one of the chairs was badly scratched up from delivery. I contacted the store and asked if I could have a replacement and they said they would be able to order me one with no issues. About a month passes by calling back-and-forth speaking of multiple representatives just for them to finally tell me that the set had been discontinued and that I would need to take the old chair back. I was not offered any compensation for the damage and was forced to keep the scratched chair. The staff was very friendly and I had a good experience in-store, however I felt taken advantage of and extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.

We purchased a bed on Wednesday (5/12) and was supposed to have an easy pick up on Friday (5/14), but they have us the wrong receipt. We didn’t realize we had the wrong receipt until they had difficulty finding our purchase and a gentleman said “Clevenger, right?”. We then looked at the receipt and figured we probably had the wrong items loaded and strapped down on the trailer. We were finally able to leave after 5 minutes of returning the wrong items and 5 minutes loading the correct items. We also couldn’t pull up close to the garage door because two delivery trucks and furniture completely blocked the path!! Friendly staff, but an unorganized mess is putting it lightly!

What a terrible buying experience with this company. Purchased over $5,000 of merchandise and the delivery experience is dismal at best. Have waited over 3 months for my purchase and still havent received it all! Seems like a money laundering scheme. Called multiple times for updates but havent ever been called back with an update. When I asked for the manager to contact me I was told multiple times he was on vacation. Who takes multiple vacations in a 3 month period. Not sure how their sales staff makes any money considering they are on :commission very disappointed would not recommend using their comp for any purchases.

Looking for the past few weeks, not finding what we wanted, we ventured in to Walls. We had been in a couple times already and liked a living room set, but just wasnt sold on it yet. Craig took the time and walked us through some options that we didnt even know were available. We ended up ordering exactly what we wanted, in the fabric we were hoping for, and at a price that we are happy about! We definitely look forward to working with them on future needs!

I generally don’t like going to a furniture store. I feel pressured and I expect the commission sales people need to sell. That was not the feeling here.It’s hard to get furniture now because production has fallen behind. So my first question was, is it available? I got an honest, pressure-free response. After some checking, we could have what we wanted. The person helping me knew my trepidation and so wanted to give a definitive delivery date. He spaced it out to a week from the purchase date to be confident of delivery.Now purchase price - there was an unexpected discount by paying up-front (lucky me). We got a couch with built in reclining on both sides for $699. The recliner was a good deal too.Good experience for me here - recommended

Soo. We purchased a sectional 2 years ago. Reasonable price. But, after a short couple months the cushions went very flat. Unable to get out of without a large struggle. Like, your knees are higher than your bottom when sitting kind of sagging! So my husband ordered replacement cushions (one year warranty). Instead of cushions they gave us the outer fabric. Even to get this mishap order took many phone calls to ensure it was in order and took months to get. We requested it to be fixed, called multiple times with been given multiple excuses. As a former professional furniture salesperson, I know the max a cushion can come from China, 12 weeks. We asked to have proof of the order we made, but they did not show us. We called over 20 times for these cushions. We offered to pay for them too if needed, even though it should be covered under one year warranty, and someone else ordered the first order wrong. Well, year 2 is practically here and we are tired of asking and being ignored. I would suggest to shop here but do not expect any customer service after a sale and treat purchase with a “throw away society” attitude. If they could not get the cushions, they should have told us. They also should have showed us the replacement order as we requested. They never called us to tell us how the orders were going. Even when we got first mistake order, we had to call to see if the order was in. They have both of our cell phone numbers so there is no excuse. Not sure if they ever even put in the second order at all anymore or not. We feel very dismissed from a “family” store.

Great experience with this store! With Covid19 and having my son as a student athlete at BSU we were unable to enter the USA to help him set up his apartment. One phone call and it was all set up by Angie who truly went above and beyond with suggestions and then delivery! We can’t thank them enough for taking that one worry away!

We are so pleased and feel blessed by the kindness of the team in Walls Furniture & Mattress. We moved to Muncie without furniture and hoped to find a store. Not only did we purchase the most comfortable living room set, the crew welcomed us to town.

Customer service at its finest. My children loved the kiddie car! We were met at the door by a salesperson who gave us a tour and made a packet (with notes) of my favorites. After a half hour or so, we were offered cookies and cold beverages, which completely made my sons day. We havent purchased anything yet, but we will be back!

DONT BUY IN WALLS FURNITURE. THEY ARE FAKE NEWS. Walls furniture is just fake. They are the meanest people. We bought a sofa set for 1600+ dollars. The sofa cushions lasted less than 6 months and when we asked for replacement, they didnt replace it. IT was under warranty. IT HAS BEEN 1 1/2 years now. We called them almost every month once. they keep saying they will get it and delayed it. This is before the Covid. They have been playing games that they will order it. They are worthless people. Just need your money. NO QUALITY NO SERVICE. DONT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. The sales agent (Some guy) and the owner (some old lady) are very mean. very disrespectful. DONT BUY.I will delete this review only if they replace our cushions. They have to fulfill the warranty obligation.

The saleswoman was real helpful however...It is unnerving when youre barely in the door and pounced upon before youve had a chance to look. And, theres no need to keep calling out from their seat at the register that if you need anything, just let them know! I got that the first few times. It feels intrusive when its done.

Ive shopped at Walls furniture for 6 years now and am always so happy with the delivery process. Obviously the quality of the furniture is top-notch, but it really is the customer service and the delivery process that make it such a smooth and wonderful place to purchase from! Yesterday when bringing my daughters first big girl bed to our home the two delivery people brought everything inside, set it up quickly and asked her if she wanted to help put her bed together- he handed her the final crystal post and she screwed it in all by herself! It was such a small and sweet gesture for him to do- but it made her day and she was do proud to be part of the process. Thanks to the staff and their crew for making us feel special!!
